Heading: Black lives matter Initially reached out 2this company base on an advertisement. I made clear the financing I wanted. Thinking I was taking on too many programs at the time I started ignoring Lhea’s emails. She persisted 2call/s, and emails. I just caved & opt 2do a smaller program 4now. Thinking that me asking about a grant Lhea would’ve sent a form for that type of financing. Having 15mins break at work. To use the bathroom, eat & filling a form, reading was the least important. Chose a program, send the funds even though they rushed me, saying a 5000 program was now 3000 & I must put a down payment down by tomorrow Monday to secure it. Then when that day pass it was, they need a down payment b4 the 30th 2secure the price which would’ve been Tuesday. Then rushed 2get this awesome deal that would be gone Wednesday. Picking up what am putting down. Asked about the kit 4the program no response. Asked about what type of grant she said a loan. So, I asked for a refund seeing as I had not signed any agreement 4a program. After all those talks, she still missed the point. This whole thing felt like a SCAM, 2many red flags, I wanted out. The heading of the email said no refund. I went there since no calls were answered all day. A lady entered behind me started 2ask me questions. I asked one at a time if Lhea /Jennifer really worked there she said yes for both. I was so shocked. Shady! UNFORTUNATELY, no one else but Lhea was available we went to an office to talk I express how I felt about everything. Then I was instructed to wait at the front, spoke to the other lady then left. Jennifer initiated emailing me paragraphs letting me know that my body language, attitude, & the statement “I would have caused a scene” caused destress to Lhea. Saying her STAFFS felt THREATENED. This lady was bigger in body than I was. I had no weapon/s, nothing in hands, never raised my voice, came close to her, /used profanity. One of me many of them. Where’s the threat? On June 29 2:13pm Jennifer made clear statement she would’ve returned my funds, & this will end. Instead, she held onto the small funds as she called it. I tried explaining, what led me 2be upset & I thought that would be it. Then returning the funds changed into under the condition no slander, defamation/further issues & she will ensure no legal issues are involved. Being annoyed with this lady still in my inbox changing the conditions & now mentioning police & legal team. I told her 2go ahead with the police. It was clear that is what she wanted 2do, she had no intentions of returning anything/resolving a situation even though I told her all I wanted 2do WAS talk. She had the time 2write paragraphs, contact her legal team & police, but not 2return the funds. It was best if I never said that, she then lived in my inbox some more. Sending me paragraphs of threats such as calling WPG police, threatening 2file a restraining order against me (I didn’t even raise my voice once, now only responding to her lengthy HARASSING emails & waited for the funds). Then the condition of returning the funds changed again to if I don’t stop she would ‘file a restraining order under the terms for UTTERING THREATS, MALICE, SLANDER, DEFAMATION & INTENT TO CAUSE HARM for no less than 150k.’ This was when I realized she took my explanations as me ‘causing more problem’. She detailed bringing me 2court if I left a negative review. She made clear details how it would go & stated in emails she has done this 2others & once the court RULE in her favor I would’ve a police record. Yes, she was serious, I receive a call from the police. Here I thought like any other woman I could go 2a business feeling upset, cry/express that I would’ve done so, & I would’ve been heard. Instead, they interpret this as me wanting 2do bodily harm/intent 2do so. This is the ignorance & hostility I was met with regardless I wish this company prosperity. Still no INVOICE/RECEIPT no RETURN of the funds and they labeled me as a ‘bully’. I wish Jennifer would honor her first condition; I wish 2be left alone PLEASE!

I normally don’t post reviews but I am excited to attend in fall 2022. The staff are so friendly and helpful admissions has been outstanding I really appreciate their transparency and the work they put in while considering my financial needs. Even the students were great sharing how attending has changed their lives unlike other schools I’ve visited while shopping for a great program the students were happy and confident. Being able to be a confident entrepreneur in the beauty industry is what I really am interested in and I can’t wait to join their school ☺️ Can’t say enough about their professionalism they’ve gone above and beyond

Becoming a student of the Eternal Beauty Manitoba is one of the best decision I have ever made in my life. Our Educator, Cindy has always given her best when it comes to teaching in order to make sure her students receive the correct information and also shares her expertise based on her experiences. She makes our day and ensures learning experience is always interesting for us to remember and avoid being stressed out. Eternal Beauty Manitoba has a very clean and beautiful environment for students to improve their skills and professional in every aspect.❤️

I was very skeptical and nervous at first but their technicians made it very easy and comfortable. I was given all of the information I needed/wanted about the process and the aftercare. The staff were very professional and made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely come back if given the chance. If I were to critique one thing, it would be the fact that people were constantly coming in and out of the room so I felt that there was very little privacy. Also, I understand that it's a school but some people were quite loud.

By far the best experience I’ve had in the city with fillers/ Botox @nurseinjector_nounith was the best! Not only was she knowledgeable but she made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing as she did it and is committed to helping you achieve your lip goals! I will definitely be going back to Eternal Beauty for my Botox and other beauty needs. I can not rave more about this great little gem of a place and I’m obsessed with my new lips Thank you again ladies you’ve gained a client for life Cheers JoDee

Highly recommend this beauty school! I took the skin care specialist course with Kelsey in April 2022 and absolutely loved it. The space is also very gorgeous and clean. I recently needed some documents for my insurance company and Jen was so kind and helpful and made sure to get me what I needed. You can tell she really cares about her students and will go above and beyond to make sure they succeed!

I have been following Eternal Beauty Manitoba for some time now. I am ready to take the leap and get a little work done and because of exceptional word of mouth reviews and tye work I have seen done they are my number one choice for when I do book. I will be sure to update and share the results of my experience when its done! Also speaking to rhe staff in the past has always been a great experience!

This institution is new to Winnipeg. It is a well needed addition to Winnipeg. The owner Jenn Hoffer and staff are amazing. I am most impressed with the caring and knowledge that is provided for each service provided. There is little or no downtime with services which makes it even more appealing. I definitely will continue to have services done by them.

Harmony was my instructor for microblading and microneedling. i was nervous about taking the 2 courses, she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. i love that the instructors are behind you and help after the course with extra instruction, ideas. I've gone to several cosmetic clinics in Winnipeg and throughout all of my experiences I can conclude that Katelyn @ EBI is by far my favorite injector I have had experience with!! She is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable, 100% would recommend!!

Upon entry into the Institute, it felt relaxing and calming. The brow and lash tinting area was clean and inviting. Dianne (teacher) worked really well with Val. LOVE my brows and the color mixture that was applied! Thank you so much Dianne and Val!

Harmony is absolutely amazing! Eternal beauty is great but they are lucky to have harmony as an employee! All have have to say is eternal beauty is a great company with great technicians but harmony stands above all!!!!

If you want professionalism and honesty, come to Eternal Beauty for education and the latest treatments. The staff are incredible and will go out of their way to make sure you expectations are met.

Very open and large once inside, so nice and very well put together inside as well, staff seem very friendly. A teaching school so they seem to do quite a good job!

Save your money! Do NOT go to this “beauty” school. Myself and many others have had terrible experiences. They’re basically scammers.
