UPDATE 2: ABC management have reached out to discuss what happened and apologise. They have promised they will internally investigate to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Obviously this is an outlier case, no business would survive if this is how they were to regularly operate. Nevertheless this was my experience, which went down the way it did, and hopefully it won’t be anyone else’s. REVIEW UPDATE: “We appreciate your understanding”. This business-pleasantry jargon was spouted a few time through emails when dealing with them. At no point did they have my “understanding”. I didn’t understand why the work was not completed correctly in the first place. I didn’t understand why my yard was left a mess. I didn’t understand why damages were unreported and why I had to chase them up multiple times to complete work and repair damage they had caused. They didn’t have my “understanding”, they had me over a barrel. When I asked for a discount I was threatened with legal action. During the course of all this drama I asked for a discount due to all the problems. They said they can discuss a discount with me and will get back to me. Two weeks later (two days before close of business for the year) I was told they’d only provide a $100 discount off $3500 and to pay in full by the end of the week or they’d pursue legal action. Horrible, horrible experience with ABC. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Absolutely appalled at the service received. They left our front and back yard covered in small sharp metal off cuts, nails, screws and even left a large bracket (which held the previous guttering) out in the open. I called 20 minutes after they left to tell them there was metal everywhere and needed to be cleaned up. 48 hours (and 6-7 follow up calls) later I had to clean up the yard myself for safety reasons. I understand that the occasional piece of metal or nail may go astray, but this stuff was everywhere. I went to the spots in the yard they were working and found multiple small sharp off cuts in a group. These weren’t flying off, they were carelessly left to be stepped on. They took no responsibility for this whatsoever. But that’s not the end of the poor service. They damaged the roof when installing, and failed to tell us. I had to discover is myself. Again, I called to find out what was happening and supposedly they were coming back to fix it (but forgot to tell us about the damage in the first place?). When they did come back, they didn’t fix everything. I specifically sent photos of all the damage, yet when they arrived they fixed one part, then left without confirming any of their work. I had to discover the still un-repaired damage myself, and chase them up AGAIN for the work to be completed. ABC Seamless took no care and no responsibility when completing this work. Find someone else to do the work.

ABC Seamless were professional from initial engagement - promptly contacting me to organise a suitable time to attend site, actually turn up on time and a very reasonable quote was promptly provided covering all of my requirements. They also took the time to ensure colours of the aluminium gutter guard materials would match the existing roof/gutter. They then attended site again to do a final check before undertaking the installation 2 weeks later when they said they would. Gutters, cleaned, gutter guards professionally and properly installed, cleaned up and removal of all rubbish - a perfect example of how all trades should conduct themselves. Well done Chris and the ABC Seamless Team!

We are very impressed with ABC Seamless. From the Dulux recommendation, to the Sales guy, to the team that conducted the work, they were all nothing but professionals. We needed roof repairs done in addition to the Dulux acratex product and ABC Seamless were able to accommodate our requirements prior to painting the roof. We selected the monument colour – see the photos attached for before and after photos. You can definitely see the difference. Would definitely recommend ABC Seamless.

I had worry before the Abc seamless tradesmen installed the gutters and leaves screeners, but found out it's unnecessary because all work completed to a high standard. Bruce, the leave screener tradesman, has 30 years experiences in the trade, his workmanship is hard to come by these days. Abc is also a big company, thus we pay less for the materials because it's turnover. I highly recommend Abc if one is looking for gutter work.

This is the 3rd house on which I have used ABC seamless to do roof/gutterwork. On the latest project Boris (estimator) came up with an ingenious solution to make my gutter independent of my neighbour. Nigel (gutter installer) did an incredible job to put the solution into practice, and Bruce (leafguard) put on the finishing touches so that I will have no more water leaks onto my verandah after heavy rain.

Excellent company to deal with. Came and quoted within a couple of days. Operation manager also came out for a second inspection. The installer Rob was awesome. He was very professional and did a fantastic job installing the gutters and fixing some of the damaged fascia. The single piece gutters look amazing with no joints on the long spans. So happy end result. Changed the look of the whole house.

Very Professional Company, from Dave who Installed the New guttering(in very hot weather) to both Madan and Shishiv who Cleaned, Pointed and Painted our roof at our Glenmore Park home.(58129). The gutter was replaced by a very professional young man who was very respectful of our property and worked in a very methodical manner co-ordinating each length to perfection. The leaf guard was then installed a week or so later by an equally efficient man who also was very organised and careful with his work . The end result just wonderful.

ABC did a great job replacing our box-gutters; however, they were a little slow in completing the job; staff are friendly and willing to assist; otherwise, I'd vouch for ABC Seamless (Matthew & Andrew have a done a great job in replacing our very old/rusted box-gutters, and also installed three new downpipes; thank you..
