The food was amazing but the service was slow we waits 1 hand half hour for my food and we wer the only people in the girls section I was disappointed with the service that was provided to women section the atmosphere was so bad the smoke for the things they were barbecuing it made me cough but as we got our food it was the best recommend the mali boty

Zamzama is the oldest restaurant of gulshan-e-haeed and the best part is they never compromise with the food quality they are doing their best the service is very quick and environment is so cool you you can come with your family members of friends to enjoy your meal the speciality of zamzama is Zinger burger and chicken tikka they also providing home delivery service for only gulshan-e-hadeed area with extra charges of 40 rupees seriously awesome place you should try!

In terms of taste, this restaurant is a great place. However in terms of Service quality it's worst; too much waiting time, no proper arrangement for people to wait. People have to face too much heat and smoke, it could cause damage to their eyes. They are the pioneer in Gulshan-e-Hadeed but unfortunately not spending money to facilitate the customers. Just to get a Chicken Tikka you need to wait at least 30 minutes (average time) or more.

A very good place for outing for the residents of gulshan hadeed and nearby areas. Excellent food in economical prices. A place offers variety of food in different categories including fast food , bar b que and continental dishes. Good space for dine in for men and families both...However, there should be lift for the upper floors... Overall I was a nice experience and I enjoyed a lot with friends.

Ah! Brought back old memories from my childhood. The great thing is that Zam Zama has managed to retain its classical taste, as it was back in the mid-90s. We ordered Beef and Chicken Zinger burgers, respectively. Boy, they were tasty! I would also like to mention the amazing fries and accompanying coleslaw - both had a top-notch taste!

Not a single resturant in Gulshan e Hadeed can beat the tasty chicken paratha roll of zam zama resturant in taste.zinger was also good in taste but their service was average like ever

Hadeed's first and famous fast food eatery; offering wide range of kebabs, chargha, burgers, broast, kebab roll, paratha and Nan. Quality of food is good and fresh. Improvmebt required to develop a good dining area, as they do not have a good dine in area, specially for families. Priced at reasonable rates.

Zam zama have best taste but needs to make atmosphere batter because personally I don't like atmosphere of Zam zama. Zam zama need to work on it.

half of items were not available. Half of them were served cold. Didn't even have raita to serve over food. Peshawari karahi was quite toothsome but service overall is absolutely awful. Giving two stars just because of Peshawari Karahi's taste. Not recommended.

After waiting for more than 2 hours, we were informed that they ran out of chicken and cant make up our order. It was our first experience and will never recommend or come back again.. will definitely recommend Sheraz above them.

WAS the first choice of the residents, but they are unable to handle the demand and the quality and taste fall below average. Reasonable rates but no good taste. Only choose if other options are not available like Shiraz BBQ

This place is known for great Bar BQ. Their sajji is also tasteful and i have seen people in que to place orders. Also have tried roleparatha was heavy would be better if they make it ligher will also effect cost.

It is famous local fast food restaurant in town. It provides delicious food at reasonable price. Larger varieties are available in grill items. So I will recommend to visit here at least one time.
