Updated: I ordered a bridal set and I received the the wrong shipment. The rings I received were completely different from the ones listed on the website. I since have tried to contact the company with no response. They don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. I would be happy to update this review to a higher rating if we could simply resolve this issue. UPDATE: After posting this review I did receive an email from the company telling me I could return the rings for a refund. I since have returned the rings and I even provided the company with a tracking number. They then replied “ok thanks”. I then took comfort in knowing that they received the tracking number and I would be receiving a refund. I was notified that the package was delivered on November 23, 2020. I’ve since made attempts to contact them to see when I would be receiving my refund with no response. Every time I call there’s no answer and I have not received a reply to my emails. I take no joy in writing this review. I wish that things would’ve been different and I could have written a better one. I am only writing this because I would want to know this information before I decided to purchase from this company. If they ever refund my money I will be sure to write a new update.
Purchased a size 14 ring which paid extra to get. Also paid extra for the over night shipping. Went with company because of this option. Was sent a smaller size ring (8/9). No luck contacting the company. Don’t answer phone, emails and getting someone on chat via website is hard to do. Finally did get a hold of Adam and was given a phone number to text my tracking number once I sent the ring back. Mind you I am paying for the over night shipping to send it back and now fed ex can not deliver the ring because No one is in the building to sign. They delivered 4 times today and nothing and this is during business hours. No one from the company has tried to call, message me or anything. This is extremely unprofessional and waste of my hard earned money. I am now wanting a refund and for the cost I had to spend on shipping to be returned to me. It’s completely unexceptionable to treat customers this way. Warning do not do business with the company. It’s shady and I would question their quality of jewelry at this point as well. Asking for owner to personally reach out to me to resolve this issue. I also have an open case with PayPal being that this was the only means of purchase available on website. Scam is all it seems to be.
So I'm going to leave this review since the 3 times I called in didn't matter.. I'm hoping whoever Frank is will see this... Horrible experience here fell in love with a trio set, ordered it. I got married May 22nd 2021- before then the rings set In the box they came in... he put my ring on my finger at the alter a week later my 10k gold ring is turning SILVER.... yes I said 10k gold because that's what the description states as well is this is what I was told by a female working here as well as frank told me no its 100% real gold it won't tarnish or change colors and will last up to 20 years... Also in the post it stated our ring will have the stamp... They don't. So before I file with the court I suppose Frank should reach out to me because clearly me calling in doesn't matter. I'm over it. This is the last thing I want to deal with as I'm a busy business owner.
First and foremost, I want to say thank you to Frank, he is one of the best jewelers! I recently had a vision on a custom ring I wanted made for my Birthday as a gift to myself and Midwest Jewelry brought my vision to life! I had a 14k 10.5 carat custom ring made and Frank took his time and made sure I was happy with the pre design before the ring went into production. It only took a few weeks and I must say this ring is the truth! I get many compliments and inquiries about where I had this ring made and I’m very proud to give them Franks name at Midwest Jewelry! Don’t get lost in the old reviews, take my word for it. Look at my ring! I keep it in this case when I’m not wearing it, let’s just say when and even when I’m not wearing my ring, it’s always on display. Always on go mode‼️ Let’s Go‼️
I bought the rings April 2021, got the rings,, tried on the rings,, and put them in our safe until or wedding.. On July 3 2021, we got married. I look at my ring and a diamond is missing, when my husband took it to get fixed b/c Midwest Jewellery did not respond to my email in July or pick up when I called customer services, MY RING WAS MISSING 3 DIAMONDS NOT ONE LIKE I THOUGHT!!! THE RING IS FIXED BUT NOT BECAUAW OF THE COMPANY. MY HUSBAND HAD TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AND PAY FOR THE DIAMONDS TO BE REPLACED. I called the company, I sent emails, and today 09/02/2021 I got a response of we will send you a shipping label and fix the issue.
Absolutely 100% awesome people! A ring I ordered wasn’t in stock and they went out of the way to find me one as close as possible to the one I was interested in. I LOVED the ring they found for me and it was sized and shipped to me in 2 days ! I can’t say enough wonderful things. I actually reached out to them to inquire about the original ring I wanted. I plan on purchasing from them again! You won’t regret ordering from them!
I ordered a trio set from this company. One of the rings came in and was out of shape. I requested to return the items but the company charges 35 dollars per ring to restock if you aren't satisfied with your purchase. I reviewed the terms of service and this was not said anywhere on it. So when i called them out on it they said it's on the printed version. Be careful with this soft jewelry.
Ordered a trio set, that should have been delivered on April 27th, tracking now states it's been delayed. luckily I called because they didnt contact me to let me know it was an issue on their end. here it is 3 weeks from my wedding no rings and I have yet to recieve a refund
Love my bridal set!!! I was skeptical at first when ordering through their site. It was hard to speak to someone on the phone but I sent them a direct message through Instagram and received a response. I will definitely order again in the future.
