The room is very beautiful with great dimensions. I have liked the big hair dryer and the products for the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel and hand soap, all three organic and with a good smell. There is a big bottle available for each. The balcony is also very nice: the balcony is smoking area (or at least so it seems since they leave an ashen baker) but the inside is strictly no smoking. Good and stable internet connection. They have also smart tv. Air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, iron and iron board available in the room. The sound proof could be better, but it is ok anyway. You can hear the neighboring guests if they do noise, but at least there is no noise from outside: no car pass in the street in front of the windows and the only bar/restaurant nearby is not Lloyd and closes early. Something that can be improved is the cleaning: bathroom and kitchen where clean, but some parts of the bedroom not so much: there was old dust under the bed, on the side desks and there was even a pill of some previous traveller on the floor between the bed and the side desk.

Less than 10 minutes walk from the center, the Philipps Museum, the van Abben museum, the central train station, auto rental, many shops and restaurants. Everything can be reached just walking. DAF museum just 5 min walk.
Eten en drinken
Coffe machine and water boiler available and also some coffee monodose and tea bags. Toaster, pans, pots, cutlery, dishes and all the things you need to cook are available. I have appreciated to find there also a bottle of oil and one of balsamic and salt and pepper

Mooie kamer, zeer ruim en leuk ingericht. Het bed was smal, 200x140 cm met twee eenpersoonsdekens. Hierdoor hebben we niet zo goed geslapen. Goede airco en leuk balkon. Ook zeer handig dat er een klein keukentje in zat, hierdoor konden we zelf ontbijt maken in de ochtend. We kregen alleen wel het idee dat de kamer gebrekkig was schoongemaakt. De vloer leek niet helemaal goed gestofzuigd te zijn en het bestek was niet schoon, dit hebben we voor gebruik zelf moeten schoonmaken. Los van dit was de locatie geweldig. De kamer zat in een hip gebied met wat restaurantjes in de buurt en op loopafstand van het centrum. De voordeur was wel slecht zichtbaar. Na drie keer er voorbij te hebben gelopen, vonden we eindelijk de onopvallende voordeur. De 'lobby" was kaal met betonnen muren en een betonnen trap. Maar de kamer zag er gelukkig niet zo uit. Het hele concept deed ons denken aan een luxe studententrip. Heb je geen behoefte aan contact met personeel etc, dan kan ik zeker een kamer aanbevelen (MITS deze beter wordt schoongemaakt) Samenvattend, een mooie kamer maar de 'service' kan zeker een stuk beter. Een gezellige kamer voor vooral jonge mensen.

Pięknie urządzony apartament z wyposażona kuchnia i jasna i czysta łazienka. Miła niespodzianka na powitanie, kawa i herbata na stanie. Obok kilka restauracji. Sam apartament bardzo czysty i pachnący. Wszystko co potrzebne. Sposób meldowania i korzystania z obiektu w wersji elektronicznej bardzo intuicyjny. Po schodach wejściowych do obiektu bałbym się korzystać po imprezie ale jest winda:)

The hotel is not ready. Their email said wifi password ended with “24/12”, which didn’t work. Later I found it actually ended with “24/7”, which is printed on the room’s wall. There were two bottles in the shower room, but both shower gels, instead of one being shampoo. They stingily provided only mid-sized towels usually used for hands rather than the whole body. And the pillows were definitely not thick enough to support a neck. The entrance didn’t have motion detector so it was dark during nights and I had to watch my steps extra carefully while waking the stairs. Outside there were still constructions so it was noisy in the mornings. One thing that I could give credit was the laundry/dryer machine, which worked perfectly, although the modes were in German, instead of Dutch or English. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but there are still a lot to improve.

Malgré une jolie terrasse, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Il y a visiblement des activités illégales dans certaines chambres, la police est même venue une fois… Je ne me suis pas du tout senti en sécurité ! Une fois, une personne m’a empêché de rentrer dans le bâtiment, me disant que je n’étais pas autorisé à entrer…. Situation lunaire ! C’était un employé de l’établissement qui, après s’être excusé, m’avait expliqué avoir constaté des allers et venues suspectes. Bref, rien de très rassurant! Clairement, l’absence de réceptionniste est un vrai problème… Pour couronner le tout, le ménage était très approximatif ;((( Et tarif beaucoup trop élevé compte tenu de la prestation ! À éviter absolument !

Réservation faite en dernière minute pour raison professionnel . Déjà pas très serein au vu des avis plutôt négatif mais bon . Je réserve le soir et au moment de partie le lendemain problème de voiture . J appelle l hotel pour demander à reporter la date et pas de remboursement juste reporter . Malgré toutes les explications et justificatifs ils n ont pas voulu. Alors en plus des problèmes de propreté , le personnel est une catastrophe Je vous déconseille donc cet établissement

Heel leuke locatie om te verblijven ,heel dicht bij het centrum maar heel rustig. Inchecken verloopt wel niet al te vlot omdat je een code moet ontvangen voor het gebouw binnen te kunnen en een apparte voor de kamer. We hebben een half uur moeten wachten op de code. De kamers zijn echt heel mooi en het is er heel proper

Niet schoon kookplaat en spoelbak vies badkamer vies, tv doet 't niet. Medicijnen van vorige gasten staan in kleding kast. Gebeld dat t.v het niet deed. Mail gekregen dat er niemand aanwezig was om te maken.
