I had the pleasure of meeting Lulu a few years ago and since then she’s my to go person for every beauty treatment. With public transport just a short walk away, this new salon is brand new and conveniently located. The attention to detail Lulu and her team pay is incredible and her new salon is so comfortable, ensuring a pleasant time whatever treatment you are having. However, what truly set this Salon apart is the amazing touch of Lulu. Her thoughtfulness and proactivity in making sure I get the best results every time goes beyond any expectations! I can’t recommend this beauty guru highly enough, you’ll be in the best hands whatever treatment you go for. You won't be disappointed!

Went in for a manicure and Pedicure, left more than disappointed. The technician repeatedly cut into my toe nail skin and left my toes bleeding on multiple occasions. One time the cut me jump and say “ow” and the technician laughed. Moved onto acrylic nails and they were the worst thing I’ve ever seen, could safely say this technician hadn’t done this many times before, if at all. Asked for them to be removed then and there. Unhygienic place, the woman kept coughing whilst doing my nails and didn’t use any sort of UV light to sterilise the tools after the pedicure. Wouldn’t recommend or return, sticking with Lady J in Wandsworth town instead.

First time I went to this salon, and from the initial booking to the actual treatments (I've done the phibrow, the Decleor signature ultimate vitamin glow facial - absolutely amazing experience, felt so refreshed and pumped! - and the eyelash lift) , the staff has been super nice and helpful, making sure I was comfortable and answering all my questions twice. (I was a little worried as I've never done any of these treatments before). Special mention to Craig who confirmed my bookings very quickly and to Lu, the fairy beautician who took care of my tired skin like a pro and with delicatesse. Thank you and highly recommended.

I had a fabulous signature pedicure at Iluvo, which is in a good location in the new Ram Quarter in Wandsworth. It’s a really lovely salon - very clean and the staff were all friendly and attentive. I will definitely go again and would recommend. PS it’s nearly two weeks since I went and my pedicure still looks great.

I do my nails here all the time with Nadea. I’ve been looking for a good nail specialist for a while as I have very dry skin on the sides of my nails and Nadea is always doing an amazing job. My nails are always polished to a perfection, so would highly recommend her!

I had a lash lift + tint and Lu was so friendly and made me feel so relaxed. The lashes look amazing and are exactly what I wanted. The salon is gorgeous and welcoming and I will definitely be back for more!
