Well, all I can say to sum up my following review is “wow”. Glad I chose to buy Euphree over other e-bike models that are out there. Like others, I spent a lot of time researching e-bikes. My wife and I tested a few big name ones but were under-impressed. We were pretty set to buy a competitor’s e-bike, when I learned of Euphree. My search from that point on kept bringing me back to Euphree, even though I had not ridden one nor seen any in North Idaho where we live. I liked the fact that Euphree, only having been in business two years, had already made changes to the 2022 model base on customer feedback on the 2021 model. We set up a zoom meeting on the Euphree website and before the meeting Daniel called me to make sure any questions I had were answered. Later the same day we visually saw the features of the e-bike that interested us the most. Being what I would call to be a “young” senior I wanted to make sure I could sit upright on the e-bike and not be leaning over. Daniel showed us how the features of adjusting the handlebars worked. Looked pretty easy to adjust. We also wanted to know about the 500 watt power hub compared to the 750 that is offered on others. Needless to say we ordered 2 City Robins, 2022 model, one green and one blue, before our zoom meeting was over. Daniel then told us those were the most popular colors and he had just got a new shipment in of those two colors, with some additional changes based on customer feedback. My Euphree arrived 5 days later. My wife’s was delayed, but Daniel explained why and changed out her seat to the wide comfort saddle, at no cost to us. I read other reviews about how good the customer service was, but this went beyond what I could have expected! Thank you Daniel! Now, where the rubber meets the road. I unpacked the e-bike, and as others said in reviews, it was very well packed and took me as long to unpack it as it took me to assemble. Assembly was very easy and straight forward. It took no more than 30 minutes, start to finish. I was told by a friend who had purchased a competitor’s model that it took him 4 hours to put his together! Again, very glad I bought a Euphree. I have taken the Euphree out twice so far on 10 - 15 mile rides. We are very fortunate in North Idaho to have some excellent paved bike trails that are very scenic, and only minutes from where we live. On the first trip the Euphree performed beyond my expectations. The ride I was on, The Centennial Trail by Lake Coeur D Alene, wound around the lake and then went inland a bit where you are met with a long, steep hill. The Euphree took me up the hill with no problem at all. I peddled most of the way up the hill in assist level 5. Before I got to the top I stopped peddling and let the motor power me the rest of the way. Again, overly impressed by the power the 500 watt motor delivers. The second ride I took was even more enjoyable. I kept the peddle assist in 1 or 2 most of the way and cruised along easily at 16 - 18 mph. My wife and I are looking forward to many summer rides on the beautiful paved trails our part of the state has to offer! Update on 6-22-2022: Just received a bag to put in the rear rack basket. I was tying down my backpack in the basket but it was a little awkward. I ordered a couple of different "Tail Trunks" (for motorcycles) hoping one would fit in the basket with ample room for all my gear. SUCCESS! I just received the Chase Harper 4200 Tail Trunk and it fits absolutely perfectly in the basket. Nice thing is it comes with a shoulder strap so you can carry it easily off the bike. If you are looking for a way to easily access your gear, this is the best! Update on 7-10-2022: Took longest ride to date, 39.5 miles. The Trail of the Coeur D Alenes is a paved bike path on what use to be a rail line. Relatively flat the entire ride with minimal elevation change. First half of ride I kept assist at 1 the entire way. Used 27% of battery on the 19.8 mile ride. On the return I varied between assist levels 1 and 2. Total battery usage for the 39.5 miles was 67%. Great battery!

1000 Mile Review: I waited to write this review after riding for several months. I did much research and watched tons on reviews before choosing the Euphree City Robin 2022. We purchased 2 bikes, hubby's blue, mine white. He is 6'1 and I am 5'3. We both ride comfortably, his seat is raised higher. They are beautifully made. The paint is stunning. I love they way they look and we get compliments every time we ride. The upright riding position feels great and provides excellent visibility. Your head is up and facing forward. My weight is not on my hands and wrists, which I had problems with my wrists going numb on my previous bike. I have the included seat and my husband has the upgraded seat. I feel quite comfortable on my seat and will not be upgrading it. Although my husband's upgraded seat is also very comfortable. It is a bit wider and more padded. The adjustable handlebars are great, and are included in this bike. The seat post also adds to the comfort and it is also included in the price. Soooo.... Comfort is a major reason to purchase this bike. Range: I have 1000 miles experience on Pennsylvania roads and bike trails. The most I have gone in one ride is 42 miles. I used peddle assist 2 (about 17MPH for me) as well as throttle only (up to 28 MPH) on that ride. I had a small percentage of battery remaining at the end of the ride. If I ride on peddle assist 1, which is about 14 MPH for me, I would be able to go further than 50 miles on one charge. Modifications: I added a handlebar mirror as well as a pack for the back rack. I also added a cell phone mount. That's it. I charge and GO! Hauling: I purchased a Kuat bike rack for 2 bikes. It is quick and easy to put the bikes on, and take them off. I am 61 years old and can load and unload the bike myself. I can take my bike anywhere. I did get a rear flat tire on my first ride, and ordered the Tannus armour tire liners. I highly recommend ordering these directly when you purchase your bike to save yourself a flat and having to install them yourself. I have not had another flat since installing the Tannus liners. What do I like best? It's fun, comfortable, and I just smile going up hills now. I ride more and enjoy every minute. I would purchase these bikes again. What could be improved? For me, I would like a higher gear. I usually stay in 7th gear, and sometimes I wish there was another gear to move up to, but, I really am going fast enough, and the trails have speed limits, so I suppose its best I don't have more gears. The bike really does go fast, which I enjoy, but you can also slow it down to a pace you are comfortable with. Thanks to the Euphree team, and continued success!

I'm not sure if we could have had any better experience with euphree than we did. Their customer service before and after the sale is phenomenal. This was our first e-bike purchase (and likely the only one we'll make as we approach 70 years of age) and we had many questions. I'm a researchaholic and had spent many, many hours viewing video reviews and reading written reviews of so many bikes. The reviews were important, but of course, we also wanted specific features on our e-bikes at an affordable price. Euphree ticked more of those boxes than any other bike we looked at. Many of those features were included at no extra charge (metal fenders, integrated lights, rear rack, hydraulic brakes, etc.), unlike some of their competitors. It also comes with a 2-year warranty. It seemed like there was an incredible amount of thought put into the design and features of the City Robin. Improvements were made on the previous year's model, based on consumer feedback. This is a company who really listens to their customers. We've put these bikes to the test in the last couple of weeks. In our area, it's not the terrain that led us to want e-bikes, it was the WIND. We live in the middle of Ohio's largest wind farm, which has been built here because of the regular strong winds we have. This past weekend, riding for several miles against a 25 mph sustained headwind was a piece of cake! We would never have even attempted to ride a regular bike in those conditions. We haven't tested the range of the battery, but it has been more than sufficient for us at this point. The bikes shipped quickly and they were very well packed. It took me nearly half an hour to remove all the foam protection that was zip-tied to the bike. The seat wasn't bad, but we did replace them with something more comfortable. My husband got a wider Bikearoo saddle and I got a Fito quilted cruiser for mine. With the new seats, front suspension (included), Suntour seat suspension (included), and the 2.2" hybrid tires, this has got to be the most comfortable ride out there. Customer service was also a great help as we chose a bike rack to transport our two bikes on our Hyundai Tucson. What they recommended (Küat Transfer V2) was just perfect. We are very happy with our euphree City Robin bikes. They ride well and have a sleek, classy look, thanks to the battery being housed within the down tube. If we could add any features, it would be to have a USB port and a clock on the control. My husband thinks an 8th gear would make it just about perfect.

So I am going to take my original review and give Euphree a 1-star. I think they have a solid ebike and sure they will improve overall as a company. But it’s important for buyers to know that it really helps when the ebike you have at least have a local shop to them to service warranty issues for minor defects. I bought my ebike back on July 21st of last year, and it was delivered to me about 90% assembled from an awesome woman (nothing against her) who runs Marketing for the company. She did a great job in at least driving the bike in her small hatchback car from Houston to Austin. However as I take the ebike home, i still had to call the owner to help me connect some pieces together which unfortunately I could not do on my own. Fast forward 11 months later with only 15 miles on it—yes 15 miles on it, the bike brakes went out of alignment. Not even sure that’s the issue yet but I will know when I get it back in a few days. Regardless they sent me to a local bike shop near my house to only find the cost was $45. Ok, I won’t go broke for this but it should have treated as a manufacturer defect because something with the assembly (which I didn’t do) obviously cost it to go out of alignment. I was their biggest ambassador and the few rides I had on it was great—until it went down on me with some loud sound that their technician on the phone believes it’s a brake alignment. I just want to warn you ebike buyers. Make sure you clearly understand their warranty and repairs. I would have been ok with it had it been something I assembled and failed to put something right together. But at the minimum - they should have been able to cover this repair. I am going to donate this ebike to someone who can use the Euphree, and going back to my Zugo. At least Zugo has a retail and local repair shop —and never had issues with them. They don’t charge for minor alignments because they want to our riding experiences go well. They want their ebike on the streets to promote their customer service and value. Juls & Hunter with Zugo are amazing owners that truly believe in good service. Don’t get me wrong - Euphree is a slick design and the concept it good, but with Euphree —they failed me on the customer service side. Disappointed. I’m an ebike freak and would have loved to invested more purchases of there ebikes for my entire family.

I am not a writer nor have I been biking since my youth; however, I’d like to say a few words about our experience with Euphree and their bikes. When my husband brought up biking, I liked the idea; I was also a bit reserved about making the hills around where we live let alone if we ventured out. Ebike sounded like a good compromise, so we began to read about ebikes, look at reviews, weeding through Amazon commercials it was exhausting. The bikes we were interested in at bike shops were way more than we had to spend. After months it had almost gotten to the point of pulling the trigger on just about anything. I am not sure exactly how I happened to land on Euphree but there it was. Everything seemed to fall in place, the bike looked solid. My husband agreed so I called Euphree. Dealing with Euphree: I called to ask as intelligent questions as I could muster. My call was answered with professionalism, my questions were answered quickly and concisely with a level of courtesy and expertise that put my mind at ease. No BS! We ordered 2 bikes that arrived so quickly we could not believe. My husband put them together while I was teaching a yoga class and we were set. I was concerned about the size of the bike because I am 5’3” with a 28” inseam. I have no problems riding the bike. Euphree shortened the frame an inch for me, I can also ride the other bike. We did have an issue with one of the bikes. This is where the courteous, always professional staff at Euphree stands out. They went way above and beyond to serve us. I cannot say enough about their customer service. The Bike: I’d love to say we have put hundreds of miles on them in the little over 3 months we have had them, but the weather has put a damper on that. We ride as often as we can. It’s great to take the bikes down trails through the forest across the park and end up downtown to enjoy whatever festivities are going on, have lunch or whatever. I may look up to discover my husband has left during his lunch break to ride around the neighborhood. We are excited at the prospect of getting a rack and taking them out to ride them in remote state park areas. We love the bikes they are well built, easy to ride, well heck they are just pretty! For an ebike so is the price!

We made the perfect choice after a lot of research. Most importantly my wife loves how they look and the colors. We are 60 and bought them to explore state and national parks as well as the Texas hill country where we live. We went with the wide saddles and overall comfort is fantastic. The tall tires really make a difference over bumps along with the seat suspension. Handling and control is really good as well. I'm 6'2" and the adjustable handlebars are a must to sit up straight. My main concern was getting damaged in shipping but their packaging was really done well. I'm an engineer so the design, quality, and parts used are very important to me. Well done! Hub motor over mid drive is the way to go for several reasons. I am also 240 pounds with gear so I was a bit concerned about power and battery. Our longest trip so far was 32 miles with 1500 feet elevation gain and a strong head wind on the way back. Also a crazy 1/4 mile 10% grade hill at the end of the trip to get home. We averaged 15 to 20MPH the whole way. There was still battery left. ( 3 bars at idle, 1 to 2 bars under load ) I'm not afraid of long trips any more. Our other road home has a 12% grade hill and that seems to be near the limit for my weight although I can peddle up in low gear and max peddle assist. My wife zoomed straight up with throttle only. She's about 145 pounds with gear. Trying to think of a couple of improvements ... - I would like a power setting half way between 1 and 2 so if 1 is 20% and 2 is 40% a 30% would be nice - Lower power levels for my wife would be nice like 10, 20 30 40 ... she only uses level 1 and maybe 2 on big hills - so maybe scalable power based on weight? - she also wanted a way to pause a ride for mileage and time. I kind of got around that by extended power off time. I've talked to them a few times and I would say support is excellent as well. I hope you can tell we really love our new bikes and highly recommend them.

My wife and I purchased our Euphree City Robin’s 4 months ago. Now, having just surpassed 1000 miles on mine, I figure it’s time I write a review on this fantastic bike! First off, the purchase. From the initial contact with Euphree to the delivery of our e-bikes the customer service and interaction with the staff was nothing but a truly positive experience. The quality of the bike is awesome and it has held up excellent over it’s first 1000 miles, only regular maintenance required as with any bike. The bike is quiet, super comfortable, and the battery performance holds true to what is advertised, no issues there at all. Plenty of power and speed when I need it and I’ve never run out of charge while on a ride. These bikes are one of best purchases we have ever made, we have certainly had that conversation many times over the past 4 months. Riding regularly has obviously improved our physical health, the positive effect it’s had on our mental health has been an invaluable benefit and one that we did not anticipate. It’s quickly become one of the our favorite activities we do as a couple. If you are going to purchase an e-bike, I HIGHLY recommend the Euphree City Robin. It looks great, it’s high quality, very comfortable and reasonably priced in my opinion. Their customer service was really great when we bought the bikes and has remained that way ever since which is all one could ask for.

I assembled and worked through a warranty issue on a friend's Euphree Robin. She was looking for certain features in a small frame ebike and I helped guide her purchasing decision. I have several ebikes and she tried several different configurations including hub and mid motor,  cadence and torque sensing bikes. She was looking for a bike to use on rails to trails and gravel bike paths with her husband who has an eBike. While doing research for her I came across Euphree which checked all her boxes for size, torque sensing, and throttle. She was hesitant to buy sight unseen and online but her contact with Daniel at Euphree and her questions all covered she ordered one. She is very happy but a warranty issue popped up and the rapid response was great. I am very impressed with the build quality, ride comfort, performance, and especially the customer service. I have had a number of ebikes from kits to higher end bikes and this ebike company gives an exceptional value in product and customer service. We live in the Blue Ridge mountains and the bike handles the steep roads easily for my 200+ lbs. The step over is as low as any I have seen. And though the brakes may take a little more effort than other hydraulic brakes they are more than adequate on our "hills". Be sure to bed in the pads when you first ride the bike. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

So after extensive web searches about evokes I chose the City Robin. I LOVE THIS BIKE!!! So the bike was delivered and I had to put a few things together like put the handle bars on the frame, add the pedals etc. pretty easy stuff overall. The rear light was folded under the back rack and while I was straightening it, the weld broke. And, I installed the left pedal crooked so when I took it off to straighten it, it was stripped , as well as the crank arm. I called customer service first about the light and they said they would send a new Mount for the light that didn’t require a weld. FANTASTIC, and they told me NO CHARGE!!! So later I called about the pedal, told them I had messed it up and wanted to buy a new one and I would need the crank arm also. When I asked how much it would cost he said NO CHARGE!!!! WHAT? I messed this up and they offer to fix it for FREE! This was last week and they are going to ship it. So today, I look on the Euphree site and finally the rear basket is back in stock so I order it. THEN, I get a call from them telling me they saw my basket order, and because of some delays in shipping out my other items, they are REFUNDING ME THE PURCHASE OF THE BASKET AND SENDING THE BASKET FOR FREE!!!! Who does this? These guys are awesome! Not only do I love my bike, but their customer service ROCKS!!! So happy I chose to buy from Euphree!

I chose Euphree's City Robin because of the features of handle bar position, fork and seat suspension, and price. The step through feature allows easy mounting/dismounting, especially if carrying something on the rear cargo rack. Before purchase the Euphree staff were very responsive to questions, i.e., quick and detailed replies. Since my purchase I had minor questions, which again, the staff were immediately available to give helpful answers. For example, the manual that came with the bike described a different display. The 500 watt motor gives adequate power and I ride mostly with PAS 2. While I have only ridden a few times, using a volt meter (wish the display gave volts besides % charge) I get 3.5 miles/volt. The advertised distance per charge of 40 miles seems realistic. Bottom line... the Euphree City Robin (not really a sexy name) is a substantial bike with enough power for a 210 pound, 72 year old riding on city streets and gravel trails. While "assembly" was quite easy, the Euphree staff is quick to respond to even minor questions. The price seems appropriate for what one gets. The special offers of free shipping, bell, lights, and lock were nice extras. I am satisfied with my purchase and enjoy my daily rides.

My wife and I bought 2 2022 City Robins a couple of months ago and absolutely love them. When we retired last year we moved to a community in southern Florida where most residents drive golf carts. We decided to buy e-bikes instead. After several months of research (I'm an engineer) we chose Euphree and could not happier. We use them for pleasure, exercise and commuting to stores and restaurants. Here are my reasons that you should by a Euphree: 1. You can easily pedal the bike without using pedal assistance, so if you want to exercise, or have a bit of a tailwind, just use it as a normal bike. 2. It is the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden. The ergonomics and suspension work together perfectly so that 20 mile plus rides are comfortable. 3.The power and cargo capability make it a useful tool. With the front and rear baskets we can bring home a weeks worth of groceries and when we want, we can use it in throttle only mode as it has tons of power. Great job Euphree, on designing a reliable, affordable and comfortable e-bike. And oh, yes, it turns heads!

My wife was the one initially interested in E bikes to better navigate hills and wind. My plan was to stay with my traditional bike. We saw the Euphree bikes at a campground and the owner was very upbeat about the product. Being a couple of hours away from Houston we scheduled a visit to come to Houston and test ride the bikes. After that test I was sold as well and we purchased two 2022 City Robins with the plush seats. The bikes were shipped Fed Ex and were very well packaged. In our case our bikes arrived with zero damage or issued. I had to make a small brake adjustment on my wife’s bike. Unpacking and assembling the bikes took at most 30 minutes each. We use our bikes when camping and we put our first 100 miles on last trip. I am 68 and my wife is 65 and a 20 mile trip on the San Antonio mission trail was easy even with the hills. The Euphree bikes are the best looking bikes I have seen in my opinion and we get a lot of compliments and second looks.

I had just got my City Robin fully assembled and was eager to take it out on my next day off. Then, I crashed my road bike and fractured my clavicle and 3 ribs on a commute home. Even though I recovered quickly and was back to work within 2 weeks, the thought of falling off a bike again was a little scary. So, I returned to jogging less than 4 weeks after my crash, and, one day later I rode my new e-bike 17 miles. The step-through design seems like it would be safer than the traditional men's bike in case of another fall, and I stayed at PAS 1 for this entire ride (not surprisingly given the circumstances). I am sure the bike was turning heads, as it is a beautiful bike. The only real downside of my experience was losing the ability to add impulse above 17 or 18 mph; having a few extra gears without adding appreciable weight would probably widen the appeal to a larger segment of the cycling population.

My girlfriend wanted an electric bike for Christmas which started a long search for a bike that would please her. She actually discovered Euphree bikes but wanted me to call to ask specific questions. From the very first phone call, the Euphree people have been great. They answered all my questions and made adjustments for all my girlfriend’s requests. When the bike arrived, slightly damaged by the delivery company, Euphree customer service immediately responded saying they would take care of it, even though it wasn’t their responsibility. And they did. We found a local mechanic who was able to fix it and Euphree customer service took care of the billing. In this day and age, I find it rare to have a company that backs up their product as well as these guys do. We are just starting to ride the bike, but my girlfriend loves it and I highly recommend them if you are considering an Electric bike.

Feeling free riding my Euphree 2022 City Robin e-bike! It was easy to assemble, is easy to ride, and is very sturdy and comfortable! Lots of attention to detail makes this a great bike for the price with lots of “must haves”for me including rack, fenders, front and rear lights, bell, suspension, power, and great brakes! I added a phone holder, cup holder, and rearview mirror. Love my new ride! Customer support is very responsive! I looked at many e-bikes by many companies before choosing this one and have been very happy with my choice! P.S. I like that it can be modified to be a class 1, 2 or 3 bike. So far I have had no need to change it to be able to go 28 mph. One thing I do wish it had is directionals for turning built into the lights.

I purchased the City Robin 2022 e bike a few weeks ago. I spoke with Daniel regarding customizing my order. He was very helpful and honest in what he could do to help me. This is a highly reputable company, and customer service is stellar. We researched e bike companies extensively before our purchase. We looked for weight, power, price, and range. As well as engineering of the bike, delivery, and customer support. Euphree met all of these specifications. The bike has great power for uphill climbs, fast charge, great step through design, and beautiful pearlized white color ! What is there not to like about the bike. It has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company without reservation. Thank you Euphree !

  • Della Green

It is so nice to do business with a company that does things right, after months of research and several calls to Euphree, which by the way were all answered by an actual person, I contacted their local dealer who went out of his way to help me test ride a Euphree City Robin e-bike. I decided that this was the right one for me, purchased on a Mon. Was delivered on Sat., after very easy assembly the bike performs wonderfully, if you are in the market for a new bike do yourself a favor and give Euphree a try, if in the Cleveland area give The Bike Spot a call in Lakewood Ohio.

  • Richard Harvey

Wow, Euphree really stands behind their warranty! I just crossed 1020 miles on my City Robin bike without a problem…. then my rear wheel began to wobble. My greatest fear was repair problems with an online bike. However, I checked the website and they recommended Rider’s only Bike Shop in Tequesta, Florida. They were professional, knowledgable and totally friendly. They replaced 9 spokes on my bike and completely checked everything over (they never tried to upcharge me). Euphree paid the bill and I’m off exploring on my favorite Eupree City Robin Bike … I love these guys!

  • Michael McCormack

my headset was loosening up without notice and my bike was shaking at moderate speeds and it caused me to crash at 19mph there by cracking my shoulder, breaking my left Arm and fracturing my right Pelvic....A law suit is in the works.... I can't seem to find the way to tighten up the headset. Beware these bikes my shake on you....Other than that they shift and brake ok, the gears could be higher and a smaller cassette and a larger front chain ring would be helpful...the back basket rack always needs tighting up every so often.. Ine had this bike for almost a year now

  • Lito Clemente

The Euphree City Robin X ebike is one of the best ebikes in the ebike market. It is a solid ebike that already comes with the much needed accessories that are not found in higher end ebikes. The parts are top quality. The selection of colors are great!! The ride is awesome!! Daniel at Euphree is very professional and attentive to your needs. I highly recommend the Euphree City Robin X ebike for all those looking for a solid ebike with high quality parts, included accessories and an awesome ride!! Just buy it - you will love it!!

  • Shaked Hamer

I've had my eyes set on this bike for a very long time. I'm so happy I finally bought it!! I had the opportunity to test this bike out before I purchased it, so I already knew how amazing it was. The ride is super smooth (it feels like the bike absorbs the impact from every one of the many pot holes that Houston has), the bike makes you feel like you're FLYING (if you like to press hard on the throttle), and for a person that identifies as not girly at all, the pink is MEZMERIZING. I can't wait to ride this bike to work soon :)

  • Leandra Wigglesworth

When I first got the City Robin from Euphree, I was a little nervous because I hadn’t ridden a bike in years and never rode an ebike before. Daniel was so helpful in instructing me on how to properly operate and ride my City Robin E-Bike. Now riding has become one of my favorite weekly activities and I love having the option to change speeds as desired. This bike is very user friendly and comfortable for riding. I would definitely recommend Euphree bikes to anyone looking to invest in a quality E-bike! So grateful to have mine!

  • Chris ter Harkel

This Euphree eBike is super easy to operate. The battery charges fast and runs efficiently. The motor has impressive torque to get me moving across town quickly. It’s stylish design is a real head turner and the shock absorbing suspension adds to the luxury of the ride. It also has many features for adding accessories like for storage. This adds to the practicality of this eBike. Euphree also has excellent customer support and is always offering new excitement for its customers! Thank You Euphree!!!

  • Kate Black

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and their product. I love being on a bike and was recently diagnosed with lupus. Sometimes I lack the energy or dexterity for regular road cycling. This bike has allowed me to spend time outside, riding to lunches and coffee, and getting groceries. The folks at Euphree are responsive, knowledgeable, and invested in the customer experience. I plan to buy one for my mom for her birthday. Highly recommend.

  • Ivana Chen

Living in Texas, I’ve always known transportation to be capable by car and the thought of transporting any other way to be viable in cities like NYC or SF. However, since riding an Euphree e-bike this has changed my mind how e-bikes are the new way of moving! I love how I save time on parking and traffic by zipping on the e-bike to yoga, coffee, or grocery shopping. Thank you Euphree for changing my perspective and bringing convenience into my life!

  • Jim Ferro

Daniel thanks for you & Euphree support. This support is what separates Euphree from the other on-line e-bike companies. I hope this support continues because it was. What convinced me to purchase Euphree over otherwise-bike nanufacturers. Also your dealer network was a determining factor. Buying Abe-bike with your corporate support is critical otherwise when the bike fails the owner is left to solve the problem by themselves not with Euphree.

The folks at euphree answered all my questions both before and after the sale. They also asked ME questions to be sure they understood my situation. And the bike arrived without a scratch and perfectly set up. I’ve looked at a lot of ebikes and this one has the most value for the money that I could find. Through several conversations I discovered the most important thing of all: I trust these guys. They are committed to getting it right.

My experience with eupree has been extremely successful. I talked to the owner personally discussing his products before I purchased the bikes. His service pre and post sale has been phenomenal. The bikes were Christmas presents for me and my wife. Fit, form and function they are top notch. Both of us are so happy with them! We recommend euphree to everyone. I only wish more companies in all business were as professional as euphree.

At first I was a little skeptical of the idea of an electric bicycle. Honestly , I’m a little bit of a scaredy-cat and tend to steer clear of anything that would be fast. When I rode an euphree bike the scariness seemed to dissolve the more I rode it. I found myself increasing the speed and to my own amazement enjoying the ride. If I can enjoy riding a euphree bike than anyone can definitely enjoy a ride as well. Highly recommend!

Love riding my Euphree e bike! I have ridden a few rental ones before but this one is super comfortable! The seat feels great and it absorbs bumps really well. The different speed settings are super easy to use and you can do anything from a workout with no power assist to hardly peddling at all, depending on your mood. Really easy to set up, and the battery gives you a really long range…I’ve never worried about it running out.

Ive had my bike for 3 weeks. Handsome. 90% isgreay. Brake. Front shocks. Looks. Top speed. HOWEVER,as you make up grades you need to move up to a 750 watt rear motor.. Going up an serious grade, you Must help the throttle out and pedal hard. I would also like a higher geared drive sprocket. You pedal like crazy at higher speeds also a 9 gear rear would help. Fun bike to ride. Really like it. Dennis w from Bloomfield Hills, mi

This 71-year-old man completed copious research on E-Bikes before purchasing the City Robin 2022 and was not disappointed. The fork/seat suspension and adjustable stem provides the comfortable ride I desired. Motor, battery and brakes propel and stop the bike with confidence. Stable ride, easy to maneuver and well paired hybrid tires all increase rider experience. Quality components and excellent customer support, a big plus.

This is a way overdue review but it isbactually better this way because I have been using the bike all summer. It is awesome. I am a big guy and this bike gets be around no problem. It looks great, rides great and I ride every day. Thumbs up for the Euphree team. It has been an awesome experience. We bought two of these bikes and my wife is thrilled as well but I'll let her do her own review.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I am on the bike. The impulse the motor gives doesn't feel rough or unbalanced and it felt like riding a bike; I felt so free and happy! Also, I'm quite short and I thought the height was going to be an issue, but the low step through, allows me to step down off the seat when I want. I absolutely love this bike.

Recently purchased City Robin 2022. VERY quick delivery. Wonderful bike, very well equipped. Customer service has been very responsive to my questions. Bike is just a delight to ride. Very comfortable with front and seat suspension. Does all they claim and more! Should note I'm 82, very picky, and did a lot of research before buying. Couldn't be happier.
