Absolutely disgusting. I am almost 8 months pregnant and have been stuck in traffic for ages and they wouldn’t let me use their staff toilet despite being on the brink of tears. Horrific behaviour from manager Bala and his staff. In fact Bala seemed to be quite happy with himself for saying no. BP and M&S should be ashamed 23 July - update - so BP replied below asking me to contact them to discuss this further. I contacted the email address provided which was wrong. I found the correct email address online and emailed. No response. Shocking. Wasting my time on top of everything else. I will not give BP any business again

Overheard some of the staff who looked Sri Lankan being extremely racist to their black colleague. Absolutely horrified that no one cared. There was a tall gentleman with long hair and a beard who seemed to be consoling her and telling her to ignore the blatant racism. The service from the young lady and gentleman was lovely! So the one star is for the racist remarks I shan’t repeat. BP always reply telling you to contact customer services when really these girls should be fired!

There are no words how I feel after today. Went there for tyres air, paid as everyone else, used it only for tyres and still been asked by the stuff to not use it and you know why, because I had bike...or maybe because I am pale as snow and stuff working there is not...maybe it’s because they just felt like. Definitely if you read this there are amazing Shell each direction you go. Skip this place

The Asian lady wearing glasses at the till this morning was discourteous, rude, curt and incredibly unprofessional. Absolutely no customer service skills which is a shame as shop itself is excellent with plenty of M &S goodies. This particular staff members needs lessons in etiquette.

When it rains the pavements for 200 metres in either direction become really slippy from all the oil and diesel from this place and they don't do anything about it. I slipped over last night badly hurting my knee and cutting up my knuckles.

Super unhelpful staff and none of the petrol pumps working. Even if there would have been one the that was working the lady couldn’t tell me and suggested that the diesel ones are working... Super useful if you have a petrol car...

Polite, welcoming and nice staff. Most of us would never expect to find a M&S inside a small place like this and their food quality and selection is still just what you'd expect from any M&S.

Spoke to three people on the phone. One supposedly the manager. They are rude and incompetent with zero communication skills which is a shame really as it’s a nice little shop.

The shop is really and a lot of nice Food The people at work really nice I got stranded with my car I asked for help, they were really nice Thank you for helping me out

Great staff always friendly. Have been coming here for 7 years! Also great new hot drinks machines. Always plenty of stock and good variety of m&s food.

No toilet, total disrespect with their customers specially for taxi and delivery drivers that rely on petrol stations to do their nature calls.

It's a petrol station. There has recently been a vehicle explosion so some of the pumps are closed and it can get very busy.

They have no stable policy on closing and opening times for the MS shop. This is very unprofessional and frustrating.

Decline to make one coffee because been to lazy to walk 1.5 metres from the till to coffer machine. "Great service"

At night i was unable to buy drink due shop was closed even as guy is service thru night window.

Pleasant staff (which makes late night car rentals that much more bearable!) and nice store.

Positive: wild bean cafe. Hot chocolate Negative: no loo. Hot chocolate was too hot.

24hr service, hot coffee and about halfway home for us. Bad point, no toilet.

M&S food (expensive) and a bus lane right outside. Watch out for cameras.
