"NEVER SHOP HERE - they do not tell you of their completely off market returns policy when purchasing - tricking you into purchases they then refuse to refund you for"

NEVER SHOP HERE - they do not tell you of their completely off market returns policy when purchasing - tricking you into purchases they then refuse to refund you for. Disgusting way to treat customers at such an expensive shop.
Bought a maxi dress here last month, despite spending £300 I did not qualify for the tote as per all of the other customers ahead of me.
Very helpful customer services, the sells lady was able to find the size I wanted in another branch.
Walked by and loved the collection most dresses were about £250
