This is not the place for a person allergic to nuts!! My son picked the cherry flavor that was labeled ‘cherry’. Went to pay. Cashier had a shirt that said ‘new flavor cherry pistacho’ I asked if the ice cream we got had pistachios and she said “no that flavor isn’t out yet”. To which I replied “are you sure? My son is allergic” and she assured me it wasn’t. We got home and my son had an allergic reaction to the cherry ice cream that wasn’t supposed to have pistachios. Pistachios are one of the few nuts he is allergic to. All Zoyo locations have nuts placed on the table of topping which could be extremely dangerous for a person with high allergy levels. This has to be changed and flavors need to be labeled correctly. I will not be visiting any of its locations anymore and will be taking my business elsewhere.

In the scorching, bone-dry heat of Arizona, where chicken eggs are hard boiled before they are even laid, there is nothing more cooling, more amazing, and more satisfying than a bowl of Zoyos. Coming from California, we have our fair share of froyo places: Yogurtland, Pinkberry, Goldenspoon, and Menchies just to name a few. But even on our hottest days, Im simply not drawn to them. However, when I visit my family in Arizona, I always, always try to go to Zoyos. And, I simply don't know why. Maybe its the climate. Maybe there's something in the water. Maybe its their frozen yogurt. I just don't know. But what I do know is that, every Zoyos I've been to has been bright and clean inside. Their employees are always friendly And their garage style doors are very cool. I can't wait to go back.

Prices definitely went up since I was here last. Spent $30 on the yogurt for two we got the big cups but they were not even filled up to the edge of the cup. Sure we haven't been here for a few years, but when we used to come here all the time, that amount of yogurt was $15-$20 tops. The caramel flavor also had a weird tart taste to it. Unfortunately we likely will not be returning as we can get more or less same thing elsewhere for 1/2 the price.

Called beore making the 10 min drive & was told they close at NINE pm. Arrived at 835PM and it was already closed. That's something that should have been stated on the phone that way I didn't have to waste my time and dissapoint my daughter. Ended up going to Aloha yogurt instead and that did not dissappoint …

The place is nice. The girl that was working was friendly. Prices are a bit steep. 2 cups of frozen yogurt was around $24.

Its great yogurt for a great price. My favorite yogurt place in the city for me and my friends when we want a cold and delicious snack. There was one flavor that threw me off for a second but I didnt get it because I used the sample cups that they gave me. Many options of toppings as well.

First time there. My friend insisted I go with my kids.it was the highlight of my visit to pheonix, other than my bff, of course but in general Pheonix sucks and tbe people are hostile and stuck up but Zoyo was amazing! Gonna try to find a similar place in San Antonio.

DANGEROUS Do not bring your family to this place. The staff tolerates a homeless bum (who’s lurking outside) who threatens people after they do not give him change. Stay away from this dangerous area.

This place has good frozen yogurt, but it isn't the best. Some days are better than others. It's also a little expensive, but so is every other frozen yogurt place. It's not a bad place.

Decided to bring my kids here after the zoo, waited 10 minutes since they opened at 11am, terrible no one opened the door im so upset. Hopefully they can get talked to about this.

Perfect frozen yogurt with my personal favorite "mango tango" helpful counter person who told about all of the toppings. Great place and my new go to for sweets.

Fresh flavors, clean place, the sell coke in glass bottles with real sugar. A bit pricey and did not have the window advertised flavor available, but very good.

Place is always clean and delicious. They always put out different flavors to try and the topping are always fresh. I consider the price reasonable as well.

They have too many weird flavors but the place is clean & staff is friendly. The parking situation sucks but there's nothing to be done about that.

Really solid frozen yogurt. Pretty consistent. Machines can be a little slow sometimes, but never disappoints.
