As a repeat customer, Ive been lucky enough to order through both the previous owner and new owner Lorraine. Zoo studios moving forward is in great hands. Lorraine is truly passionate about animals, photography seemed like the bonus. She knows thats everything is in the detail, even with customer service. We were nervous bringing in one of our cats as she is anixety ridden. Lorraine worked WITH Layla and around her quirks and never once made us feel nervous. Even though Layla tried to destroy the studio, Lorraine was nothing but kind and patient. The best part was how accommodating Lorraine was in her time and she genuinely wanted us to love the artwork we received. Im truley saddened that we have now done all our fur family. I have a photo journalist friend whose pictures have graced the cover of Time Magazine twice and she commented on what a great picture it was. Thank you - we will be back for more! As I unwrapped my Christmas gift, I immediately started to cry. It was to be my furbaby Dudley's last Christmas and I had a sleek black envelop in my hands. As an admirer of Zoo Studio's work, I instantly new what I had received. The result... the heart and soul of my gorgeous boy captured as art. The beautiful images captured by Ken, hang on our bedroom wall, a daily reminder that Dudley forever lives in our hearts. It is almost as if I could reach out and touch him once again. I can't thank Beck, Ken and the Zoo Studio team enough for the precious gift they have given us during such a difficult time. Going to Zoo studio was a dream of mine when I started seeing their amazing photos on Facebook. When we finally went with our two dogs the experience was fantastic. Ken takes the time to get to know each one of our dogs and ensures they are happy and comfortable in the studio. The artwork is second to none, it is truly beautiful and I smile every time I see it in our home. Of course when our family expanded we went back and again Ken captured our little Australian Shepherd girl perfectly. The artwork took my breath away again. So beautiful and I love our lounge room full of our 'kids'. Thank you to Ken, Beck and the rest of the Zoo Studio team for making us apart of your family.

From booking, to the photography session of Princess, the phone calls in between and then finally the end product, was perfect. The team at Zoo Studios is amazing, understanding, friendly and very welcoming. The customer experience for myself went above and beyond expectations, my mum was also astounded with how well they take care of you. The experience for Princess, my husky, was also smooth sailing and very easy going with spectacular results. The artwork itself is priceless and the memories will be everlasting. So happy with my artwork. Lorraine and the team captured my dog Shadow perfectly! The service received at both the photo session and when choosing the artwork was faultless. I couldn't be happier with the art work that I now have of my dog. The included app with my chosen favourite photos was a nice unexpected touch.
