The company - specially Mr. Hammad, was referred to me by a friend for visit visa services for my mother. Unfortunately, have had a very rough day due to some last minute issues - as most of the centers were not even willing to handle the application due to unfounded rumors. Hammad, not only rubbished those with proper evidence but also laid my mind to rest that the work would be done at swift possible pace. Though approvals are understandably not in anyone's hand, i received a call from him in exactly 1 hr and 45 minutes regarding the approval. Great Adventure and we had so much fun, drivers and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dune bashing was awesome! Love the camel riding and would definitely do it again. Sunset was amazing that you gonna feel in love with beautiful scenery.. The camp was clean and the food was adequate we received a good treatment of the staff. We have wonderful experience for our desert safari and we would love to do it again.

We had a wonderful time at desert safari and legoland, and the tickets were arranged by zone tourism. Hammad was really helpful in making all arrangements, and he made sure we knew what we should expect on each tour.

Customer service is not there you call their office for assistance the guy speaks to you in another language which you dont understand and doesnt even try and listen and help you on the issue you have at hand
