The antenna cover came off. They refused to cover the damages. I filled out a complaint online my claim was denied by Kyle West. They will only email no communication by telephone. Then the chat by customer service online with Artis Erherridge. After several years as a loyal customer that's how I was treated.

I came in around 2:16 today and a lady helped me out when my debit card wasn’t working properly. Which is my fault on not having a newer clean card. I should asked for a business card to write her name but she took care of me and the customer service is impeccable. Thank you it really made my day.

This is the best car wash I’ve been to since I’ve moved to Dallas. It’s only $10 for the first month unlimited. I left my card an Angelo helped me still get my car taken care of. This is great customer service and most importantly my car looks like I just drove it off the lot. Thanks Angelo!

This was my first time going through zips and I was greeted by Nevaeh. She was friendly and helpful and walked me through what the unlimited wash membership looked like. I got the premier Wash and my car looks fantastic! It's shiny and spotless with no streaks or swirls on the finish.

They need improvement on the hand power wash before driving in. The employees only do one side half fast at that so, when I have bugs on front end of my truck, the wash doesn't take them off well enough. The power wash is a joke. Otherwise I like the place.

Wash cycle did not properly wash the back middle portion of my car. Still lots dust on the trunk. Vaccuum attachments were missing / broken. Towel cart was Empty so I couldn’t dry off my car to prevent water spots.

Of all the Zips Car Wash locations, this is by far the best place to go. Friendly service, amble towels and cleaners. Easy to get in and get out. Great hours. Very rarely closed (unlike other Zips locations).
