Extremely rude and impolite. I had the same misfortune as Balachandar Kolathur Mani in the review below when I arrived on Saturday as the hermes page shows to drop a package off when I was told they cant accept packages. I asked why and they said "as deliveries are only Mon-Fri". I asked why they couldnt just take it and send with the pick up on Monday to which they pointed at their till and said machine wouldnt work and wouldnt accept and to come back on Monday. I returned on Monday to post when I was told to go to the "machine" pointing towards the back of the store, when the shopkeeper watched me looking for a machine that isnt accessible to customers he waited till I returned to him to tell me that "we cant accept packages, the machine isnt accessible right now", then why send me down the store end to a machine that you cant access? He told me there's a delivery thats blocking access and to come back in an hour, it's only when put my foot down and said I wasnt going to waste time and effort to hear these excuses that reluctantly a guy from the back of the store came and took me to the "machine" which wasnt where the guys were pointing when I came in on Saturday when they said it wont let us do it and also wasn't blocked off by their delivery either that it was reluctantly and very rudely done. Useless, rude demeaning and disgusting to put a few words to this entire experience. If you don't want to accept the packages then shut the service off.

Avoid at all costs....rude...rude... inefficient... absolutely no customer service. Had go in three times for a Hermes drop off. The shop assistant did not want to take the parcel , he refused to explain why ...had to go back again, he found it extremely funny that I had to come back. The website clearly states they should take the parcel.

The Shop owner is very rude with customers, when I gave the package of Hermes the shop keeper just threw the package in front of me, and the package had fragile items. Inspite of telling them it is fragile.. The shop keeper told me not to drop of hermes package at his shop. WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOUR.

So many people are complaining and yet Hermes still want people take their parcel There.I sent my son with the parcel and they wouldn't take it saying their Printing machine isn't working.they say That to everyone.i would not give them Any stars but I can't post it without giving Them a star

Extremely poor customer service, no manners how to talk. I am surprised that Hermes is still using this shop as a service provider. I will be contacting to Hermes Head office as well and behaviour of shopkeeper should also be reported further to local council.

Very depressed looking shopkeeper, went in on Sunday to print a return label he said only Monday to Saturday. I went the following Saturday he said the machine wasn't working. I asked if he knew when it would be fixed he didn't know.

Avoid all drops off. They try to tell me that because it’s Saturday the Evri drop-off has closed at 14:00, but I can do it online 24h. How stupid they can be! Anyway, avoid…avoid! …

Rude and arrogant staff. Dont bother with hermes drop off point because you cant drop off anything there. Should be banned from hermes network asap as it is waist of time for customers.

I don't understand why Ervi doesn't take any action against this shop. They have their own rules for drop-off but don't display them. It seems like they do whatever they feel like.

Avoid for Hermes drop-off. Refused to take the parcel on Saturday morning saying that they are open only on week days. Hermes website shows they they are open on Saturday.

Shop is falsely advertising "EVRI packageless" service. Cashier tried to tell me the "right way" was to make sure I package it first. Super unhelpful.

Hermes machine was on but still was refused that come tomorrow for Hermes return. So rude service.

In this shop we deal with good customers and they behave very well with customers.
