Multi-speciality hospital is a misnomer for this place. When Corona Covid striked twice on 2 of my most imp family members Hospital staff usually do not devote personalized/customized attention, unless there is a strong eligible reference or connection. & this hospital proved it. My parents (both senior citizens) were hospitalized here in Sept 2020. First my father who was pre-detected with COVID & later on my mother, who was tested positive post admission. Both of them were kept on nasal cannulae for oxygen supply. The ICU to my surprise, bedded multiple patients in a large room. There were no protective shields whatsoever built or inserted to protect spread of any infection from one patient to another. They have a one-size-fits-all approach and care the least about customized attention My father who had been bed-ridden, and later on developed severe cough, was not given the nebulizer treatment which had benefitted him while at home, despite being instructed so by the concerned family member. Moreover, there was no nurse or any such staff who would assist him in spitting out the mucus which would gather on cough. The staff would say, “there is a mug kept below his bed, he shall do it by himself “- how inconsiderate! Despite the situation demanding individual special care, the ICU head would respond “there are so many patients, how many do I be attentive to”! They do not bother to disclose critical information on time Not only all of that, none of the hospital members bothered to inform us that my father had given up on food & drink, which is a serious indication – this we came to know only when my mother was hospitalized there later on. It felt like, the hospital staff was taking advantage of a patient who was immovable/stationery, had no communication facility in the ICU (as initially I had not known that visitors were allowed inside on wearing protection gear), and could not voice his opinion – as his voice had also roughened up & got unrecognizable post admission. They have a casual approach towards casualty of a random patient My father who was admitted for his COVID setting did not get any immediate initial treatment for the same. He had undergone hip surgery in another local hospital prior. And the head of the hospital being an orthopaedic surgeon himself, considered removing the ring on his leg more important than catering to his COVID symptoms ! Also, the very vital Chest CT scan in such COVID cases was only conducted 5-6 days after his admission. Whereas the norm demands it to be conducted within 2-3 days to say the least. Ultimately, my father gave up the fight & left for heavenly abode on September 24th- just a month before his would have been birthday. Dicey ploy by the hospital management Later on, my mother continued to be under hospitalization. As the hospital also continued to be understaffed, & the existent staff continued to be inconsiderate, ignorant, inattentive about the welfare of the patient at stake. The head of the hospital, Dr Amit Ajgaonkar refused to discharge my mother, even when her oxygen levels got stable & any medical professional would have termed her ‘medically fit’. The hospital is out to mint money They charge humungous billing amounts for medical provisions usually daily, which am not sure are completely utilized behind our back. Caution: Take the help of nature but beware of experimentation at the hands of the merciless So my request to anyone who has read the review till here is – if you truly value your loved one, DO NOT admit them here in any serious condition, unless you personally know someone here from any of the staff members. You never know how they will write your loved one’s future in your absence. You are handing over a life, be careful. The hospital authorities might end up, in most cases, experimenting with the life of your loved one. Which I am sure you do not want, if your near one means anything to you. AVOID this hospital at ALL or ANY COST. My best wishes are with the common Noble ones. May Lord save us from falling prey to such predators. Amen

My mother in Law (MIL), 75 years, was found fallen from her bed at her residence and not respond. She was breathing heavily so we sought assistance, put her in ambulance for care to a nearby hospital to the residence. As i had called some friends and front line worker, who search for a hospital with a bed and this hospital was recommended due to availability of bed during the COVID overload. My wife is frantically trying to get MIL give some response, taking to her and get her out of what appeared a deep slumber. we reached the hospital and inform the front deck all manned by people with no sense of urgency. We are losing vital time here while the front desk is busy calling several persons of the hospital administration for admission. The front desk assistance is moving back and forth from the ambulance to the desk trying to check MIL blood Oxy levels at snail pace. More than half hour past and no attendance. I lose my patience and give them 5 min to attend or we to move to another hospital. After some time the resident Doctor arrives at the ambulance in slipper, No stethoscope, No Lab Coat, No Face Mask, No Blood Oxygen level meter. On Arrival declares in a loud irritated manner and tone that this a COVID Hospital while still in the lobby far away from the ambulance. As MIL fallen from the bed and had not shown any COVID and fearing the Hospital will not accept on this pretext, challenge the Doctor. The Doctor requests the Oxygen meter which does not work and declares the patient to be taken to COVID ICU. Seeing the unprofessional behavior we decide not to admit MIL and look for other hospital. We call COVID War room and known front line worker for assistance. We spent about an hour after which the COVID War room calls back and says they have convinced Zenith hospital to admit. Meanwhile, the attendant comes to the ambulance and agrees to admit after we sign their protocol. We agree and wait for Hospital to attend as after finding no approach from the front desk, I proceed and ask why no action is being taken. To this i am informed that without 1.5 lac deposit by CC/DC/ cash, no admission will be made. I agree to pay by credit / debit card. Now the attendant cannot find the card reader and laxly looking for the machine. I lose patience again and remind the attendant that he is working for a hospital and the patience condition may be critical. Tried paying by CC/DC but does not work so I had to rush home to get cash. All this while there are about 6-8 personnel at the front desk observing without any reaction to the situation or what's happening around. All this while my MIL is lying in the ambulance breathing heavily and not responsive and no doctor attending. My wife trying to do all her best to keep her from going deeper into unconsciousness. I return with cash when i am informed that they have been inform by COVID War room not to admit a non COVID patient else their hospital will give closure notice. During all this time 2 resident doctors are moving in the lobby lift laughing and chitchatting not reacting to what's happening in the ambulance watching us frantically seeking help. I go to front desk to deposit money in cash, that’s when I hear my wife scream loudly. When I approach the ambulance, my wife is crying loudly shouting for Doctor to attend as MIL stopped breathing. We keep shouting for doctor to come out. On seeing the commotion, the front deck close the door. After abt 15 minute the doctor, moving in the lobby laughing, comes with a O2 meter and inform us that we should have left and sought another hospital. We inform him that MIL has stopped breathing and doctor on checking the vital signs says MIL passed away. We tell him to declare her dead. The doctor refuses since MIL did not pass away in the Hospital. to take the body to a government hospital for the same. MIL in ambulance 2100 to 0000 at the hospital lobby without attendance till she passed away while her daughter is holding the hands trying her best to revive her. A sorry state of affairs this Hospital, Its Doctors and staff.

Dear all upcoming patients it's humble request kindly do not take service from this Zenith hospital here's response is very pathetic service are cheap class , basically doctors are very smart to take you big amount of hospital, they literally added fake charges to me I'm totally frustrated with irrelevant bills , I crossed check so many times what they added fake charges in my bills. Doctor Amit they don't have humanity also he is very rigid regarding take more money from me without giving any required treatment. It's very hurtful things I was not expected that what he did , doctor said if u don't have money then don't come in my hospital or don't take service from pvt hospital , go to municipality . Literally I began for this I was starting shared my earning and my problem regarding fund issue that time he said I will do reasonable . Finally I was totally cheated without any services I'm very disappointed by this kind of worst treatment by zenith hospitals doctors & specially by Amit ajgaonkar. He cheated my money badly I was cried badly , but they don't have manners how to talk . Gys plz don't take chance it's very very humble request. Service is very very poor 1 important thing I want to share in Zenith hospital there is lots of mosquito & bee. Bahut bhayanak dar laga main jitne din bhi rahi waha bahut darawane sapne aate they aatma ati thi mera bed uthati thi , main zor zor se chaillati thi , mera halat dekhakar dusara patient bhag gaya . Fir mera place change Kiya but no improvement. Then I taken discharge. I was totally scared .

I am a Doctor myself ,I was admitted at this hospital for typhoid fever in .suite room. While the consulting Doctors are good at the hospital, the management is the reason for me giving poor ratings to the hospital.Right from the time I was admitted there was mismanagement at the level of RMO Doctors and staff nurse. I was not informed by staff sister about my USG Appointmemt hence since my bladder was not full so my USG was postponed by 1 day, next day also due to miscommunication only half USG was done and I was called back for ultrasound a second time. When my consulting doctor told to give Meropenem twice daily, the RMO Doctor wrote thrice daily order and sister came to give injection thrice.Daily over between RMO doctors was not proper leading to confusion about treatment.Investigations were not sent on time as told by physician. The lunch and Dinner served daily was cold and for someone with typhoid fever hot food is basic necessity. On one of the days I was given a gown which was torn without even checking, which frankly is humiliating. For my Mediclaim, all reports that I had given to the hospital were not forwarded by them leading to my claim being rejected due to inadequate evidence to support diagnosis. Even after pointing out mistakes in management,no one apologised, the attitude of the hospital staff was what irked me the most. I won't recommend this hospital, while the consulting Doctors are good,if you can't get admitted elsewhere but the management can turn your experience into a bad one.

One of the worst hospital you will ever see.. it's a shame on the name of medical care.. the doctors don't know what their doing, the nurse sits and asks for money when a patient is literally seconds away from dying, the doctor makes the maid servant put an iv line for the patient because he and his nurses are incompetent and the only person who knows how to do it are the maids who are not even traines to do so.. This hospital is just a money making racket and and sham.. the lights in the hospital ward in which the patient is there, is switched off, because they don't want a high electricity bill (this has been quoted by the security guard) The doctor come and adds iv drops and medicines for a patient who has already passed away and don't even tell us when the patient has died. When we were praying for the dead to depart in peace, not even 5 minutes after she was pronounced dead, the nurse comes in and tells us to go and immediately pay the bill. They don't even have respect to wait for the family to finish their prayer. Then to make matters worse, whoever was coming to see the family and pay their respects was instantly asked to go and tell the family to pay money Overall, i would say, rather than going to this hospital you'd go to literally any other hospital if you want your loved one to be treated by someone who knows what they're doing and wants the well-being of your loved ones

Reason for giving 3 stars is they are available 24 Hrs for emergency. That's it after that you will get thru all the pain possible. Even if you have cashless ins they will ask you to pay deposit. Fine understood for security purpose. But once claim is approved from TPA. Then why are you holding the money back for 45 days. Whats the point of having the whole cashless policy in place. Second best part is staff is completely clue less about the rules of the hospital. As mention in the early feedback. front desk team is total failure. Was there for complete night and in morning at 8 AM when staff walk in for duty...they were shouting as if they have come for picnic...i was surprised like its a hospital or hotel... at the end understood one thing in case emergency will go there but will shift from there asap once the basic things taken care. Had taken super deluxe room...But this guys dont understand the basic details between the basic room and super deluxe. Felt like being cheated. Since bills are paid by TPA no one cares...but at the end of the client is the one who is paying the huge premium to get secured and to get best services in this kind of situation, This was my first and last visit. Thanks for taking care in the time of emergency. Apart from that everything was wrong.

Worst hispital, not bothered about people just into money making business. I will not give even one star. I admitted my mother 2nd Sep at night for fever and motion they took straight in ICU and more interested making money. They dont even have proper doctor just trainee doc whole night I sat outside icu but doc never came, was not allowed to see my Mom. I had to shout to see my mother was shocked to see she was still having 102deg fever, they did nothing looks we're just planning to pull money. I forcefully took Dama and took my Mom out of hospital. They took 2 hrs to discharge wasted whole night and half day. I had took my Mom in high fever and such bad condition from hospital to another better hospital were they control her fever in just 5 hrs whole team of doc and nurse took there job seriously in another hospital. I would recommend every one not to choose this hospital if you love your family member. We go with hope in hospital in emergency and these hospital take advantage of it very bad experience.

It is one of the worst & greedy Hospital we have experienced till date. My mother in law was admitted to the Hospital around 3 months back. Its a hospital who first asks for "how much is you medi claim policy?" and depending on that they gauge the claim amount. Ideally the patient has to be treated first with their complaints rather than focusing on the claim amount. The quality of hygiene was also extremely poor. They admitted my mother in law in an ICU with 7-10 patients bedded in the same ICU which causes a total nuisance. and they claimed for twin sharing room. The ACs did not work which was caused suffocation to the admitted patients in one room. Lastly, they paid the deposit amount after more than 55 days of the admission even though the claim amount was already settled months back to the hospital. More soever, we had to the continuously chase & follow up for the deposit amount cheque and bear the rude behavior of the staffs at the TPA desk as well as the reception.

  • Chrystal Mascarenhas

One of the worst hospital their staff nurse doesnt knw the difference between diabetes and Pressure tablets...the ROM answer to ur query will be the main dr knws the trigger to the cause of the sickness like seriously...to top it up zero on hygiene...there is a dustbin right out side the ICU... people inside the icu may get curee but the family waiting outside would definatley fall sick because of the amount of mosquitos....any patients that come to they hospital are by default taken to icu...medicines are ordered unnecessarily...100 of gloves an mask are orderd from the chemist as if the chemist has been promised Xamount of business an tht business is been driver from patients family who are unaware of wht exactly the trick of the business...these kind of hospitals who manipulate patients and its family should be taken to task...absolutely annoying...pl dont take ur loved ones to this so called hospital

We had fairly decent experience at Zenith Hospital. The times are tough and doctors and nurses are under a lot of stress working long unending hours. So yes a few misses are bound to happen. However overall the staff is calm and caring and the hospital is very clean. The hospital has its own pharmacy and provide all meals for the patients. Dr Santosh the RMO is a good doctor and is available for the queries and guidance when needed. My family member was under the care of Dr Padmaraj Ankle. Dr. Ankle is very knowledgeable, has extensive experience in treating covid patients and took all the right and timely decisions in choosing the right line of treatment. Due to covid restrictions it was hard to visit the hospital so we were kept informed over phone calls on a frequent basis how things are and if any change of treatment was being progressed.

Worst hospital i have seen in my life. I got admitted for weakness & bodyache. But dr n TPA were more intertested in mediclaim policy. Which things are included which are not. They were not concentrating why weakness n vertigo i am facing. After discharge also no improvement. In house dr's are very rude & no sense of talking with patient. They wants patients to come to there desk to explain what is problem they facing. No proper diognosis has been done. Unwanted checks up has done which mediclaim dosen't cover & which was required to diagnise illness was not done. Will never reccomend such third class hospital for anyone. Bcoz if they can not treat patient for weakness so they are not capable to treat any disease. This is the reason you can not see patients in there hospital. They are just sitting there to make money.

  • Radhika Prabhu

Very pathetic hospital. Charged us on the basis of our previous hospital bill and we didn’t even receive the final bill and discharge summary on the date of discharge. Dr. Amit Ajgaonkar asked us to collect the bill on next day or on the follow up date which is 4 days later from today. The reason stated is their server is down. The worst thing is another patient received their bill at the same time. No physio sessions recommended for the patient who underwent left hip surgery for the rod implantation. We were asked to buy a package and no split of the bill amount was shared with us on the discharge date. Inexperienced staff and very poor service. Dr didn’t visit the patient on the date of discharge at all. Discharge was declared at 12:30 pm but we got the exit at 05:30 pm. Prescription is w/o docs sign & stamp.

  • siddhant khandelwal

Don't let the convenience of the location fool you. As a companion of the patient, I've observed various things which have forced me to write this review. The deluxe rooms are different to each other, one is newly furnished, one is old or the other is smaller. The patient had to change 3 rooms. The first room was a small deluxe, second room was a super deluxe where a rat suddenly entered and climbed the patients bed. The third room had problems with the AC and TV which were taken care of, but the flushing in the toilet did not work, causing patient to go to another room in the middle of night to use toilet. The bedsheets are dirty, food is insufficient and bad in quality and the staff is unprofessional, especially the guards who don't cooperate for car parking inside the building.

This hospital is made to cheat common people.my mother in law admitted and on very next day it's found she is covid negative but she was getting fever doctors should have take her samples for further tests ..infact along with covid they should have done on t same day. Inspite of this we requested on 4thday to do her test and she was having malaria.. hospital staff never told us what are there charges and on discharge day they gave us a bill of 160000 and just for 6 days...drs even not gave ny adjustment in t bill... Even mediclaim pips said they have added lot of treatment for covidand covid s negative bcause f this mediclaim was also sanctioned for less amount... Please never go to this hospital..this s the most fraud hospital ...nd taking full disadvantages in covid

  • Pushpa Rajendra

First of all I would not even like to give it a 1 star but still there’s no option left. This organisation is a machine of money ripping and another thing is about staff who sits on the reception they don’t even have a single percent of knowledge regarding the medical line, I asked them to give me a appointment of chest physician but they told me like chest physician is not available right now but we have RMO available would you like to take an appointment with him! Is she foolish? Or she trying to make me fool? Charging me the same amount of money weather it is speciality or a normal physician. They don’t even know how to talk with the other residents! Very shameful act and also telling abusive words to other staffs on the reception desk!

  • KRUPAL SHAH & ASSOCIATES STAFF

Dr Santosh mishra can't be termed as doctor.. I can write an essay on negligence part.. But since it's covid and patients are all alone, they feel like Superman and do whatever they want to do. Dr Santosh mishra being a rmo is creating bad name of this hospital.. They are not helpful during discharge but they admit within 2 minutes.. The excuse of waiting for report is permanent, and almost all times sisters have to be reminded to give tablets. Many sister seems to have joined just after a month of training.. There is always scarcity of staff and all patients are on luck here..giving 3 starts even after this as after 8 days, am dischargeed, but there has to be a senior and better doctor handling affairs

  • The hopping bunny

The worst ever....no heart no soul......they have only been after the money. When uncle was being admitted the doctor spoke and explained and showed urgency and said plz pay ASAP and once he was admitted i never got to speak to the doctor and was mentioned that he is on rounds....during discharge again mamaged to speak only because they wanted me to finish the payment and they mentioned they will not release the documents till the payment is done. Please dont go there....they rip you off......they charged for N95 masks and it was never used or given....this is just one of the charges i am talking about there are far too many....the government and everyone else need to know such thieves they are.......

My mother’s right knee replacement took place at Zenith Hospital Malad. The operation, post operation care and the cost is really delightful! I am getting the left knee replacement of my mother at the same hospital under able guidance and personal attention of Dr. Amit Ajagaonkar. I found all the staff extremely professional, competent and helpful. Even though My mother is a diabetic, the doctors handled the case with such an ease that there has been no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend this Hospital for any ailment that you may have. The TPA team also coordinated for the claims seamlessly without any trouble. TPA team got the claim submission and approval from authorities in an exemplary manner.

  • Susan Nazareth

Worst hospital ever. If I had the option I would give no STAR. I took my mum last month as she was suffering from pain shooting straight from her left arm and they kept her for 9 days doing only physiotherapy and raised my medical bill off the roof. I finally had to take her to Bombay hospital as the pain never subsided where the dr said she needs to undergo surgery and no physiotherapy can help her relief that pain. She was previously treated at Bombay hospital for other issue and this time due to COVID we did not wanna travel that far and hence decided to try Zenith hospital. Worst decision of our lives. Bottom line: Zenith is the worst hospital. Never go there. They just money making business.

  • Silel Dlyma

The doc was great. But the hospital it terrible in terms of Sanitisation. There was a rat living in the bed. And would come out in the night and run over my leg. On informing the nurses nothing was done. I wasn't offered another room or bed. The rat infestation was known by the domestic staff there but still was not acknowledged by the Nurses. The day I was to get discharged the night before the rat was near my head and there was rat poop near my pillow. Also the rat ate the fruit near the bed side table. Still the nurses did nothing. Very dissatisfied with the hospital. Could have picked up another sickness because of this. PLEASE do not go there. Go at your own risk.

  • Noel DSouza

Good hospital, but TPA goofed up. She sent the email with the Pre Auth papers on 22nd but did not bother to find out why the email bounced back. Today afternoon the doctor came and discharged my son, but the discharge summary could not be prepared as the insurers had not received the papers. I am waiting for a call to sign the papers and take my son home, but I don't know when that is going to happen. The staff at the admission cash counter says it will take another 30 minutes. Shocked. Can someone help? The insurer is Bajaj Allianz and are also shocked, and so are the other 3 patients and their relatives. Bajaj Allianz has not received their Pre Auth papers as well.

PLEASE GUYS COME HERE AT UR OWN RISK 2 stars because there are some reasons 1st of all on the good note dr. Amit ajgaonkar is very good and helpful i will say, but sometimes late as well. I am quite happy with the floor staff as well. 2nd thing the reception staff, billing staff, these all people must be changed as soon as possible because theor behavior is not up to the mark. Not even good i would say. Adding one more thing today i asked for indoor case paper on 1st jan 2020 they told me to come on 3rd jan i came on 3rd but they are telling we were not notified about that and all such stuff. One less star just because of that. PLEASE GUYS COME HERE AT UR OWN RISK

  • Atul Doshi

Dear Amit Ji Suggestions: Do not just go after monetary things. How much has no end. Simple or complex stitching 2/3 should not cost 15000/- to poor patient. Above all when patient come with imegency your people behaves nicely but while asking for bill accounts and itemise billing they ignoring ..! And in case patient as medical insurance then please take only portion of the claim which is really you should and of your work and efficiency . Do not squeeze the policy up to last drop. Hope you better come out of this and do well in your line of practice You are very much at prime location you can earn very much good reputation or else near future. !?

  • Sanju Mansingka

Worst hospital, staff inexperienced, Doctor thinks that he is too much knowledgeable but zero service. No treatment done for leg injury however all charges included in the bill like dietician charges, cbc, blood report. For a simple swelling on the left foot they admited me for 24 hours and no treatment done.Staff very very unprofessional, resident Doctor looks like a sales person who deals with patients for insurance and in the bill they charge you 1000 rs mentioning as consultancy fee. A very humble request to everyone don't visit or get admitted to this hospital ever. They would rip your money and no treatment would be done

  • Vandana Pai

  • Roopashri Shetty

Pathetic services experienced by the hospital admin staff minus the Doctors. Opted for cashless but still they made my Mom pay for tests and medical expenses which led to a lot of confusion and rework for me to claim reimbursement. Though I opted for a Deluxe room for my Dad the nurses were not bothered to check if the glucose drip was over and blood was flowing back. The room assigned initially had a bad odour and they were using room freshners. Upon request they shifted him to another room. Also, I found them charging exorbitantly high so kindly make an informed decision before you plan an admission here.

  • Deven Waghela

Had good experience in treatment of my mother, she was admitted during very difficult conditions and the admission process was easy and staffs were very helpful. Hospital and medical shop attached is on bit expensive side but still your purpose of coming will be served and you can see the efforts of the team of doctors and his subordinates. Still lot of room for improvements but it's nice to have good reliable hospital in close vicinity. Thanks to Dr. Gautam , Ashwin and team for overall help making difficult medical terms simple to understand which helps in making eight decisions at crucial stage.

  • DEBANJAN GHOSH

Guys never go to this hospital even you r in critical s situation. All doctors and stuffs are very very bad, very unprofessional, sometimes I felt do they have any degree of doctors or not. Guys they only want your money. Curing you won't matter for them. Never go to this hospital. Service is pathetic. I would suggest nobody to come to this hospital. Doctor was unavailable even after calling many times. Rooms were so dirty and smelly and unhygienic. Everybody in this hospital were so unhelpful, I was feeling very helpless. Guys, I strongly feel this hospital is very bad, never think about this hospital.

  • Marshal Kamei

The doctors are good. But the hospital policies are messed up. The admission process was just out of order, it took hours to get admitted. Billing - Too many hidden charges. The TPA staff refused to share the itemized bills for my treatment done. Most of the services are overpriced. They will try to hold your security deposit for as long as they can and will try to pursade you to delay that this is not working and that is not working. Billing and TPA counter are all messed up. Tips: if you have to go cashless option, make sure they tell you all service charges before you approve.

  • Aakanksha Mapuskar

Horrible staff. Very unprofessional and pathetic. The doctor FORGOT to give instructions to nurse to give the medicine to the patient admited there. Plus they charge extra for no reason, and add extra medicines bills in the final bill. We had to cross check 4-5 times with the pharmacy. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Plus if you're a decent income earning person, they will make sure to empty your pockets. The food provided is bad too. And the nurses, spot boys and everyone just keep giggling and chilling all the time. Please don't go here.

  • Bindiya Raj

Very bad hospital never ever trust please, kabhi bharosa mat karna, specially in money matters they are very much aggressive people every one including staff n all, first for admission they are so good but while retur5the deposit funds they have so many rules n they just try to deduct the full amount anyhow. Bahut bad experience woh bhi now only once 2 baar hoka hai mere saath 2017 me aur abhi June 2023 me still unlog ne mere refund nai diya. So better jao hi mat its my personal experience... any query can question me directly please

For Zenith hospital the doctor was not good and sister's also are not good very very bad hospital service is also bad and very worst . I sure I never come this hospital and I told to my friends and relatives don't go to this hospital. Resently my mom is admit and when discharge time my mideclam zenith hospital take the 1.50lakh and tells 17thousand pay extra that it's way i give only one star and night time the sister only sleeping this hospital very very worst hospital

  • Nivedita Banerjee

Dr. Amit Ajgaonkar was pretty helpful and explained the condition perfectly. The reception on admission explained us the admission procedure for availing cash less procedure without any difficulties. The staff and nurses were all helpful during our stay. Regular visits from junior doctors and proper observation of the vitals was done promptly. Special mention of the cleaning staff needs to be there as they went out of their way to keep the room clean and be helpful otherwise as well. Highly recommended!

I met with an accident and broke my wrist joint on road. I was taken to Zenith Hospital as it was the nearest from place of accident by strangers. I was attended immediately and x rays were taken with care. Casualty Dr at duty was Dr Lakshman who was friendly and made sure I feel relax after reaching hospital. I was attended by Senior Dr Amit Ajagaonkar who handled the case. I was operated day after. I am getting discharge today and till now experience was good. Nurses and staff are very cordial too.

  • Maneck Bulsara

Special mention for Dr. Amit Ajgaonkar, very caring, attentive n observant. Entire staff was very supportive n on the toes, right from class IV to top, the care they take of every patient is very touching N appreciable. Complete staff gives personal attention to each n every patient, our experience was superb for all six days of my son's stay at the said hospital. I will definitely recommend this hospital to all my near n dear ones. BEST WISHES TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!

  • Krishna Peravali

  • franzinha fernandes

The Doctors and nurses are very kind and helpful. A very good hospital with pleasant and helpful staff. Specially the ICU staff very great full to them, however From the Doctors to the nurses, from the cleaning staff to the guards, ambulance personal, helped alot. We could approach to them with any query and with a helpful nature, things were told and done. Above all a very good Hospital. God bless all the Hospital Staff and their family members.

  • Larry Anthony

Worst hospital till date! Had to get some med injected for my mom and they refused to do it as the reports weren't from India. The nurses are hopeless, unprofessional & phatehtic I am not sure if they are qualified nurse, I may be rude but this is my thoughts moreover the even doctor refused come and check or even have a word with us as I was over hearing the conversation between nurse and doc. They need a new management and I hope they see this.

  • Shashikant Moolya

One of worst hospital i have come across life of people is of no value for here. Had my mother admitted here at midnight with fever and motion she was put in icu for making money but inspite putting in icu no treatmnt given. And saw there trainee doctors with no credible reponse about treatment being given. We have to forcibly get my mother discharged and to admit her in another hospital. Kindly avoid such hospital were value of life is zero.

  • All information

Third class no staff at hospital patient need to wait all time longer no quick positive response from staff they just pass the messages to another person to get out of responsibility and wash room in patient room is worst then a government public toilet always smell no exhaust properly this is last time never recommend to any one government hospital are better then this what i think better hospitality then zenith hospital zero stars for this

  • reshma patil

I rsently visited this hospital my relative admitted in ICU. Very good experience for that. Nursing staff of ICU Valsa-Pooja-Kiran-Priyanka sisters are good. Dr. Sunil Kinare is such a helpful person i really appreciate that he is brilliant doctor i ever meet. One requset to manegment plz give ID cards to your ICU rmo its better to communicate with him... over all i give 5 star for all... I really like to vist again for health problems...

  • shadab shaikh

It's been a very co operative and friendly environment. Also the sisters and doctors were very approchable and helpful, specially sister Megha. She was very very helpful and always been there whenever the patient required her help. I would like to give one feedback to the hospital management. Please provide a meal to the relative of the patient who's stay at the hospital along with the patient. Rest is a great experience . Cheers..!!

  • Parag Dutt

The hospital is a looting place making money of people. Even average cases are sent to ICU to make more money. Pathetic. Pls check the success Rate of critical cases here. You will realize barely few make it alive . One of the worst hospitals and the owners are very much party to the crimes. Pls take your patient's anywhere but this place. . I have learnt my lesson hope you don't test these pathetic nurses and doctors. God bless all

  • Aadil Choudhri

I don't want to give any single star to this hospital, bcoz this is not an hospital, this is a money racket building doctors are not punctual on their time and nurse are also not so cooperative they want their money by hook or crook, they doesn't care if patient want something help or call someone to help out patient they leave patient as it is. So I recommended this hospital is money snatcher and waste of time

  • Shweta Shukla

I went to the hospital because I had caught an Urinary tract infection. The doctor who saw me was so unsure of a diagnosis. She first asked me to get admitted without doing any che is or tests. Secondly, when she was prescribing the medicine she was unsure of what she was writing. So a very bad experonce. Did not take a single medicine she prescribed and also went to another doctor. I wasted RS.500 on nothing.

  • Achilles

Worst hospital in Mumbai Dr amit and his wife are smug in white coat and disgrace to doctor community. Specially that Dr Santosh I don’t kniw his qualifications but he is the worst man I ever seen in my life After my research i come to know that there are so many pending case by BMC on this hospital due to malpractice I strongly suggest you go in government hospitals or any nearby rather than treating her..

  • Vrunda Brahmbhatt

Hospital is really good my baby got discharge today and she is fine now bcoz of zenith's dr and staff they r really good All sisters are really coperative and humble. Hospital is very nit and clean. Water facility and all the facility which is needed for patient all are avalable. Food is also good which they provide to patients. And for family member they have food at very cheap reate very well affordebal.

  • Sakshi Singh

This is a very useless hospital, but not a hospital, it is only a business of robbing people, they also eat the money of the staff and who also make the patient a fool. They scam in the bill, they also scam in medicine. And as much as I speak, there is only one request, you never had to take dear people. This facility is the worst And doesn't get caught up in the pursuit of a job, even by mistake.

  • Musharraf Malik

The reason for giving 1 star is. I had an operation 2 years back again I have started facing the same issue. I contacted the hospital and now that doctor have changed I have to pay first visit fees as 1000 rs. If the doctor has changed, that’s not my concern. And would never recommend anyone to visit this hospital because the first time I had operation they already charged me so much.

  • Ankit Ved

They say it is 24hrs open but they do not have doctors at night. It was a minor case of stitches due to slipping got via an unfortunate accident at home. Called their helpline and got response that they're checking whether any doctor is available for dressing. After 20 mins, called again and got response that no one is available please take somewhere else. God help you incase of emergencies!

  • Kamal Manghani

My son was admitted for 2_days in first week of June 2018. At this time of discharge, Rs 5000/- was retained and I was assured that same will be refunded to me within a fortnight of discharge. I have made repeated calls and paid multiple visits but despite assuring to do the needful, hospital is sitting on the money to be refunded . hospital in charge seems to be greedy and money minded only

  • Avi

Worst service given to the patient. At once incident the blood came back in the bottle, after ringing several bell's they came and said its is normal, if its first time its ok. So camly they ignored that stuff. patient are waiting for breakfast till morning 10 AM, but no boady appeared to serve Morning meal. Super Delux Room are getting this kind of service RS.7,500 are charged for this.

  • Bhavesh Waghela

This hospital does not allow it's patients to sleep. The nurse call system does not work. The display units make sound louder than Dolby speakers 24 hours a day.Nobody knows how to stop this nuisanse. It's 0:38 and the lights are still on, all requests fall on deaf ears. Nobody is interested in patient welfare. There is no control over anything. I don't know what is the Owner upto.

  • Richardson Arul

Purely money oriented. Wanted to admit my dad and had cashless insurance on him. These money seeking people demanded 20k deposit and said if the insurance process clears then they will refund and they don't wanna take any risk even though it's my old dad suffering. Worst thing I wasn't available and mom and dad weren't able to use digital payment. Solution: Go to Lifeline hospital.

  • farhan shaikh

Vary poor services they are providing to the patient specially to Covid-19. before admitting they are asking 2 lacks rupees as deposit and not giving the proper treatment most of cases in the zenith hospital are dead after admitted in the hospital even young people also. if you are well mature enough and don't want to waste your hard earning money don't go this hospital..

  • dinesh rajan

Pathetic hospital with insensitive staff! Neelam who sits at the reception talks at if patients are beggars at the doorstep of the hospital. Most employees openly solicit tips! Absolutely unprofessional people and should not be exist in a domain that requires a lot of empathy and understanding. Worst place. Please don't come here unless it is an absolute emergency.

  • Rajesh Hadagali

Fraud Hospital I just got back from this hospital after admitting for isolation. Since three days I was without medication as complete medicine course was completed. It took hospital three days to generate the bill and submit to TPA. The hospital still has to give me break down of the medicine prescribed . Request all to avoid this Hospital at any cost.

  • Satyadev Yadav

  • Ajitesh Madai

Fraud Hospital, My grandmother was treated her for COVID, They charged for tests which they have no reports attached. They charge heavy for medicines and we could not buy medicines from other pharmacies as per hospital policy. Thankfully my grandmother survived. But I would not suggest this hospital to anyone for COVID treatment.

  • Aftab Ansari

One of the worst hospitals in terms of dealing with patients n cashless facility. No body is bothered to respond about billings n procedures they follow. Charge you bomb for no reasons and keep patients as hostages, no trust on mediclaim facility. They are here just to make money. Strongly not recommended. Pathetic!!

  • Mangesh Shisany

I am Mangesh, was admitted in the Zenith Hospital for Covid treatment alongwith my wife. Overall our experience with Doctors and support staff was good and supportive with us. Personalized attention given by all the staff even in the Covid situation. I think it's remarkable. Kindly keep on doing this. Thank you.

  • Sachin Poojary

Pathetic Services offered by Nurses, Doctors and their Billing Team. They all are good in just doing time pass and they have made this is a business. Doctors who are supposed to atleast visit patients twice day and at a proper timings, but none of these being done. Please don't admit your loved ones here please.

  • pooja oza

Hi Just to inform those whose near ones are covid victim pls do not admit in this bloody hospital were drs n staff are worst. As I have lost my dad few months ago. There's sum scandal in this hospital which we aren't aware of. They do not provide the food to patient and they say we provide them with everything

  • Lalchand Sharma

The Hospital service is very slow. for getting security deposit refund I have gone their 5 times in four months, Nothing happened. They have number of excuses for not refunding my money. always excuse is that so and so person is not available. I do not know how to get the security deposit from this hospital

  • Vishal Nanil

Some examples Charged for N95 masks - not even a 3 ply mask given by the hospital. Charged for physiotherapy.. Yes. For a covid positive patient Charged for tests that we paid directly to the lab World's most sad customer service. Charged for Dr that didn't visit once. And bill pls don’t even get there

  • Preet Makhija

The doctor has no sense of talking with the patient and family. The junior doctors are also of no use. They don't have basic knowledge of the treatment given to the patient and also they don't know the procedure for discharge. It is not a hospital, it is money looting office. Very very very bad experience.

  • Andy Ray

Hospital is very professional in its approach towards patients. Took proper care of the patient and also suggested future course of action before discharge. Nurse Rekha Kapse is very methodical in her approach. She goes out of the way to keep patients happy and informed. Keep up the good work Team Zenith

  • anvitawasthee

Worst service ! Dr Ajit Ajgaonkar is a fraudster and believes in minting money by providing inflated bills. Also , the billing department and administration is very uncooperative. They are all one & no one will care to listen to you. Refrain from visiting this hospital & stay away from these cheaters .

  • WAHIDZ KINGDOM

Very bad hospital, they admit patients but don't know diagnosis if you want to see your family member alive then don't admit this hospital. This hospital have connection with Raksha Hospital they make money and let patients died. Plz plz find better hospital but don't admit in this hospital.

  • Javed Baig

  • Charuta Shirke

Negligent Pathetic, rude frauds if you're admitting patient in this hospital , in ICU , the negligence of doctors RMO AND Nurses can lead the patient to death.Dr.SantoshMishra is doutful tohave a medical degree who oversee the Icu patient.I sufferd a great loss by losing my dad in this icu.

The hospital is very good on cleanliness and size of rooms. All nurses are very helpful. Just the medical claim management team is a little late but they too helped a lot. Overall the feedback is good. Doctor: Heena Trehan was our doctor Who was very clear in communicating the treatment.

  • SATYA KAM MISHRA

NEVER NEVER VISIT THIS HOSPITAL ABSOLUTELY fraud this hospital will kill you and your patient. The Doctor never visits the patient the staff is I'll experienced and there is eventually a struggle for the family members. The charges are so high that it will faint you.

  • art illustrations

If it was possible I won't give any Star only. Doctor's seems so unexpected. For viral fever they forced me to get admitted. Second day also Instead of telling me my report status he forced me to get admitted. It's a complete business in the name of a organization.

  • SIDHeN SRIVASTAVA

Very professional and all inclusive hospital services. Once you reach, the front desk staff make you feel comfortable. Doctors are thorough. I recommend strongly. Better take an appointment in advance . Most specialities available on regular basis, others in call.

  • Shazia Khalid

Dr Ankit Poddar you have done a perfect job, my mother had a sebaceous cyst / abscess on the back of the neck and at her age the cleaning of the pus is done in such a great efficiency also the entire staff is helpful attentive and don’t make patients wait forever.

  • snehal lokhande

Amazing Hospital with all around kept up with the cleanliness and everything gave on schedule. From the hour of admission to release the TPA group support was superb and smooth less claim clearance. The doctors, medical attendants were supportive right from day.

  • Shubham Pal

These guys are fraudsters, I went there for Gall bladder surgery and they charged ₹165000 , however the actual cost at any other hospital wouldn't be more than ₹75-80000. Their bills are dubious. This hospital is made to crucify the patient's family financially.

  • Divya Mudliyar

I would never recommend this hospital to anyone the way it was before all has changed now. and they charge unnecessary charges which is not relevant. But I would say nurse and staffs are very helpful..Please clear each n everything before you get admitted here..

  • Meenaz Siddiq Shaikh

Horrible management... specially the billing department person Praveen does not have any manners and sense of talking. The support doctors showed was great but the other support staff is horrible. The only intention for this hospital is money..
