The recent experience I had was something really unprofessional from this clinic and extremely humiliating for a patient. I have been visiting this place to get my checkups done by Dr. Anitha. A month back I needed to get a filling done, for which she suggested to visit her after 2 weeks. So after 2 weeks, when I visited the place again, the receptionist informed me that due to busy schedule of the doctor and their clinic renovation, I should visit again after 2 weeks. Eventually after a month bearing all the pain, I decided to call this clinic to get an appointment. In the call, firstly the receptionist said that Dr Anitha was available. But as soon as she got to know that I am not a new patient, she told me that all doctors are busy. After I insisted that its an urgent case, she told me that she'll call me back with an appointment after 1/2 hr. Post that after I called, she asked to wait again for an hour. Then eventually after waiting for few hours, she stopped picking my call. As the pain was taking a toll on me, I decided to directly visit the clinic and talk to the doctor directly. But that's when the real drama began. After my visit, the receptionist went inside to get Dr Magesh (who I think is the owner). He came out of his cabin with a confrontational attitude and just asked me to leave. When I said that I just want an appointment with Dr. Anitha, he told me that he'll let me know whenever he feels like (Even without knowing my contact details). I tried explaining him the problem I was facing, but he became aggressive and taunted that I don't understand english. Eventually I had no option but leave. It is beyond my understanding that why would a clinic not give appointment to a repeated customer and rather than explaining the issue, try to humiliate that patient (who is ready to pay whatever they want). Hopefully you will treat your patients (who are your bread & butter) with care and respect without maligning the image of doctors who are considered as god in our country. PS: Hope now you get it that I can both understand and speak english, Dr Magesh. - Response to the owner: This response was something that I never expected from you Dr Anitha. Just for the sake of responding to a bad review, you framed an allegation that I harassed your receptionist. Bringing in examples of "work place run by 3 females", you are trying to use the gender card and get away from the real issue. This is a new example of stooping to the lowest level. If you have reviewed the audio/video recordings, then I challenge you to release it in public. Let people see that how conveniently you can write any lie in the review response. I am surrounded by females in my family and respecting them is the 1st thing taught to us. Same was the case with Ms Poovizi, which whom I just had a conversation about why she wasn't receiving my calls and not giving any appointment. And right till the end, even with Dr Magesh, it was him having an aggressive tone and me silently agreeing to whatever he said and leaving the clinic. Hence in the end, Doctors do have a right to treat whoever they want, but they don't have a right to malign someone's image by using blatant lies. I again urge you to maintain the image that doctors have in our society and not ruin it by such deeds

My experience with Zen Dental and Health Care and Dr. Anitha was amazing. She provided me with best quality dental treatment. I was so comfortable during the treatment and was well taken care of. I personally did not like to go to the dentist until I went to Zen Dental Care. It's now my favourite place. I will now tell all my friends and family to visit this amazing place to keep your teeth checked regularly. And I must tell, she took her time to explain each and every aspect going on in my mouth and how to take care of it. I am in love with the entire set up in her clinic. And not to forget her staffs, they were so kind and co-operative. Never found any dentist like her in all my years and I count myself fortunate to find a dentist like Dr.Anitha. I was coming down to Bangalore for a week for some work. I contacted Dr Anitha via email if she could look at my mother's and my dental issues. She got back to me the very same day for a discussion and arranged appointments for us based on our travel dates. A thorough assessment of our teeth was done and explained to us in detail by Dr Anitha and her highly professional team. We then got our complex Re-RCT's, permanent fillings, cleaning etc treatment done over the week and are extremely happy with how everything went and would definitely visit the clinic again next time we come down to Bangalore again and would highly recommend Zen Dental clinic for all your dental issues. I had recently visited the clinic for routine dental checkup and had done with scaling and polishing. Dr. Anitha thoroughly explained me of the causes and had given tips on avoiding it. I visited Zen Dental for stains and Dr. Anitha explained everything that could have lead to stains and how to reduce them further. Anitha recommended that I go for cleaning. Teeth cleaning was done excellently and there was two teeth with minor decay clearly visible after cleaning was done. Had I not done cleaning, it would have been tough journey for me. Dr.Anitha also listened to concerns and clarified everything. Would highly recommend visiting them, especially in the morning!

I had braces treatment done as a child and my front teeth had come back up. A visit to Doctor Anitha revealed why it was happening and 3D imagery (part of the Invisalign treatment package) was used to show how it could be solved. So I went through braces treatment again at Zen. It's been 6 months since I had my braces off and this time, my teeth are indeed staying perfectly aligned! :) I would highly recommend Doctor Anitha for her dental skills and clear, precise explanations.

I went here recently to get a toothache checked out,Dr Anita thoroughly diagnosed and explained to me. The whole experience was very professional and comfortable. I had RTC done by Dr Neha,who was very kind and gentle,she would explain the steps she is about to perform. She makes it very comfortable to ask queries and doubts if you have any. Dr Anitha and her team have been the best each time I have visited. I had a root canal treatment done here recently. The procedure was quick and painless. The good thing is before trying to start treatment procedure they will perform a meticulous analysis via x-rays and various other ways to find the "root" cause of the problem.
