I love your pizza and recently switched from pagiliacci delivery. However, your app is such a mess that I was unable to place an order after trying for 30 minutes... it simply wouldn’t accept my order. I was trying to order one medium pizza with two toppings for my husband and one medium gluten free pizza for myself. I was trying everything - half and half seemed to break it (even though that’s what I really wanted), so I tried just a basic pizza with three toppings for me. That didn’t work. I had the pizzas in my cart, after several tries, and it simply would not let me place my order after adding gratuity. I started over several times. At the payment step, it just didn’t respond. I had tried to “order for later” and it took so long that my order was then denied because all of my attempts took too long. I started fresh again only to then have to reinsert my credit card information, which had been saved from a previous order, but was now gone. Then it wouldn’t let me enter the expiration date, so I still couldn’t place my order. After a very hard day, the frustration level hit a high and I gave up. There isn’t even a back button, so if you accidentally select something you don’t want - if you choose to add meat and change your mind, for example - you then have to start over. I manage an app as part of my job, so I figured it was best to let you know. I have ordered a different dinner for tonight. I’ll try again another time when I’m not so frustrated.
We have ordered from Zeeks multiple times and were satisfied. Last week, our delivered pizza was incorrect - we received a black olive and cheese pizza (yuk) as part of a two pizza order. Both pizzas were delivered in the one hour window we were given during the order, but also had obviously been prepared as soon as the order was placed as they were room temperature when we received them. We tried calling the number on the receipt multiple times and couldn't get through. I left a message describing the issue and my phone number, but never received a response. A couple days later I filled in a feedback form on the corporate site - no response. A couple days after that I shared my experience after noticing the thumbs up/down link on our email receipt. Again, no response. It's now been six days since our order and it feels like Zeeks has ghosted us. Absolutely no effort to address or even acknowledge our poor experience. Two stars only because the beer was good.
I hate leaving less-than-stellar reviews for places that carry dedicated gluten-free products (especially pizza!), but I just felt... meh, about Zeeks. I'll lead with the good: The employee who took my phone order, and their delivery person were *incredibly* friendly, and gave wonderful customer service. Ordering was a breeze, and the pizza arrived within the quoted time (35-45 mins). Now, on to the less-than-stellar part. Despite my Chicago upbringing, I actually prefer thin crust pizza--Zeeks is piled high, something akin to those puffy pizzas from a frozen box. If that's your jam, then Zeeks may be for you. Beyond that though, the cheese and toppings were also just meh. For $27 ($5 of which was an upcharge for the gluten-free crust, about industry standard around these parts), I was hoping for something with a bit more quality overall. We probably won't go back unless we're in a pinch for gluten-free pizza (ya know, sometimes that's a legit emergency).
We went here after the zoo for my son's bday last week. The parking is tough but there is a really nice outdoor seating area and open wall on nice days. We sat inside because we had a bunch of kiddos with us. We walked in and no one greeted us or explained how to order. Turns out you scan a code on the table to place the order online which was neat and you could leave the tab open or close it. It's pricey though. Every add on to a large $36 pizza is an additional $4. The pizza was ok. Crust was really good and fresh but the sauce doesn't stand up and we ordered a $15 chopped salad off the menu that was supposed to be loaded with toppings and they brought us out lettuce with cheese and croutons. We asked them and they told us they didn't make that and we had to ask them to take it off the bill. The venue is really awesome but for the price and service your money is better spent somewhere else.

Avoid going for dinner if you have kids! We went here a couple times for lunch after going to the zoo and had a great experience. It seemed like the staff knew they were catering to the zoo crowd. It was good, fast and friendly. They've altered their hours an are only open for lunch on Fri and Sat. Our dinner experience is quite the opposite. The staff actively de-proiritize diners and prioritize delivery/take out. They also ignore families. An older single woman came after us, ordered, got her food, ate and left before any of the families there. We ordered at 5:30. It was 6:15 when someone finally asked if we were waiting on a pizza. Our pizza was burnt and stone cold. There were at least 6 people "working". Most of the employees were goofing off and/or dancing. Literally dancing. Meanwhile, all the families were wondering where their food was.
The pizza is good, the delivery drivers are polite and remember you when you’re a regular. However, the prices are too high and pickup is near impossible much of the time due to the lack of a parking lot. And don’t bother trying to switch from pickup to delivery because they’ll tell you that will take AN ADDITIONAL 50-60 minutes, even if your takeout was supposed to be ready 10 minutes prior. They did say they would refund my card, so that’s good, but we’ve already started tapering off how much we order here due to the prices and this is the second time we’ve had trouble with pickup so we will cut it back even farther. So, if you don’t mind paying about 20% more for your pizza and never want to do takeout they’re fine. Otherwise, there are better price/quality ratios in town.
Nothing turns me off more about a restaurant than as I'm paying, WAY TOO MUCH for mediocre pizza, I get reminded what time they close to which I replied politely, so we need to be out of here by then and he responded "earlier it would be better" Also, someone in our party has a dairy and gluten allergy so I got them a gluten-free vegan cheese pizza it was $42!!!! For a single serving pizza?!?? outrageous!! my bill was $81 for two small pizzas and one cider before tip

They have a gluten-free pizza and vegan cheese, but it's the most outrageously priced pizza I've ever paid for
Food is good - Service is deplorable! Zeeks arguably makes the best pizza in town and you definitely pay for it. My last 3 experiences have been horrible. Even with ample staff, there are extended wait times. Dining in now is served on paper plates & plastic forks. (You must ask for knives) your DINE IN pizza arrives in a to go box instead of a platter elevated off the table. You must ask for pepper flakes and parm, which, you guessed it, comes in packets instead of jars. Other (less expensive) restaurants allow you to dine in and treat you with respect, take your order at the table, and serve graciously. Save your money, avoid Phinney Ridge Zeeks, or at the very least, dine at a Zeeks that actually appreciates your patronage.
Solid pizza for delivery, our go to when we don’t feel like cooking or are meeting with friends for pizza in the park. Nice selection of toppings, my fave combo to make is prosciutto, portobello mushrooms and arugula. Yum!

How can i put this? Zeek's doesn't cook their pizzas. At least twice now we've received pizzas that are basically pizza dough with toppings gently laid upon it. We've asked them cook it well done, but that doesn't seem to help. It appears they're more worried about getting the pizza out in record time than actually leaving it in the oven until the dough is... crust. I don't know what has happened but they have really taken a step down in recent years. They also got our drink order wrong, but I'd happily slurp down whatever beverage they decide to send if only they'd actually cook the pizza. Too much to ask, I guess.
Love the Thai chicken and veggies pizzas. Great outdoor, shaded patio. Update, Nov 2022: it's more like an eatery now with minimal table service. You go in, pick a table, scan a menu, place an order via Toast, and someone brings it to the table without much interaction.

We came out to Seattle to walk around the Zoo and discovered Zeeks. It took us about 5 minutes to walk here from the Zoo entrance with the penguins. The best seats we found were the ones at the bar across from the register by the hallway. It was really cold when we came and we stayed warm in that corner. The service was excellent. Brandon was our waiter and really nice and attentive. Everyone was really nice and I was excited to see Farmstrong's La Raza lager! Every thing was delicious. We will visit again next time we come out to the zoo.
Came here on a Sunday after a trip to the zoo. The restaurant was empty, there were about six people goofing off, laughing and joking in the back, I stood at the counter for about 5 mins then a guy walks up, I asked if they were open for dine in, he said I can take a seat anywhere. I took a seat, waited about 15 mins no one came to offer water, ask what I wanted to order, or if I needed help with the choices. I got tired of waiting and walked out. Definitely won't return here.
Look, I have eaten a LOT of Pizza in my years on this planet, but this is the only place that had it ALL. The staff was Great, the Pizza was Awesome, and even cooked right! I ordered whole tomatoes on my pizza, and they not only looked appealing, they also were not soggy or cold. ( This is somewhat of a miracle in my world ) The waiter even seated me according to where I could get power for my laptop! ( Nice) Bea Belecz
Pizza was good and service good. Though im not to impressed with the treatment of ingredients in the correct way. Prociutto Ham should never be baked with the pizza, and always be put on after pizza is cooked. For the thin crusted pizza I would normally expect higher quality. I think they could do better than this if they where interrested in treating food with more knowledge. Still worth a visit in my opinion!
Pizza was outstanding....loved our Hawaiian and the Puget Pounder. Excellent crust and sauce. Beer choices were tasty, too. Service is fast using a QR code process. The atmosphere is very laid back. The premises are nothing noteworthy.

They dont take cash. Nothing makes me feel more like leaving society for good more than a" holyer than thou " small business that will only accept electronic payments. Maybe it softens the blow that $40 plus tip smacks you with for mediocre pizza.

A good casual family place. My picky eaters love the "kids style" (i.e. no spices), with the party cut (smaller slices). They recently added wifi. I always joke that the only thing they are missing is a pinball machine. If you can, back your car into your parking spot. The parking lot is very tight and if they get busy you'll be backing out down and around a corner.
I had zeek pizza from other locations and I always enjoyed it. But we had a very bad experience with the service at this location. We arrived at 4:40 and we left at 5:50 after the waitress told us that our waiting time was still 15 minutes. We previously told the staff that group that arrived after us were already eaten but no action was taken.
I've only tried the Phinney location. I felt like this pizza was over-hyped and expensive for what it is. Pretty much paid $40 for medium-sized take-out pizza with frozen veggies. Taste was overall decent but didn't seem the most fresh or flavorful.

Probably one of the best pizzas we’ve had in Seattle. Quick service and really friendly staff. We had a long day waking around the zoo and ended up here to end our hunger pangs. The medium size was more than enough for two people. The spice level was just right. The place filled up completely within a matter of minutes.
Fabulous pizza, great beer selection although not so much on the wine but who really needs pizza and wine?! Friendly staff who know how to engage the whole table! It's our go to everytime we visit Woodland Park Zoo. Oh, and don't forget the cheesy bread and the 18th Green Salad along with the Juan Candy pizza. Cheers!
Good selection of pizza and beer on tap.

Great ingredients. Excellent crust. Not soggy at all. Outside tables available for dine in. It's just a nice easy place to chillax with a pizza, beer, and friends after a difficult day. The tree hugger pizza has a pile of veggies, none of it soggy, and all delicious. So hard to pull off. Highly recommended.
Yummy as always. Love the Puget pounder and Thai one on - just beware, even. 2 star was very spicy! Great patio on a summer day. So in a while they don't have a kids menu, they do offer mini pizzas which are perfect for my 4-year old. Very family friendly, and never too busy when we go on the earlier side.
Nothing great.. ordered a lunch special of 2 slices meat pizza. Turned out they change it up everyday & it was pepperoni & jalapeno.. not what you expect for a meat pizza. So some explanation would've been nice, it was clear we hadn't been in there before with the conversation we had with the front guy
Went there for my daughter's 8th bday after the zoo and it had something for everyone . We were all very pleased with our meals.

I used to love Zeeks. Just ordered for the last time. $60 for a pizza with a few tiny pieces of chicken? What happened to the grilled cubes that used to be on these? Bad news. Spend your money elsewhere. I honestly feel ripped off.

Was very disappointed for the price and quality. Was very excited for the Thai pizza but had very little flavor. Its amazing how you can have so much of something on a pizza and so lil flavor...bland!chicken was clearly processed and from a bag. Basically no peanut sauce flavoring on the pizza.
Pretty solid slice of pizza. I ordered their whitehorse pizza which, if you love buffalo stuff, was an amazing pie. I'm getting a little bit of fatigue from all of the pizza places around here cooking with the same dough style though. Try making some Detroit style slices some time!
Great crust, bad service. Half our group was not welcomed as they had take out food from another establishment. At 2pm on a Wednesday we had a pick of all tables, but apparently none are available if you bring food in. Even heard them drop an “f” bomb. Won’t be returning… ever.
No service. Went with my toddler post zoo. Maybe 3 other families. 4 employees there (1 probably a delivery driver). It was 4:30 on a Holiday Monday. After getting seated no one even brought us menus. Left after 5 mon. Went to Ridge pizza. It was delicious and great service.
I like the pizza and we normally get take out. This week we are in, the za was good, through a wee bit slow to come out. What got me distressed is they use parchment paper under the pizza when cooking. Seems like a lot of waste, they could use corn meal, or metal trays.
I love Zeek's. Great pizza and beer. I gave the food 4 stars because my reheated pizza slices were burnt. I appreciate getting two of them for the price of one but I missed the gooey, cheesiness because it was too dry and crispy. Normally I have delicious pizza. More
It really sucks that I have to write this. So much potential, but zeeks...if you're going to charge $30 for a pizza you better make it right. Over and over I try to love it, but you couldn't get my order right 3 out of 10 times. Shame on you and your organization.
Great pizza!! The staff were extremely neutral. They weren't exactly rude but niether were the friendly (with the exception of one man who was very friendly). But we did have a great experience. The flavor of both the bread sticks and pizza were amazing.
Great place last minute after visiting the zoo. Went during the 2-5pm happy hour. Got $3 slices, without any wait and $5 pints. Food was great, fast, friendly staff. Thank you.

The restaurant was busy when we arrived. The pizza was very good but not outstanding. The crust could have been more browned so the slices were easier to pick up and eat. The server appeared to be the only server there -- she was attentive and pleasant.
Previously a 5 star review. We went here for my wife's birthday and waited literally an hour for one pizza. They didn't even take anything off our bill. We'd never had a bad experience here before but I don't know when we'll feel like trying it again.
Good pizza but found a literal cockroach at the bottom of a beer sample glass that was brought to us. When we told the guy about it he said oh ya these are new glasses fresh out the box that must be why. ? Pizza was good tho I'd go back anyway lol
Solid west coast pizza. Our server was knowledgeable, nice, and quick. I wish there was slices, but the whole pie was yummy. It isn't the best pizza I have had (Cheeseboard in Berkeley) but it is above average fare and not prohibitively expensive.

Used to be my favorite place for pizza. Quality has really gone downhill. Toppings were sparse, cheese was almost nonexistent. Flavor completely lacking. Sauce? What's that? I might as well have gone to any cheap pizza place.

So cool love this area, which could contribute to my rating. But the ambience was great the beer and pizza good, definitely a young crowd with alot of young children there, I thought there was a chucky cheese out back,
Great pizza! and the happy hour is fantastic. The bench seats can get uncomfortable after a while, and provide no back support. The staff is helpful and even provided me with a sample of a beer before I ordered it.
The pizza is decent, but I'm not a fan of the hard, chewy crust. Don't buy the breadsticks, they are way overpriced and and poor quality.

I still love ZEEKS for 20 years . Several things I’m disappointed with the cheese and roasted garlic . The cheese used to be shredded and whole roasted garlic . Now the cheese are in bitty cubes and minced garlic .
The service at this location was good and the atmosphere there is awesome they have a great outdoor area, I would give it five stars if it weren't for Zeke's is just very expensive delicious food but overpriced
Huge disappointment. Empty on a late Saturday afternoon and we soon found out why. Better way, way better, to defrost a pizza at home. Kinda sad, used to love coming here with my kids. Service was good, tho.

I don’t know man... I feel like you can get much better pizza for the price they ask. Crust is too thick and fluffy, sauce and cheese don’t have much flavor. Just mediocre pizza in my opinion
Zeeks has long been my favorite Seattle pizza establishment but after getting a large pizza with breadstick and receiving a $55 bill I can't justify coming back. Way too expensive for pizza.
Terrible service, took 30 minutes from when we were seated to even receive menus. If they are busy they quickly get overwhelmed...too many good pizza options, we won’t be coming back here.
Disappointed again. $35 for a medium cherry bomb, burnt crust, cold pizza. The value add is nil here. Tried to give Zeeks another chance and it failed again. The value prop is totally gone
Good pizza but small sizes and like most Seattle restaurants, 50 percent overpriced. Service was quick and friendly. There are plenty of pizza options, three sizes.they also have salads.

My family has eaten at this specific Zeeks a number of times. It's always been enjoyable and the pizza above average. The space is pleasant but parking is a slight pain.
Pretty legit pizza by the slice or whole pie. It's a thin crust sorta NYC style pie if that's what you're into.

Pizza is very good, service is terrible, this girl thing orders terrible she has no clue how to treat customers we were going to leave the place if weren't serving.
Great pizza. The garlic they use is delicious. Not cheap on any of their toppings (very generous). Good quality food - fresh. Cheerful service. We’ll come back!
Pretty much indistinguishable from all other Seattle pizza. Super chewy and thick crust, average tomato sauce and toppings. It’s close, it’s fast, it’s cheap.
Zeeks has great pizza and really fast delivery. I've definitely had some issues ordering online in the past, though. Hope those days are behind them.
Always great for kids and pizza is consistently good. This location has got a significant facelift and will be awesome in the Summer after zoo visits
Pizza was delicious but service was lack luster. Forgot one of my appetizers and took 15-20 min for a rootbeer and a 2nd pitcher of ice water.
Great pizza. Great service and good beer. Also- the first place that we’ve come across that lets customers use their restroom. Thanks Zeeks!!
The pizza was good, the decor pleasant, and I was well treated by the wait staff. But spending $28 on a small pizza is just not in my budget.
Very friendly, good customer service, relaxed atmosphere and great pizza. The only negative thing I can say is you have to ask for napkins.
Good pizza. Service was a bit slow. Has to ask for our drinks

Delicious pizza & a great selection of beers & ciders on tap! Choose either outdoor seating section or go for an ambient pub feel inside.
Pretty expensive pies but the Thai One On pizza is probably my fav pizza ever. So far the salads I've had are fine but nothing special.
Pretty solid pizza with cool flavors and a nice atmosphere. I would not recommend getting the minis, half of a pizza is just crust.
Mediocre pizza. Everything looks great on paper, but it's always a bit sub par. Go to pagliacci's if you want specialty pizzas.
Excellent food great selection, friendly staff. This is a great location to visit after an excursion to woodland park zoo

The staff is super friendly and service for lunch was very quick! Had our pizza almost immediately after we ordered.
Tonight, at Zeek's Pizza, my whole world changed and I smiled and I began to believe in the power of Pizza again.
Great pizza and a fair price, good beers on tap. Remember to tip drivers $5 or more to let them feel appreciated
The single serving pizzas are just the right size and priced appropriately. Respectable tap list of local beers.
Pizza was so good!!! Found it on accident. It was really good. Done just right and didn't take too long. …
Took very long had pizzas ready and yet didn't call my name. Lady was rude and ignorant. Staff is rude as well.
Great space it's clean and great AC. The wait staff was stellar and the pizza was some of the best I ever had.
Awesome! We even brought our dogs. Pizza was great and absolutely loved the jalapeno pepper bread sricks.
Buffalo spider is the best pizza IMHO. Beers are great here, and you can fill your own growlers to boot.
Radical pizza place. Buffalo soldier is a game changer of a pizza. Quality happy hour with $2 cans.
Excellent pizza shop right in green lake. Their pizzas are good and their Caesar salad is amazing.
One of my favorite pizza places, especially for delivery. Pizzas are creative and always great.
Wish I could like it, but it’s $7 million for a pizza with not-great crust or cheese or sauce.
Delicious pizza. My favorite crust in Seattle, and I love Pagliacci but you can't beat Zeeks
