Scam !Scam ,Scam!‼️‼️‼️ Do not use this company I ordered and paid for an SUV IT WAS NOT DELIVERED They have no phone contact only email and payment is only bank transfer I sent 4 email and got only one reply saying there was a problem with my payment … and I should contact my bank for a refund. Knowing full well the bank would not refund Have reported them to fraud departments. Do not use this company ‼️‼️‼️

Hired a car from this company from Wednesday to Monday. 5mins after booking confirmation got a message to say the vehicle mechanical issues and they would try and find another. Message later to say they couldn't find a replacement and that I would get a refund. 1 week later and still no refund nor any reply to my email chasing it. Don't use!!!

This is a scam organisation. Do not send them any money. I attempted to hire a car with them for a weekend, was instructed to transfer the money via bank transfer. Then 24hrs later was told the car had a mechanical fault and they could not find a replacement and have had radio silence from them since requesting a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I hired a car, over a month ago, almost five minutes after placing a booking it was cancelled due to mechanical issues. I’m yet to receive my refund and they have stop replying my emails. I have reported them to the police, for fraud. DO NOT HIRE!

Booked a car, which was subsequently cancelled due to 'mechanical fault', and even though promised a refund this has not materialised. Zappcar is likely a fake/scam company so we will be investigating via fraud/police channels.

Scam, do not give them your money. Good reviews here are fake. My booking was cancelled, they didn't tell me, didn't get my money back. They don't have a phone number to ring, nor do they reply to emails

It was a positive service, they were not able to deliver my vehicle but they kept me well informed every step of the way and processed a refund immediately.
