It's no wonder Zamels stores are closing down all over the place. I've had one of the worst retail experiences in my life with Zamels. The item I ordered online was nothing like the image on the website. It looked cheap and poorly made. When I returned it the rudeness and stalling tactics I encountered were, honestly, absurd. It took 5 calls to their head office to get a refund and in the meantime the store manager called a security guard to eject me from the store because I didn't accept her dismissive attitude and rude behaviour and asked to be served with civility. I was insulted, lied to, dismissed and ignored. In retrospect the entire experience is comical. Like a jewelry store run by Basil Fawlty.

Over the years we have bought a lot of jewellery from Zamels, but in the last few years we seem to be shopping a lot at the zamels store at brickworks because the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially a lady called Nana. We always have a good experience there and have bought a lot of nice pieces of jewellery from her. Glad to see the store is still open. Hope it stays that way.

Had a very pleasant experience buying some mens sleeper earrings today The consultant Nana was extremely polite and professional. One of the worst retail experiences i’ve ever had, they’ve been “closing down” for years now, prices are outrageous for mediocre quality jewellery, product looked nothing in person like it did online then they refused to repair/refund bracelet when it fell apart on my wrist for no reason, would absolutely not recommend, waste of time and money

I had a wonderful Experience at Zamels this week purchasing something for my daughter. I was served by Nana and she was extremely helpful very polite and nothing was too much trouble. I love shopping at Zamel Brickworks. Nana, the manager and her staff always helpful and friendly. They always try to give me the best price for items that I want. Recently I bought nice rings and earrings with very competitive prices from them.

I went in to buy plain silver studs. Worst retail experience I have ever experienced. Showing interest in your customer as well as listing to what they are asking for may actually help. Customer service needs help here.

This shop has had closing down/sale up for years, but never closed down. Watch prices are outrageous and not even the fake sale makes them reasonable.
