Tbh the quality of the uniform wasn’t excellent, i had some issues in uniform so i got back to them and explained to the sales guy there, he was kind and found us a solution and the way he handled the situation, I was impressed with the level of service I received, and it made my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend the zaks store, thanks to their exceptional staff.

The staffs were so rude. The quality of uniforms are very poor. My son’s trousers damaged after one week. When we go to the store to claim it, they are not care. We will definitely talk with our school.
