Terrible place - DO NOT GO THERE. My partner and I got a voucher - trying to call up and book a spot was near impossible. The woman could not understand me nor could I understand her, and she spoke in broken English then hung up on me. I had to go in person just to ensure that we were seen and acknowledged and had an appointment booked. All the negative reviews are TRUE. The woman clearly has had NO massage training - she just digs her elbows into you rather than use proper rhythm and care. She kept my partner waiting on the table for about 5-10 minutes whilst I was getting my massage continuously from the man, as though she didn't want to give the whole 60 minutes. Then yes, the clincher, she does leave the room regularly to answer the doorbell and serve other customers. First time I've ever had this during a massage! She said sorry but my partner asked for extra time on the massage after being left just sitting there for 10 minutes in total at different points. She agreed but then never added it on, my partner had to REMIND her, then she scoffed and laughed and looked put out by it. Then she proceeded to do as agreed and my partner said this was the only time she put effort into the massage and it was actually the best 10 minutes of the massage. So clearly the woman knows how to make it worthwhile if she really wants to. On a positive, they have decorated it nicely inside with bamboo etc. The spa bath was a nice touch, relaxing, but there's not enough mats on the floor to soak up wet feet when going to have a shower. The man was a half decent masseuse but we do wonder what training both have had. Both used corny humour to try to make up for what is clearly lacking in the place. It just has the air of unprofessional and if you do go, ask for the man to massage you, not the woman. Walking in and out of a massage as if you don't matter as they already have your money, and then stabbing onto your spine would not be most people's idea of a lovely massage.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Was scammed and my belongings went missing! I walked passed this place after struggling to find an open massage place in desperate need of a neck and shoulder massage. No one at the desk. Someone comes out on second press of their bell and I told her I wanted a 30 min neck and shoulder as per the price list (was supposed to be $60) She takes me into a room and I wait 10 or more minutes on the table for her to come back and she enters with the list and a card reader WHILE IM ON THE TABLE UNDRESSED. She then tells me that the massage I wanted isn’t available on Saturdays? And tried to hustle me for a $150 massage for 45 mins….I said no 5 or more times and she wouldn’t take it for an answer, I was so uncomfortable. I told her I can’t afford $150 so she says why not just tap and try? Then I say again no and she says she’ll take it down in price and then enters $175 on the card reader which I managed to see her do. When I called her out on it she said “you peak, you peak” …like she was aware she was caught trying to scam me (I should have left then and there but I was in so much pain and tired I wasn’t able to be too confrontational) in the end she still charged me more than the agreed price and I was so upset cos the massage was horrible and I knew straight away she was not a professional. Dug into my SPINE and now I’m in even more pain than before. And for the record I’m visibly disabled with a mobility aid and absolutely no care was taken.

Shocking .. The massageist arrived 20 min late .. Flying in inside the building in the bysical, swety, didnt change her cloth or washed hand. 5 times we had to explain that we book and played for 90 min massage (not 60) and even after showing the prof they was not belive us and called their both to confirm. The cleanliness was not great. The man at reception was very friendly, but clearly no one in this place had any training, so when he said he will do our massage we started to worry, but didnt say anything. The breaking point was when we had to ask for a music and no one knew how to turn it on. After trying for 5 minute they turn on the radio with some rock song, then asked us what music we want and we said just any relaxing massage music will do. While the man was still trying to find more suitable radio chanal the lady already started doing massage and I told her to wait till the music and environment is ready. After all of it husband got so angry and said we don't want it and ask them to leave so we can dress up. 3 time we had to ask them to leave, man left, but that terrable lady instead of leaving called her boss (also man) to the massage room, and while I was out of cloth he was trying to persuade us to continue with massage .. Omg .. We could not believe it was really happening ..

When we arrived for our couples massage there were 2 staff. One of which was sitting on the floor in the bottom of an under stairs cupboard blow drying her hair. She did not stop when we arrived. We were taken to a nice looking room that upon closer inspection was in desperate need of being cleaned!! The massage beds at least had covers on. When the massage finally started only one lady was present when the other lady arrived she was talking on her phone and very disorganised. She then went on to make 2 more phone calls!! We then were massaged whilst they chatted away in no way relaxing and their phones continued to go off thru out our treatment. At one point she was massaging me with only one hand roughly whilst she texted with the other!! After about 30 minutes they put relaxing music on and they chatted less which made it some what relaxing. Then 20 minutes later the music died and we were back to their mindless chatter. When the massage was over there was little to no communication as to what we were to do other than take a bath. No one ever came back or gave us towels to dry ourselves!! Finally we just got up and left. I would not recommend.

I paid for the spa and massage package. I was shown in to the spa and had just finished getting changed into my swimsuit when the lady came back in unannounced and told me that swimsuits weren't allowed to be worn because they damage the spa??! I didn't feel very comfortable but I'd already paid, so I took it off and got in to have my spa. She came back about half an hour later to tell me it was time for my massage but that no towels were available!! I asked why she hadn't told me that before I got into the spa but I was ignored. She hurried me, saying other people were waiting to use the spa, and told me to follow her to the massage room. Soaking wet, no towel and no clothes on! I had to walk past two other customers and then finally lay down for the massage, still being given no towel and no opportunity to cover up at all. It was a very strange experience. I've never been directed to take all my clothing off for a massage before. Just weird

One of the worst massages i have ever had, do not waste your money. After picking this one off the street for what i thought was a professional massage spa, $120 later for a massage which started with a lady rubbing me clearly no idea what she was doing to then have the supposed amazing manager come in to finish, also no idea what they where doing, also no questions or discussions as to what i was having done clearly no communication between the 2 while swapping over. Not to mention being already undressed on the table to have the lady walk in with the eftpos trying to upsell me to a $170 massage before it had even begun. thank god i had the sense to say no to that.

Don’t even dare to try their massage service. This is a serious warning. I decided to get a foot massage during a random weekend to chill out and relax. It all turn out a disastrous “touching” hour. Paid $60 for the worst 30minutes foot massage. It all started with a towel soaked with cold water on a cold night, they used it to kind of gently wipe your legs and feet. After that, they just start off the massage by touching your feet, toes and leg. And it will lasts for the whole 30minutes session! Felt total waste of time, a machine would do a better job. Don’t waste your money and time.

It’s definitely one of the best spa I have been to. My partner spoiled me with a gift voucher to celebrate my birthday. I am very fussy about massages because I have back pain and very sensitive skin. I need my masseur to ready listen to what I want. The Asian lady who did my massage on the day was fantastic and went beyond my expectations. She told me she had over 5 years experience so she knew exactly what I want. The environment was also clean and welcoming. The spa is a plus. I will definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Got a voucher for my wedding anniversary for a 90 minute massage and spa. 60 minutes full body massage and 30 minutes spa time. Massage was just right, girl asked if I wanted harder or softer but she was just doing it how I like it. Been a hot day it was a little warm in the room but I guess on most days it would be perfect. Some music in the room would be good as well. Room was clean got a bottle of water and some little snacks. Double spa was perfect especially for a 6’2 guy like myself. Will come again and recommend anyone looking for relaxing time

Super weird joint. Lives up to it's name "Zero" Massage. I had to stop few minutes into the "massage" because she clearly had never given one before. Took my money back and left. Some of the massage rooms were dwellings, too. Beds, that you sleep in (non-massage beds)... I'm assuming some even had families inside, with adult AND kids sandals by the *closed* doors. Older man also walking around with sleeping child. Weird. Weird. Weird. Super weird. No good vibes at all. Weird.

I got there the place looks great had to wait half an hour for the water to fill up in the spa than sat in the spa for nearly an hour I thought she had forgotten me than gave me a massage 30minutes long it was supposed to be an hour like it said on the voucher than she gave me an ice cream lol had no idea what was going on it could be good place but the lady could not speak English well and no not too happy..

worst massage ever had...the girl was rude and unprefessional...taking phone calls during the massage ....more like a touching than actually pressing and get massle relaxed ..never ever going back and would recommend no one goes there...what a disgrace avoid at all cost btw they are next to the covid hotel now so i think they will be out of business very soon which is great.

So guys I have figured out the name of the place! Booked a massage at 8pm for myself and my wife for 90min we waited for 10minutes outside, rang the bell and no one showed up to the reception. So we even called the number that is mentioned at the door for access. Rest reassured that you will get ZERO MASSAGE! Cheers

Not worth the money paid, staff come in while changing without a door knock. Paid for spa but the staff did not know how to operate it and left 15mins earlier. Not to mention he just trying to clean the tub when come in and the tub is still floating with unknown particles. That is a $200 VIP package hmmmmm

Asian lady that works there rudely tried to get my attention while I was walking. So I was walking past the massage place minding my own business and she threw her hand in my face and smiled and said some broken English. Pushy attitude to massage me after I already said "no thank you".

Be very careful, they’ll show you a price list that shows corresponding times. I paid $100 for an hour but then the masseuse ended it after 45min. I questioned it and she flipped the price list over to show a second list that shows $100 for 45 They are cheats. Go somewhere else!!!

Shocking. Dirty, smelly and massage wasn’t great at all. Turn around and go somewhere else immediately! $85 for half an hour neck and shoulders massage. Apparently this is ‘Sunday rates’. I don’t even want to give this place one star. I felt dirty and the whole vibe was dodgy.

Decent massage without being memorable. Very clean but lacking ambient. Sauna/jacuzzi facilities are average at best. Not very professional at the reception. At most average value for money. Was OK for a one-time visit but don't think I will be coming back.

My back hurts after having a massage here! The therapist dug her elbows into and over my spine and it's now swollen. $80 for 30 mins, she insisted I pay cash and followed me to the ATM. Would not recommend, shouldn't even be in business.

Worst I've been to. Masseuses were in a hurry and don't know what a deep tissue massage is. Waste of money even if they offered a discount. Massage price is 100aud for an hour while the other salons are only 80aud.

$50 for 30min at 9pm in the evening. Came in with a friend price was accurate on the menu. Waited a few min for another masseuse to arrive, came in panting. But overall massage was good. Better then expected

The environment is so perfect and tranquil ,and the massage is very professional.By the way, the spa and sauna facilities are very top.It will offer the fruit ,water and drink.And the staff is so nice.

The place is really cool and relaxful,the people really kind, but the massage was done from a girl how has not experience at all. For 80$ is not worthy.

Worst experience ever asking for extra money no English spa was broken sauna was cold shower was broken boss kept coming into room not one good point.
