Visited here on Saturday after noticing the balloons outside. Such a welcoming restaurant, which is a rare vibe for a lot of places in Calgary. We met the owner (so kind!) and no server made us feel like they were too busy to assist. Super clean and well organized! We ate: - Pub Board- Soft house made pretzel served with aged cheddar beer dip and chorizo. This was insane and the cheddar beer dip was delicious. Really good portion size for price. We had to order some extra bread to finish it. - Mushroom Soup- you could tell this was homemade. One of the best soups I have had! Would come back just for a bowl of it. - Chorizo Burger- This was amazing, good portion size and a lot of meat and cheese included - Tequila Lime Chicken Sandwich- still good, but probably our least favourite of everything we tried. Didn't get a tequila lime taste and the chicken was fresh but the sauce changed the colour of the meat which was a bit off putting. This also had a bit of a strange citrus/acidic taste to it (maybe the mayo or the avocado mash?) overall 10/10 and we will be back! Highly recommend heading to the bakery in the back for a mason jar dessert after.

Picked up some burger buns, a mini confetti cake, and three macarons (London fog, mango coconut, and pistachio). Unfortunately the cake was covered in waxy and overly sweet icing with little to no actual cake. The cake to icing ratio was off and I did not enjoy it at all. The three macarons - wow. I listed the flavours above but all I could taste was sugar when I ate it. I picked these up at their farmers market location and the person serving was brief and dismissive. Bad service and bad baked goods except the burger buns which were surprisingly soft and moist. I am giving this bakery 2/5 stars because their price point was reasonable (under $20 for all that is pictured) but taking 3 stars off for the inedible cake and the sugary circles that they sell as macarons.

Had an incredible breakfast at Yum Bistro yesterday! What an incredible new family-run place! Ordered the Benny hash that comes with housemade chorizo. The hollandaise sauce was fluffy, light as air. Delicious seasoning on the hash browns. Massive portion, but couldn’t help eating every bite, it was so good. Coffee was fantastic, and Tara was an awesome server. Really enjoyed our time here! Stopped at the bakery in the back on our way out - macaroons are to die for. I noticed on the menu they do tapas style toasts, burgers, etc and have a few taps, wine and cocktails. I think my next stop by will be for drinks and snacks after work! Great prices, everything homemade, so delicious. Highly recommend!

They started out as a bakery in the old farmers market in the Currie Barracks and moved to the Calgary’s Farmers Market by Deerfoot Meadows. They’ve now expanded here on 17th (old Janice Beaton Cheese location) with this new bakery and BISTRO! We’re tried all of their baked goods from the market so we were excited to try the bistro. We’ve only ordered their toasts but even with that you can have many different styles of toast, savoury or sweet. Their coffee is local from Calgary Heritage Roasting ☕️. Will definitely come back for all of their other breakfast and lunch items. What I love most about them is their service. It’s a family business and they make you feel like you’re part of that family.

With Bread Culture being closed we've been checking out new bakeries. This one was recommended by an acquaintance. We went today (Sunday) and were so excited to have found a place with such an exciting selection of items. We purchased: chocolate croissant, english flake pastry, ham and cheese croissant and seedy sourdough. Everything went downhill from there though. Upon tasting all the items were stale. As if they were a day or two old (and they did not inform the customer). People can taste stale baked goods. I think the owners should feel ashamed that they are selling old baked items. This place would be so promising otherwise.

Wow. Probably the best breakfast I've had in Calgary so far, and one of the nicest dining experiences overall. Girlfriend and I split the Ukrainian Breakfast and the Croque Madame - both were delicious. Eggs perfectly cooked. Love how you can order a whole 1L French Press. Clean, welcoming interior. Super friendly staff. Very fair pricing. Picked up a loaf of multigrain bread from their attached bakery in the back and don't expect it to last more than 2 days at the rate I'm eating it. I've only been once but I already know that this place is going to be my new go-to spot. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu!

  • Montana Shaw-Antonio

Absolutely fabulous brunch experience at the Bistro! They have a very clean and friendly establishment. The patio and outdoor seating is very nice and dog friendly, with both shady and sunny spots and lots of walking traffic to enjoy people watching. The menu has a bit of everything, the gluten free bread option was good although a very seedy style. The drinks came quickly with options for orange, pineapple and grapefruit mimosa's, and the cesar also hit the spot. Portion size was perfect! Will definitely be putting this in the regular rotation and coming back to try the bakery inside!

  • Beth MacLeod

We stopped in the other day and grabbed the jalapeno cheddar sourdough and a hazelnut royale. It was quite busy inside and with traffic coming in only one door it was tricky for people to navigate and socially distance. The sourdough had a nice flavour. The loaf had some nice air holes in it. It was a little soft and the outside layer wasn't super crispy. The hazelnut royale was okay. The cake layer was quite dry. The crunch in it really saved the day. The chocolate wasn't quite as rich and decadent as we expected. Our daughter really enjoyed it though.

I ordered a cake with a chocolate sign and the DIY cookie decorating kit to be delivered for my partner’s birthday. The confirmation email said it would be delivered between 9 and 6, and I received a call at 8:58! Everything was beautiful and exactly as expected - even better than expected. I asked for corny little hearts next to the birthday message on the cake and they delivered, it’s perfect. The cookie kit is adorable, comes with little icing and sprinkle packs. Thank you so much for making this birthday special, Yum Bakery!

  • Joselito Perez

This place is utterly disappointing went over to yum the other day and the owner was just being rude for no reason i was standing in line and she was being nice to all the customers but when it came to me (my english is not that good i have a noticeable accent) this lady seemed frustrated when I couldn’t pronounce ciabatta right and then i bought a cake for my 9 year old and this cake had and it had this long strand of hair. Very disappointed do not recommend the tall tattooed manager was better than the owner

  • Adam Bath

A true testament of a business is how they handle and recover when things go wrong. We bought my birthday cake from YUM last week and ordered the six inch royal cake at a cost of $45 and special ordered my name to be printed on the cake. The wrong name of "Alex" was written on my cake. When my husband followed up they refunded $2.05 for their error. Lesson learned..don't ever buy any speciality order items from YUM, and, I will never ever again support this business. Very disappointing!!!!

  • Isabelle Rider

Passing by. Wish a tried their bread instead but ordered a piece of cake. Was not that good. Nothing special and would not recommend. I would give three stars for being average, but the funny thing was when the cashier handed me a fork, she actually gripped the root or point side in her hands. Touching other people's money etc. and then the mouth end of fork was not very sanitary. Loose a star for having to go to a different store for another fork.

  • Andy Io

This location is an outpost of the yum bakery in the back and a full bistro in the front. The menu features standard breakfast items, sandwiches, and a variety of toast. We ordered a Croque Madame, and a Polynesian Satay Beef Sandwich. The Croque Madame features mustard mayo on yum bakery's bread, which is a nice implementation of a staple breakfast item. The Satay Beef sandwich is juicy with flavorful satay. Overall, service is attentive as well.

  • Allison Patton

I literally never write restaraunt reviews but I had such a lovely time here I had to!!!! The food was suuuuper yummy and fresh and fast and a good price, but the reason we had such a great time is cause our server Allison was SO sweet!!! You never get amazing service like that anywhere honestly! She took such good care of us and the other server working was sooo sweet too. I will definitely be back. Thanks for such a nice time you guys :))

  • Way2go

I have been purchasing scones from the bakery for years. A couple of years ago they changed the shape and size of their scones, but the price remained the same. Thankfully the great taste was still there. The last couple of times the scones have been flat ( in appearance) today my pancakes even have more volume! They resembled hockey pucks and the taste was doughy. Unfortunately I was heading out of town and this was to be my contribution.

  • JACKS inCalgary

The menu is filled with innovative, flavourable house-made ingredients. Yum serves various platters to share, including a variety of toasts. Warm, inviting environment and friendly service you only find in a family operated restaurant. The breakfast market is filled with options. Yum really stands out for it's smart, tasty menu. We had an excellent experience and have already highly recommended Yum to co-workers, friends and family.

  • Kadie Drake

So I served debbie and Dave at lulubar and they told me about their awesome little hidden gem of 17th (which isn't hidden at all but I live with my head in the clouds haha!) And my goodness, the best bread in the city! The service is great and the soup was made with love. It was such a pleasure serving you and then to be served in return. Great customer service and quality of food. Support local folks!

  • Dirga Agoes

Dang we had an amazing brunch here this morning! I had the Polynesian beef sandwich with homemade soup. So fresh, so much flavour! My wife had the beet, brussel sprout, pecan salad and mushroom toasts with eggs. Generous portions, sophisticated flavours, and fast friendly service. Exceeded our expectations! Will definitely be back to try more dishes and hit their bakery cafe in the back!

  • Joanna Anderson

Purchased a dozen Macarons at the Calgary Farmers Market South and when served they shattered, pieces fell all over people’s plates, they did not taste fresh. They were hard and very disappointing. I have purchased them there before and this has never happened . It was a Thursday and they must have been left over from the previous Sunday. Hippie cookies were still delicious though

  • Chris Liu

This place is always my top-1 bakery in Calgary. Tried so many times before they opened one on 17ave. Went yesterday since I was craving for their baking and it had been a long time I didn’t have breakfast in the morning. Need to back to normal soon so went there to save my healthy living way lol Their buttery croissant is rated 10/5!!! Crunchy and you can smell it 10 miles away!!!!!!

  • Sebastien Bergeron

Opened Jan 2nd 2020 so it's still a hidden gem; lots of open tables when we came in. This likely won't last long because this place was incredible. They serve teas and coffee in french presses which was a neat touch. There's a full service bakery in the back. The service was great and the food so good. The Morning Glory pancakes were especially delicious. Great addition to 17th.

  • Maria Eva Heigh

Yum Bistro is such a delight! The food was amazingly goooood! The staff were very friendly and service was really efficient. Check out their pastries too! Oh my, what to choose it was like heaven!!! Everything just reminds me of home back in the UK, quite relaxed and laid back and you can tell all there is in that bistro, is a labour of love! Will defo be visiting again soon.

  • L B

Yum bakery used to be the only place my husband I would go for bread but especially their strawberry/rhubarb pies. They have changed the pie recipe and now it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be. We’ve tried them over and over again and not one has been eaten up. The people here though are amazing and super friendly. We will continue to support them but not for pies.

  • Brian Lee

Fantastic place to eat! Service is excellent and decor is clean and modern with a touch of warmth. Bistro out front and a bakery out back Yum is both a Bistro and bakery. Our new favourites include the Almond Croissant and th dessert jars! A must go for brunch. Yum is a welcome and fresh addition to the 17th ave community. There is a kids menu and the staff love kids!

  • Toni Vienna

Aptly named! I had the toast with burrata, arugula, tomatoes, and bacon. Hard to even describe the deliciousness. Then stopped for a few goodies at the bakery. Top notch. You can taste the quality of their ingredients. Friendly and down-to-earth service. Highly recommend. Park behind on 16th Ave and walk through the bakery to get to the restaurant which faces 17th.

  • Lou Rosenfeld

Cannot understand Terry's bad experience. This bakery is excellent from breakfast, snack items to the best desserts. Great choice of breads, health cookies, may or may not be healthy from an ingredient perspective, I couldn't say I've never looked. They taste great and the smile they bring to my face is healthy. Go there, always. You won't ever be disappointed.

  • Marilyn Budden

Purchased a Saskatoon berry pie for Thanksgiving and we had it yesterday and it was the worst pie I have ever served... it had the berries still whole and hard, so pie like jam/sauce at all in the berries , it was so dry and totally tasteless...$18.99 I will not purchase pies there again! Bread & buns only! You need a new pie supplier for sure!

  • Dana White

Cinnamon bun barely should be named such. Can barely see cinnamon between the layers of sweet bread. Smells like buttered bread instead of the anticipated intoxicating scent. Got the one labelled "no icing", otherwise it comes with cream cheese icing. Instead, it certainly draped in a caramel-base glaze. Never seen a cinnamon bun like this.

  • Tesla

Delicious breakfast food in the bistro and the bakery is my new favorite dessert spot!! My boyfriend and I tried the jarred Lemon Meringue & Cherry Cheesecake - the L.M was pretty good BUT the cheesecake was to die for. I absolutely cannot wait to try the other flavors $6.50 each, very reasonable for the quality - thank you Yum Bakery!

  • Taeil Moon

this place awesome. I normally have theirs Bakery and Creme brulee and cake. they are so yummy. I’m happy this place open close to my house. Unfortunately I found little plastic piece in my brother’s birthday cake (raspberry chiffon cake) . next time make sure no plastic piece. However i definitely recommend go have all desserts . …

  • Jessica Oppenhuizen

Yum bakery did my wedding cake and it was a massive hit at the wedding. They made my vision come to life! After trying many popular wedding bakers in the city, YUM stood out! Not only was their cake the best, but the service was amazing. I highly recommend Yum bakery and Samantha to any couples out there looking for a great wedding cake!

  • Archana Kachru

Amazing Almond Croissant Can't get enough. I am a big fan of Almond Croissants. I tried their croissants more than a month back and honestly I can't think of eating them from anywhere else. I will go back for more when I can. Their single serve cake was amazing too. Didn't get to take the pic, was gone before I could find my phone .

  • Dorothy Laskowski

I adore this place. Their only flaw is discontinuing products I fall in love with! I used to come regularly for the multi grain bread with cumin, but then it was discontinued. Then I got really into their cupcakes, but those have been discontinued too. I'm just praying the cheese foccacia stays as well as their delicious macarons!

  • Carla Bain

Love the fig and fennel loaf, for fondue. Ordered online and guaranteed to be ready for pick up. Smooth and easy. Tried key lime pie in jar. OMG amazing loved it. Will buy more. Daughter loved pumpkin spiced cheesecake in jar. Don't think I've been disappointed at all over the years with my orders. Almond croissant is great too.

  • Connor Curran

Best brunch in the city. Everything is homemade and baked freshly. Love being able to eat in the front then head out back grab a few treats for home and pay for everything in the one place. So great to see them support other local businesses like Calgary Heritage Roasting co. Looking forward to trying everything on this me u!

  • Doug Meldrum

I am in love with Yum Bakery. My family and I have been getting their bread every time we are at the Calgary Farmers' Market for years. I just had their Finnish Rye Bread and Sourdough bread on the weekend and it was great. I have also always been impressed with their caring customer service despite being extremely busy.

  • Bev Higgs

95% of the time the best Oatmeal Raisin and Ginger cookies around but yesterday not so good. Way too crunchy that they broke apart. The week before my beloved Challa buns tasted, well they didn't taste actually. Please don't get so busy that your products suffer because they are usually so good! 6 cookies crumpled …

I live in Beddington and drive across the city to get my hands on the Country Loaf sourdough! It's so good, I get requests from family in Winnipeg to bring extra when I fly home... so can confirm it's a national favourite! Also, the spinach and artichoke pastry is so delicious and rich, it should have a warning on it!

  • A. Grant Fleury Fleury

Second bad experience……purchases an apple pie last year and it was the worst, not much apple filling and pie crust was uncooked. We thought we would give “Yum” another go last week and purchased another apple pie it too was underbaked, raw crust! Turns out we are gluttons for punishment ! Never again “Yum Bakery”.

  • Bradlee Mawer

Amazing food! I ordered the croque madame and it was incredible. Great homemade sourdough bread, perfectly cooked eggs, with a creamy cheesy sauce. We had a slight mix up on my order (my fault not Yums). They gladly replaced my meal with no extra charge. Will be back again soon. Thanks for the great breakfast!!

  • Carol Cooper

Love this bakery - they aren't pretentious but they do some of the highest-quality baking I've found in Calgary. We particularly love their Princess cakes, carrot cake and chocolate hazelnut cakes, and their bread, pies and sweet and savoury danishes are also wonderful. i've never had a 'dud' from this store.

  • Tiffany Woodland

Yum bakery’s pies are ridiculously good, but I have to say that I’m quite disappointed by the cake I bought last weekend. It was a birthday cake, and it was super dry! Good flavor, but was clearly not fresh! For a cake that price I was expecting really good things. I’ll be sticking to their pies from now on.

  • Melinda Gross

We popped in here as the macarons caught my eye. The Farmers Market can be a bit of a pricey place, but when I saw $2 for these tasty treats it was game on. So many delicious flavours to choose from, it's a must stop. The staff was fantastic too, at least three different ones tried to assist us :)

  • Kara Tharp

Amazing cakes, expensive but worth it if you really want to treat someone. Suggest buying one of each of the small, 3" cakes and trying each of them out. Most people I've tried them with like the chocolate, carrot cake, and raspberry chiffon the most. Not a whole lot of love for the lemon coconut.

  • KIM MAYERT

So happy to have Yum Bistro and Bakery in my neighbourhood. They make the BEST sourdough breads in the city, the baker items are always AMAZING, and I just tried one of their sandwiches from the Bistro side and it was excellent. Fresh, quality food! I will be there every week.

  • Evelyne Middleton

I walked by Yum's today and was so surprised to see that it had reopened. I had their eggs benedict and they were heavenly. So glad they are back. It is a great place for breakfast all day and they have a large patio if you like to sit outside. Thank you for such a great meal.

  • Michelle Hoffman

This place is wonderful! The food and service were excellent. I had the bread pudding french toast, absolutely delicious!!! It is great that there is a Bakery on the back side of the Bistro as I was able to pick up a few goodies from there on my way out! Totally recommend it!

  • Stephanie C

Love this place! I got some treats delivered to my friend while quarantine kept us apart. She absolutely loved them! Customer service was excellent and delivery was smooth. If you want to treat yourself or your loved ones, definitely order from here! Support local business!

  • Maya G

Went for a walk and stumbled across this cute bakery and bistro. They have wide variety of baked goods and pies. They have a bistro with well priced brunch. Ordered a grilled cheese with side of fruits and Classic breakfast with breakfast sausage. It was sooo delicious.

  • ALT Photo/Video

Needed a last minute cake for my mom's birthday and YUM backery had great cakes ready to go! I picked up a chocolate and caramel cake; it was delicious! A thick chocolate cake with hints of Carmel and it wasn't too sweet. Just perfect! Super friendly staff too.

  • C V

Super YUM!! Ate here twice and the food is tasty! Very flavorful! Looove the lemon pepper hash. Friendly service and following covid guidelines. Felt pretty safe with the dividers as well. Highly recommend!! (P.s. I am picky when I eat out :D)

  • Terence Trefiak

Excellent local family owned place for breakfast. Food was amazing (especially the Ukrainian breakfast). There is also a bakery in the back where we bought “the best cinnamon rolls in the world” according to my daughter....who is an expert.

  • Yuri Alcocer

Was looking for trifle but they aren’t doing it right now. Service ok, a bit messy with the lineup and one abusive client that uses two sellers instead waiting to be serve by one and then pay. Tried the carrot cake, was ok, a bit too sweet.

  • Yves

They are on the expensive side, but I've tried most items here and they're really good. I only wish that they could provide ingredient lists or something of a nutrition chart. I'd still like to know how many calories my cheat item is!! :(

  • jeannette sirois

I have had hair in my cake twice now. I have also watched the guy wipe his nose with his hand and then handle the pastires. I took my piece of cake back right away the 2nd time and he gave me a refund but it was a very gross experience.

  • Alexia Huezo Canas

Went to Yum bistro this morning with my mother. She had the croque madame and I had the keto breakfast. The bacon was heavenly and the eggs were delish! My mother loved her croque madame and enjoyed the fruit greatly. The staff were

  • Adrian Robberstad

Might be awesome but their profile is not what they are. Not a sit down location. Not breakfast, borders on false advertising. I'm sure many other vendors have benefited at the farmers market when people come to try breakfast lol...

  • KC

Along side with the bakery they also own a little stand across that does jarred goods. Macaroons are good but they were previously frozen and thawed. The jarred creme brûlée is not very strong in vanilla flavour. Staff are very nice

  • Jillian V

Purchased 2 carrot cakes for my son’s Peter Rabbit themed birthday party. All of our guests raved about how moist and flavourful it was. Well worth the drive from the NW to the Farmer’s Market to pick up these very special treats!

  • Dave Stevenson

I ended up with a chocolate cream pie that was donated to the Calgary Freeriderz ski club fundraiser. My wife and I both agree, this is the best cream pie we’ve ever had. Looking forward to trying some other items from your shop!

  • Mary Straight

Was absolutely amazing, I just so happened to find yum bakery while on a small adventure by myself in downtown and it was the highlight of my day. I will be returning and showing mans telling my friends and family all about it!

  • James

First time and wow - love this place. Delicious homemade food. Great, authentic service. And the bakery at the back was a perfect spot to pick up some treats for home after we finished lunch. I think we found a regular spot.

  • Eros

i bought a lemon custard tart and buns with wild rice and green onions. loved it This is only my second time having their products and I have yet to be disappointed. Hard to find good quality baked goods at a decent price.

  • Anita Hofer

They do most things well; the rye, sourdough, chocolate caramel tart are all wonderful. Avoid the focaccia though, it’s not even close to being authentic focaccia, more like what the grocery store has (fluffy, soft, dry.)

  • Myrna Monette

Very nice friendly owner on the phone and in the store. But how do pumpkin seeds go with carrot cake???We were so disappointed that we bought 2 pieces. After scraping all the nuts off there wasn't much left.☹️

  • Kristle Holloway

Awesome bakery items, breads and home made jam. Cheesecake is to die for and jams are yummy. All round food is great. They opened just before pandemic and I go to support them during this difficult time.

  • Rocky Kwan

This bakery is definitely one of Calgary's gems for cakes. It is where I get all my cakes and desserts for special occasions. Their chocolate hazelnut royale cake is my favorite, definitely worth trying.

  • nun ya

I received overly expensive stale and old pastries, raw bread, and terrible customer service from literally everyone working front counter as the cherry on top. Don't waste your time or money going here.

  • Bohdan B

Absolutely fantastic pumpkin tarts. A wonderful pumpkin flavour with spice and a gentle sweetness that perfectly satisfies. Homemade flavour! Also fabulous sourdough bread! You will not be disappointed.

  • Terry Zohn

Deb and staff are lovely, very accommodating. The food was terrific. The bakery has fabulous options for desserts, and delicious scones. Lots of gluten-free options as well. We will definitely be back!

  • Taylor Anderson

Stumbled upon this gem this weekend. Of course I had to go in. Staff was very friendly. Picked out a white chiffon cake with raspberry mouse and buttercream. Oh man, lets just say I will be back!!

  • Krystal Bhargava

I'm always on the hunt for the best carrot cake and Yum Bakery delivered! Best in the city. They have tons of fresh breads, desserts and pastries so check them out at the Calgary Farmers market

  • Ashley J

Love Deb and Dave. Amazing people, and amazing baked goodies. I had lunch from there today, and you can never go wrong no matter what you get. I always leave a happy girl.

  • Carus Kyle

I've been here a handful of times for breakfast and they always execute it well. Good food, nice menu, an enjoyable spot especially in the summer at the tables out front.

  • Troy Bews

Went for Sourdough loaf, sold out. Recommended a denser Sourdough wheat mix loaf. Delicious. Thanks for the recommendation. We should have bought the large not the semi.

  • Terry Johnson

I had an old crumbly tasteless excuse for a pastry. It was expensive and not very good. Staff was also quit rude when I complained about it. I would not recommend it.

  • Christine Richard

We have coming to Yum Bakery for years. If you a pie fan (SOUR CHERRY) or fruit cake lover, this is the bakery for you. Try their cheese buns. Family run. Shop local

  • Jen Dean

Best breakfast in Calgary! Homemade sausage was to die for. It was all really delicious: hash browns and toast both amazing. Great service too. Highly recommend!!

  • Jenna S

The macarons here are amazing. I have tried several different ones across the city and Yum has the best. Highly recommend salty caramel and raspberry hibiscus.

  • Lisa Meehan

A lovely cafe bakery with so much to offer. I could have stayed all day eating and enjoying the beautiful place. Friendly service and impeccably clean inside.

  • Mike Maurice

The bread tasted flat and hard and was not at all what I expected. I've bought better tasting bread from the Sobey's at a fraction of this "Artisan" stuff

  • Shanelle Eve

Excellent pastries and desserts! Online ordering and pickup worked flawlessly. The bistro is also great - looking forward to when it can open up again.

  • Nici Martin

Amazing food and service. The owner is so kind and made us feel really welcome. Definitely the best experience we have had at a restaurant in Calgary.

  • CY Siu

Very well presented with a wide range of baked goods for purchase at reasonable pricing. The staff here are friendly and always on deck to help out.

  • Shelley Fink

Love everything they make. The sourdough bread is to die for. Best cinnamon bun I've ever had. Soft chewy cookies. Oh I could keep going ...

  • Stephanie Oppenhuizen

Samantha made the cake for our wedding this past month. It was both beautiful and incredibly delicious, cannot recommend Yum Bakery enough!

  • Ijeoma Ndu

I ordered a custom cake based on the reviews here and was disappointed. The cake was soggy and the taste was awful so we threw it away.

  • mike hennessy

Mediocre bread and herb loaf bought at the farmers market. Tasted dry and looked like it was frozen not fresh. Wouldn’t buy again.

  • Becky Krywyn

The ham and cheese croissant was the best I've ever had in my life! A little dense, moist piece off heaven! Highly recommend them!

  • Gloria

I purchased a Nanaimo bar yesterday, it was the worst Nanaimo bar I have ever had. It tasted very old, it was dry and flavourless.

  • Melanie Heywood

Such a fabulous place! Loved all the chocolate treats, especially the macarons. Beautiful packaging too, makes a wonderful gift.

  • Michelle Redwood

Amazing bakery!!! Love their almond croissants! They are also located at the South Calgary Market, and were fantastic there too.

  • Catharine B

Best scones in the city. My family is addicted. Customer service is always amazing, despite the busy farmer’s market location.

  • Martina Shemsho

This is a lovely place. I love how the family works together. They have a great customer service and amazing food and deserts.

  • Valerie romano

I absolutely love this place! They used to be downtown no matter where they are It’s worth going! Everything is so delicious

  • lisa chark

Disappointed...it's not "real" Challah, and the price was outrageous ($6.50) I gave 4 stars because the staff was friendly,

  • Michelle Bobin

I can’t put into words how much I love this bakery. You need to try their cheese buns; they will make your life better.
