Regularly attend this pharmacy for all my prescription needs, including any for me, my partner, and even my dog. On Boxing Day morning I attended at 9:30am to fill a prescription for my dogs anxiety medication, only to be met by an extremely rude Pharmacist who was not willing to assist me. Even tho I have been filing this prescription for the past 6 or more months at the pharmacy, the pharmacist refused to accept the script which was specifically emailed directly from my vet for the dogs medication. Even tho I had the tax invoice from the vet for them making out the script, the vets email, the vet/doctors email containing the script, and a record of me constantly getting this medication in the past on their system, the pharmacist refused help me, sighting that she wouldn’t accept a script that had been emailed. I have to say, the assistant on duty was absolutely lovely and very empathetic, trying to assist me and seeing what she could do to help, but I’m sorry to say the lady pharmacist made me feel uncomfortable and very frustrated. The pharmacist told me she would only accept an email direct from the vet. I of course tried calling the vet there and then, but of course they were closed, as are all vets during the holiday break. When I explained that I had run out of the medication, and that all vets were closed, she instructed me to take my dog to a medical hospital and pay the $280 consult fee to have them dispense the medication for me. No matter how much I asked for help, or for her to look up on the system that I am a regular customer who gets this medication for my dog, and to please help me sort this issue, she point blank refused saying repeatedly “there is nothing I can do” and sighted for me to leave. The situation could have been dealt with In a far better way with compassion and empathy. Instead I was left standing there feeling humiliated, embarrassed, upset and frustrated by her words and actions. Needless to say I went to another pharmacy nearby and had no dramas what so ever. I will of course be returning, as I do generally love ur pharmacy, but this experience with the lady pharmacist was horrible and upsetting. I would hope in future you remind certain staff about empathy and compassion, and use common sense, especially when you have a customer who is cooperating and trying everything they can to help and assist within reason.

I go out of my way to pick up my scripts from here, rather than a more convenient chain pharmacy near my work. This is because of the helpful advice I get every time I'm here, battling skin issues for the past two years and now support with holiday prep where multiple medications and injections are required. I cannot fault the service and advice and it's worth waiting for when you need it (based on some earlier, impatient reviews from others).

Really poor customer service by one of the pharmicists. She blamed me because she didnt ask me if i had a health care card. She wasted 10 minutes of my time because of her error and said i had a bad attitude and pretty much told me not to come back. All i asked was why didnt she ask me if i had a card before she billed me. Not unreasonable. My doctors is just next door but i would rather fill my prescriptions in chelsea.

In summary my prescription was ready to collect, yet the pharmacist chose to perform a long consult with another customer, when they could have easily asked the other customer (at the point the discussion commenced and who came in store well after me) to wait for 10 seconds while my prescription was given to me. Thank you.

I can't fault the service here. I arrived to fill a script for my baby's formula which I didn't realise was not readily available and Marc tried his best assist me in getting it in as soon as he could. Marc ensured it was easy for me to touch base with him to ask questions and he took the time to contact me as soon as it arrived by courier so that I could collect it. Supremely helpful!!

SHAME ON THIS PHARMACY AND THEIR STAFF! Turning down the prescription for my friend and giving the reason, "It looks like it's been printed on." They brought in the medication as well as the original copy of the prescription! All 3 staff, who say they can't help someone who genuinely needs the medication. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE RUDE, UNWILLING, UNHELPFUL, AND INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL!

Carmen has added her smile and great customer service to the pharmacy, she is so kind and understanding, she has gone to great lengths to help me. I am moving to another suburb in a few weeks, but will be taking the 15 min drive back to Chelsea Heights whenever I need my doctor and my chemist. Incredible customer service. No one stocked the medication my child urgently needed. The staff here went above and beyond to get it in next day for me. I had rung 5 local pharmacies and this is the only one to help me. They phoned me late at night to assure me the medication would be in and phoned as soon as it arrived. Thank you!!

The staff went above and beyond to supply my medication while I was unwell and in a tricky situation under the current restrictions, stuck home with two little kids. They were all extremely understanding and very flexible. I will continue to shop here for all my medical needs and recommend them highly as a great local pharmacy.

After having moved recently to the area, it has been a blessing to find this pharmacy and the GP next door. Not only are their staff so caring, understanding and genuine, they go above and beyond what any other pharmacy has done for me in the past. Thank you Carmen, Ash and all the lovely staff there.

Went in for some medications for a skin condition i have been trying to treat for over 2 months now. Carmen the Pharmacist was so helpful and gave me some really great advice on other things to help, even printed out an information sheet for me. Really grateful for the time and advice she gave me.

Cannot express enough how happy I am with this pharmacy. Not only the pharmacist, but the pharmacy attendants always go above and beyond and are extremely knowledgeable and I trust them implicitly! Not just medication dispensers and healthcare product providers, but an all-around service here!

The most helpful pharmacist I've ever met. She went above and beyond to give some much helpful advice about eczema for my daughter. Recommended different ointments and medications. Tonight is the first night my little one isn't scratching and in pain. So thankful.

Over priced, staff don't really know what they are doing, I asked for something for my wife and they recommended two items that do the same thing so I purchased them and then wouldn't let me return one two days later. Go elsewhere for better service.

They had a few pharmacists on duty but refused to sign a stat Dec. Instead directed me to the police station. The police are under staffed and has more important things to do! This chemist is not providing their community a good service!

Ideally located next to a medical Centre and the extended opening hours makes it really helpful after hours. Have also had great service and they have a solid product range too Would happily recommend to anyone in the area

Worst customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 20 minutes for script they didn't even have stock for... don't know why they couldn't have told me that before I waited around.

Do not go to get documents certified as they will not do them. Poor service to the local community and regular customers who purchase scripts. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Over priced, below average - average customer service. Shame that it next to a great medical centre and you have to travel away to get prescriptions at a better price and service.
