This is truly an amazing, one of a kind community and shul. The warmest people you will ever meet. No matter what your level of religious observance, they will make you feel comfortable and at home. There are numerous Torah classes during the week and Shabbos is always a lively and fantastic experience. I lived here for a year and I jump at the opportunity to go back and visit every chance that I get. If you're looking for a warm shul or community to visit or move to, look no further that YISD!

An orthodox shul that’s warm and friendly. Amazing location in near Cowles Mountain. Has classes and events, and a great place for Shabbat, of course! Great for locals and visitors alike.
