Whenever myself or family needs to get a vaccine for ourselves, we buy it from Yorkview Pharmacy since they can send it across the hall to Yorkview Medical in the same building. This is the second time that when I show up for an appointment to get a vaccine, they neglect to send it over to Yorkview Medical even though they say they will. They are extremely disorganized. This then makes me late for my appointment and is an inconvenience. Please do better!
