Salesman Salahuddin is an asset for Yasin Jewellers (fronted name), he has the art of speaking to customers, can bag a sale without even trying. He is honest when negotiating although the temptation to add that extra is always at the forefront. If it weren't for his CR/PR expertise, some senior members attitude would have definitely cost the company loss of a sale today - if they have not already done from other sales or even losing sales on a daily basis. Everyone must remember (including myself)! The market is competitive; customers can and will go elsewhere if they are not given basic service/attitude.

This shop has very expensive making charges rate. also do not mention all the details on bill they try to hide things from customers. And if you want to buy silver they will send to you to Aires trading LLC. which is again one of the cheaters shop. Who cheat customers on the product price and making price. Not recommended at all...

Tejinder Singh is one of good sales guy in shop. He is good in negotiations and no mis selling.Even sorted all payment issues and guided me for tax refund. Article he sold me would be remembered years.

I have been buying from them since more than 10 years already. Regardless if it's necklaces, bracelets, gold coins or rings- always top quality and great prices.

I had a custom made necklace (with my name in Arabic) made here 7 years ago. I wear it every day and receive compliments on it all the time
