Disgusting customer service from a scumbag shell of a man I assume is the shop owner. Attending to personal calls while customers are waiting. Then turning around and telling them the post office is closed 20 MINUTES before the actual legal closing time of the post office services. Owner must think he’s the owner of Royal Mail deciding when he wants to close just because he’s too lazy to put a parcel through. When legally the Post Office stated service closing time is 10pm. Never going back their again. Post Office needs to re-hire, re-train and get rid of degenerate staff like this owner.

Very unhelpful. Had walking maps sent via Amazon to collect here, as was travelling to Birmingham for hiking. Following delays from train strikes and returning a lost wallet, I arrived 5 mins before closing time, but they refused to serve me, even though they continued to serve another customer in the shop. I explained it was needed that evening to be able to plan the route, ready for the next morning. They refused and said to come back the next day, even after explaining this was not possible.

Bit of a wait whilst the server helped the person in front of me, and then the Parcelforce guy came to pick up parcels. However I wasn't in a rush and she made sure it was ok with me first. Then it was my turn and she helpfully explained my options and get the service that I needed.

Sent my little sister quickly in to grab a drink, charged extra on my card for the use of card. Went to resolve the issue and very unhelpful. Basically illegally charging my little sister extra money for using a card.

Wonderful post office, staff were very helpful, Kiran was very professional and helped me with my parcel and Lulzim was a delight, will be using this as my regular post office from now on!

Good place to post off Royal Mail parcels. I tend to be busy until 7pm and it’s refreshing that I can post off anything last minute at this shop up until 9pm everyday

Surprised to find this office open 9pm. Very helpful polite staff. Serena went out of her way to help me print labels for my parcel. Will definitely be back.
