3 of us had a long layover in Calgary and decided to go to the lounge. Only 1 of us had an American Express which allows to bring a guest. A gentlemen who rode the elevator up with us offered to put the third person as his guest so we could all enjoy the lounge. The receptionist decided to add the name of person who had the Amex card as the gentleman's guest then proceeded to say that The Amex holder could not use their Amex card since the name was on as a guest. Due to her confusion and lack of knowledge and poor customer service skills; she was unable to fix this matter and all 3 of us left very dissatisfied, hungry and shocked. The date and time of this visit was December 8 at 1 pm.

This is for the YYC Lounge in the Delta by Marriott at the Calgary International Airport. I find it unacceptable for a bar in an international airport run by an international hotel chain to close one hour earlier than the rest of the week on Sundays. Because of flight issues we arrived late on a Sunday only to find this location closed and no other options. What an unfortunate disappointment.

The US Departures lounge is nicely equipped and decorated. Food selection was 'ok', only 2 types of beer but both on tap instead of bottled. About 6 or 7 hard liquors. The location of this lounge is not exactly conveniently located as it is tucked away in the corner behind the foot court area. If your departure gate is in the far end, make sure you leave earlier or risk missing it.

The staff is always attentive and friendly. The fish tacos were very delicious and filling for an appetizer. The cobb salad wasn't huge like some restaurants but enough a light meal. It needed more chicken. The margarita was average but not bad. I will return because the atmosphere is casual and not pretentious.

Nice and calm, plenty of comfortable seating to choose from, decent food (when compared to American-based carriers' lounges), clean and available restrooms. Overall pleasantly surprised how nice this lounge was considering it was a Priority Pass lounge.

A nice cozy place to chill. It has sofas, tv playing news, food, drinks like beer & wine,computers to use, etc. It wasnt as nice looking as I thought it would be but still not bad. They were serving lasagna when I was there and it wasnt that good.

Good place to relax while you wait for a flight (especially if its over two hours). Sleeping sections, charging stations, tvs, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included. Not the best selection of food but still a luxury to be here.

Cosy corner with comfortable club armchairs next to the exit doors. This is where you can wait comfortably for your drive to pick you up after your arrival

Would not let us in with Air Canada American express...was really disappointed with their attitude...tough line when Calgary is in such financial stress

The airport has expanded and the international flights have moved all the way to the end of the horseshoe. Close to the delta hotel at the very end.

Good for travelers they are open upto 1am. Thankyou Carlo and Therenz for the hospitality and food at late night.
