I had to unfortunately visit this supermarket today. Some employees stared suspiciously staring at me just because I went inside with my backpack. I expressed my concern of being dishonoured as a customer to a guy who continously had strange looks at me. He lied he had a headache, to manage the situation. I did not want a great welcoming smile to me but at least not a cheap gaze the staff there throw. Anyway I wanted to share my awful experience with all planing to visit this super market.

Very courteous staff. While I was in hurried mistakendly paid for an extra item which I didnt buy but ws clubbed with my items.Latr on wen I realized in home....I thought wat a loss...Howevr even after 2 days when I went there to reqst for refund.. They insntly provided me exact refund without much beating around bushes... Gratifying service... Courteous, frendly polite nd helpful staffs...Guess he is Malayalee nt sure.. wat ever.. Thnk you .

This super Market is very Clean, maintaining well with customers Goods Very reasonable with cheerful attentive, can be appreciated well. more people can Have their all the, essentials here, wonderful store , compare to Many around business sales here. If you are located in Ejipura, it's the best place for you to shop you home needs. Prices are comparatively lesser than local shops in and around the area. Most of the prices are lesser than MRP. So, eatables items are really nice and cheaper at Xpress Home Needs. However, other stationary items like bucket, umbrella, bag, cap etc are little expensive.

A good shop with much stuff stuffed inside. They need more exhaust fans as place gets suffocated with more customers inside. They have lot of variety and good rates. Billing people always smile except the senior chetta who takes payment. He is always serious. Someone can request him to smile for better customer experience.

Friendly Super Market. More or less all items are available at this place for a day to day requirements. Rates are reasonable and average, compare to other big players in the market. Satisfying store for local residents with easy accessible. Home delivery is available.

I regularly shop here. You can become a member, save points and get cash back. Second floor has good domestic products. Ground floor is stored with grocery and food items. Next to it is a fruits and vegetables shop. Parking available for bikes. PayTm accepted.

Good store with wide range of required house hold products. Easy accessible for people residing at ejipura.. Only flaw is space is very less to look over and shop, if there are 5 people in one column then assume its crowded.

Taken a water can and deposited 150 when I asked for receipt they told it's ok once you'll return empty can will refund but at the time of refund they only returned 100 and giving explanation

Very worst experience. Not at all customer friendly store. The person sitting in the front thinks he is the president of USA. I wont recommended this store for anyone.

A supermarket with a lot of local variety of stuffs. The location gives it an extra edge over the kind of items they sell and you get to choose from a lot.

We get all the items but there is no offer like other malls give. They charge on MRP only. Best to shop at Star Bazaar Dmart which are nearby only..
