What an absolutely wonderful place! I only found Worths as it came up on a local seach under Uber Eats. I assumed it was just a posh cake shop but it is much more. I have placed a few orders via Uber Eats since March lockdown. The baked potato with crab mayonnaise is delicious and the portion of the filling is very satisfying. Their salads are so fresh and come beautifully layered like an artist's palette. Today I also treated myself to a cherry danish and received a very large slice filled with cherry compote - absolutely delicious. Delivery has always been very quick, within half an hour of ordering, and I have so far always received everything that I have ordered from Worths. I am sure that I will contact Worths if I have a need for a professionally decorated celebration cake and I'm so pleased that I have found them.

I have a long history with Worths Bakery, from coming afterschool for their half price end-of-day donuts (best donuts ever) and several family birthday cakes over the years. This year for my wife's birthday in lockdown I ordered an afternoon tea set from here and they absolutely did not disappoint, and most recently they've been doing the kiddy Halloween treat boxes, but over instagram I'd arranged a spooky adults treat box as a surprise for my wife and they turned out absolutely amazing, gorgeous decoration and the cakes and treats were DELICIOUS. 10/10 definitely recommend

The best cake bakers ever! I have been using worth’s for all my cakes and not only do they look amazing, they taste it too. They even do vegan cakes which taste just as good! The attention to detail and final execution of the cakes speak for themselves. Everything is done with such precision and care. Having been a massive fan of this bakery for the last few years, I was super excited to have ordered an afternoon tea box for two. I had one the year before for my best friends birthday and so was expecting great things. Disappointed was the truth - less content and just not what I had received the year before and won’t re-order as could have done better myself. I am a fan of this shop and it’s amazing cakes but when it comes to the afternoon tea - save your money and make your own.

Thank you so much all the team at Worths for making such a magical and special cake for my event. It matched the brief perfectly, was so elegant and sophisticated and the charming cake pops were very cute - and the taste and texture of the sponge were fabulous. I also had a chance to grab some of the weekend doughnuts when I went to the bakery to pick up the cake and they are so delicious! A gem of a bakery and I'll definitely be back both for treats and celebration cakes.

Worths celebration cakes are fantastic. I asked Worths if they could make my daughter’s 1st birthday cake after I had tried a friend’s birthday cake who also brought from Worths. I knew what I wanted in terms of the design and flavouring and it exceeded my expectations. It was a stunning cake, so simple yet elegant and tasted amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was great, from ordering through to pick up. I would definitely recommend them

Nasty and horrible women in this shop. Quality has dropped immensely they really have no manners and think they can talk to people anyhow. They need to be retrained in customer services and some look like they need a good wash and they are touching peoples food I and others are definitely not going back to this shop why when you can shop elsewhere even online and get a better service!!! SHAME ON YOU WORTH’S for employing rude little girls and rude old women!

Really good service. The staff were happy to help find ways to get a cake to met expectations and budget! They created a beautiful geode and gold themed cake, which was a real 'show stopper ' worthy of Instagram! The sponge itself was a simple vanillia sponge that was light and fluffy and tasty. I highly recommend Worths, this is the 4th cake they've created for us.... I'm looking forward to the next birthday celebration already!

Some of the tastiest cakes I've ever had. The designs are beautiful and so creative. They are always a step ahead of cake trends etc. I buy from them regularly when passing but have also ordered cakes for special occasions. They have some very reasonably priced cakes which can customised for little or no extra cost. The service is always top notch. Nothing is too much for them. Truly above and beyond. Thank you Worths!

Ordered a cake for my sons 2nd birthday (quite last minute) and worth’s produced an unbelievable cake bespoke to the theme I needed. I have ordered themed cakes in the past which often were decorated nice but didn’t taste very good, but worth’s looked incredible and tasted even better. I have never had so many people compliment a cake. Can’t wait to order again, the team are so responsive and helpful.

Ordered a cake from Worths for a friend’s birthday and was not disappointed! The design is asked for was quite tricky and so wasn’t expecting an exact replica, but oh was I wrong. Looks exactly like how I wanted it to, was the perfect size and tasted incredible. So much time and effort had gone into it and it really showed. Will definitely be using Worths for all cake needs in the future!

I'm so so happy with my daughters birthday cake I couldn't of asked for a better cake... my daughter is a very fussy eater and has never ate one of her birthday cakes ever so this year I wanted to try something different and it worked wonders the ladys done everything I wanted and I will definitely be using them for every occasion highly recommend them

This bakery has been the most reliable plug for all our birthday cakes. They have come to the rescue those days you forgot to book cake in advance as they have fresh cakes on the shelf. Always amazing! Hoping they will come to our rescue as we want a gluten & egg free chocolate cake for a child with allergies. I believe Worth’s Bakery will be saving the day!

Went in during the lunchtime rush on a Saturday. Every single person working there was working super hard and making sure everyone was being served. I was asked by 4 different members of the team. Customer service is just as important to me as the product itself! Got some pastry bits and it's all delicious and reasonably priced. Well done Worths team!

Honestly saved the day with a large last minute cake order. The cake was absolutely unreal - couldn't be any better. Everyone couldn't praise it enough too! I went into the shop to order a birthday cake and they couldn't have been more helpful. Lots of different cakes to choose from, catering for every budget. There is also a sandwich shop where you can choose from lots of fillings. And, of course, a bakery. UPDATE: I collected the cake and it is exactly as ordered - really beautifully done.

Worths is my go to for cupcakes on any occasion! Every single design I ask for they absolutely nail it! A couple of times I have a been a bit last minute (unorganised!) not holding huge expectations as I know how busy they get but they have always somehow squeezed me in and I'm always grateful! They also taste as good as they look! Ha!

Such a lovely place. They made my sisters 12th birthday cake and I couldn’t have been happier neither could she. It was a chocolate sponge with an Oreo filling and I can’t keep my hands off of it. We have used Worth‘s for years, the customer service is faultless, we have had cupcakes, celebration cakes, had lunches the whole lot. The lovely owner even went out of her way to deliver cupcakes for me when I wanted to surprise my Mum but was too anxious to go into the shop. I had the best Cornish pasty in this bakery! I was looking for something delicious to have for a quick lunch and didn’t want to get a supermarket meal deal, so I visited this bakery for the first time and was pleasantly surprised of how delicious and fresh their Cornish pasty is! Will definitely buy it many more times

I ordered a personalised birthday cake from here. The cake was well made, reasonably priced (my cake cost a little more for the icing design) and it tasted delicious, I opted for a lemon sponge and the guests at our party asked for extras to take home. They require a week's notice for orders and they also do eggless cakes.

Worths Bakery is the best bakery around. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I have had all my special birthday and occasion cakes and cupcakes from them for years and never been disappointed. They are always helpful with suggestions and would not hesitate in recommending them and have done on many an occasion.

Wonderful fresh cakes there was a little confusion over the order easily done, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify it and I was left completely happy. Absolutely fantasic bakery. A* on customer service and the cakes are just amazing! Everytime I fance a treat or i need a cake for special occasion it's the only place i go. Top quality cakes for all occasions the bakery cakes ice finger swirls donut s are all doble normal size so great value for money although slightly on the more expensive but you pay for what you get and that is quality beautiful family who own the business and a great team on there side a most go in welling

This bakery is great. They baked our children’s Totoro themed birthday cake (an unusual one, that they had no trouble with!) it tasted moist and was reasonably priced. They were helpful by instagram messaging, punctual and it looked great, so I’d definitely order there again :)
