Good customer service. They no longer sell factory seconds which was the reason why you could find cheap work boots here at one time. They re prices are still competitive. My friend ended up making a work boot purchase there vs Mark's and Peavy mart while shopping regent ave yesterday. Found the most favorable boot there.

I purchased a keen work boots last feb. 5, 2022 and after a week of using i find it not comfortable to used. I phone them asking for return or even like exchange item but they won't allow ne coz its used already. I pay over 200$ for that boots totaly not happy about it.
