Just went in to your store today 10/8/19 and as usual not enough checkouts open! Please open more checkouts when it’s extremely busy on a Saturday! 1 because I and others won’t be forced to use self service and 2 so the lady at the self service isn’t so rude when it’s busy! She is always so stressed out even when it’s not! She is not good with customer service!!! No patience towards others and the way she speaks to people comes across rude just not helpful! Bring back Karen on self service always friendly and willing to help no matter how busy it is ! I wouldn’t waste my time writing this review if it wasn’t an issue

Compliment for specific staff member at Springbank plaza Woolies, Jaelena (hope that is the correct spelling). I was behind a lady who had asked for cash out and Jaelena was new to check out (3rd day helping from another department), she didn't know how to. She was anxious straight away but handled it so well asking for help. My compliment is because she was visibly nervous but kept a smile(which is uncommon in retail). She had been thrown in the deep end but still, even with being nervous managed to provide great service. People are too harsh on young retail workers so hoping this gets back to her management team.

Messy. Disorganised. Overpriced. Staff are rude. I've put up with all that for ages but.. the big kicker for me tonight, was popping in at 8:15pm to buy sandwich fillings for tomorrow - knowing that the entire shop is open til 9pm - I get to the Deli and what am I told??? That the Deli shuts at 8pm!!! That is the definition of STUPIDITY. If Woolworths stays open til 9pm the ENTIRE STORE SHOULD STAT OPEN!! So not good enough. Do better.

Fruit and veg did not look abundant fresh or inviting. Service deli very undermanned,no ticket system in place for customers and staff not knowing how to use the slicer. Grocery shelves looked like they were never faced last night by nightfill. Not a very good experience I'm sorry to say. Cheers

Staff are friendly and helpfull but the range of foods has declined over time. Woolworths has cheap overseas imports these days and Australian produce is hard to find on the shelves. The chickens are now reduced in price but so has the size so don't think your getting a good deal for the price.

Great home delivery service. I am sorry though that when ordering some items are marked out of stock but only occasionally an item is refunded because it became out of stock after ordering and paying bill. Drivers are curtious and friendly. Thanks to all staff working on delivery orders.

The store is better then it use to be and staff are much nicer then previous times I've visited. The outside of this shop however is not at all up to standard. Trolleys restricting the entrances and people smoking at the entrance make for an unpleasant experience unfortunately.

Not good. Stock (milk) not in refrigerator for customers. Older lady on express checkout I let her know but, she didn't seem interested. Very miserable, no smile - don't think I've seen her smile in all the years I have been shopping at Springbank. Supermarket was not busy.

I know there is a so called virus going around and it causes the supply and demand. But not paying for kale that looked dead itself. Prices have gone up however produce is disgusting. Not my local anymore thankfully. Hopefully this is just temporary ‍♀️

This is my go to store each week for shopping. Just wish they could stock iced coffees on a regular basis as they are almost always empty. Other than that they have friendly staff and good range of products at a reasonable price.

It's a super market. Big chain owned so you're going to get the same staff training and product range across the board. Nothing really stood out here apart from they had an excellent covid station for cleaning and scanning in...

My closest and most convenient supermarket, pharmacy, and other specialty stores are there. My go-to for all my grocery shopping. Opening hours suit my needs either early before work & weekend activities or after working hours.

Worst Woolies I’ve ever been in, just go in and look at the fridges where the chicken breast etc is. Dried up chicken juice looks like it’s been there for months. I feel sick just thinking about it.

I enjoy lunch time shopping here, always get a park to shop. Friendly staff on express checkout. Enjoy the variety of products and especially the half price chocolates and 90c crunchies.

You really need to open more than 1 till and staff them with people who work faster than half speed and talk too much. And try stocking the shelves the covid panic buying is over

I come in quite frequently and have noticed there isn’t much bread / rolls in the afternoon. Customer service is great though and the store is kept nice and clean.
