"Clearly a shortage of staff! So many unmasked or improperly masked"
"99% of the staff are great"
"This is a really good Woolies all things considered I've never had bad experiences with the staff and besides toilet paper they usually have everything I want in stock so why 3 stars? Well I could never rate this location 5 stars simply for what it took from the community and what was there before, even so I could probably give the location four stars but it has another glaring issue the whole shopping centre is built like a Faraday cage and I end up with no phone signal I know it's not the area because as soon as you step outside the problem goes away I've seen no other reviews that mention this problem so I thought that I would"
"It's a wonderful complex, you senses are hit by a dozen awesome scents and gorgeous smells of good food cooking, topped of by fresh ground coffee and smoked meats from the Epicurean shop in the mall to your left, as you enter from Woolworths entrance, and parking is excellent, bit of room for the 4 wheel driver's, not so likely to wear a ding in the car park"
"The staff filling the shelves seem to have their task at hand and only that on their mind"
Clearly a shortage of staff! So many unmasked or improperly masked. No one on express checkout, 2 people on normal checkout, and one person in self serve. Line up to use self service but regular check out was in longer. Milk splashed on inside of fridge door. Kids packing shelves but taking up the whole isle while doing do. Not sure why it took 3 people loading fridge, but could you not block the isle? Also why is the milk at the back of the store. That very old idea that people come just for milk is a left over notion from the days when it was a corner store and you didn't need to drive their. Stop using ideas from the 80's? Now it's just annoying to have to go to the back of the store full of groceries just to get the milk, or on my case forget it. I'll get it from my local it's instead thanks. Five plastic bags left in self check out on one side and nothing on the other? Fridge/Freezers in 6? different areas of the store, energy wise pathetic, convenience wise, pointless. A lot buy 2 for X amount tags but you have to lift tags up to find single price. If I want a discount for buying 2 packs of sausages why wouldn't I just buy the larger bulk discount pack? And finally self service check out too longer because the machine was confused constantly. The assistant had to clear machine 3 times. While helping someone else at the same time. It would have been quicker to user regular checkout, not including express check out because their was no one their?
99% of the staff are great. Always willing to help and usually with a smile. The aisles are wide enough except during bottle necks. :P Most times I can find enough of popular products on sale, on the shelves. I find though that variety and stock levels dip in the middle of winter and about January with Every supermarket. This could be due to a change in seasonal ranges as well as stock supplies. If there is a spill, it's cleaned immediately. Rare to find stock cages unattended in the middle of the aisle. Very good selection of in store baked breads. I love the in store baked breads as they don't seem to have as many preservatives and don't sit in the stomach like a rock. If you are into recycling, they have a large "bin" for your unwanted Clean soft plastics and ther is usually lots of free cardboard boxes if you have forgotten your shopping bags at home. Must admit though, there are times where the rotation of fruit and vegetables could be better. This is a rare thing though. Most of the time.e there is a Very Good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.

TLDR great Woolies, no phone signal and the land used to be publicly owned

The Fruit and Veg, cum Continental shop, cum Cafe, almost Restaurant, must b good, the smells emanating from it are glorious to behold, in my view, it will never cum near the old Brickworks Market, it's sure made up for the shortfalls and character of the old Market. The staff filling the shelves seem to have their task at hand and only that on their mind. I lost count how many times I couldn't get thru an isle or see what was on a shelf because the staff had pallets and boxes of stock everywhere. At one stage I stood trying to find a particular product for about 5 minute's because the staff stocking the shelf had absolutely no care for the fact she was in my way and I had to ask 3 or 4 times for her to move so I could view the stock on the shelf. Anyway, despite the inconvience of this.. thankfully the shelves were very well stocked.
Staff are all very friendly. All of the fruit & vegies are fresh in season with the exception of Mangoes ea yr they try selling last Seasons Mangoes as the present Season, along with present Season, when it is obvious they are not, by the looks of the fruit, but I find this in all Woolies & Coles, yet they charge you the full price of the present Season Fruit, if they sold as last Season & much cheaper price that would be fine. Other then this Brickworks Woolies have great variety of Fruit, Veggies & Meat. Brickworks Woolies is a great Store otherwise to shop at.
I recently returned to using this Woolworhs store. I found when it first opened that stock was often low or if fresh, little time before expiry but now that is not a problem. I add that I have returned as another store has dropped it's standard. I am of the opinion that local management has a huge affect on the experience The store is large and quite open so shopping is not stressful. The store is located in the Brickworks complex with numerous other shops so traffic can be challenging made worse by the stupid road layout.
Clearly the staff at the front have more important things to do then serve. The lady out front just finished serving a customer. Looked at me and resumed to do other things while I waited 2 min still no service as I walk away I see she was willing to serve another customer over me. This isn't the first time i have been ignored 3 weeks ago happend again but this time 2 people with there backs to me talking amongst there self. Been shopping here for years never had a complaint until now..
Almost everything in one little hub, supermarket, restaurants, butcher, newsagent, hairdresser, bottle shop, chemist, jeweller and much more. Nothing like the old brickwork market but at least the site is being used. In saying that the council still has stalls around the actual heritage listed brickwork chimney and I hope they open up some sort of public market in the future.
This is by far a prime example of how a shop should be, it literally ticks every box! Woolworths at the Brickworks provides me with my favorite shopping experience, it is a always an absolute pleasure to do my weekly shopping at this location. The staff are simply tremendous, I have never had a negative experience at this world class facility. Very pleased
First time I had been to this store. It was very clean and tidy. Went through self serve and felt a little uncomfortable as the staff member made it her mission to look and see what we were purchasing. I understand a need to make sure everything is put through, but walking up to the trolley and looking in was a little bit much.
As per any Woolies. Great range Friendly staff and heaps of parking. Ace selection of Deli products and general Grocery items and being in the Brickworks shopping centre heaps of other shops. This store has a Bakery so a great range of fresh bread and other bakery goods are available. …
The place look very tidy and great but I had bad customer service by a girl named rubi. She was very rude. I asked her if I could use my flybys but her response was, u should know we don't use here. Like this was my first time shopping at Woolworth. How am I supposed to know. Also she kept this attitude.
Great supermarket. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Non-alcholic and mocktail section is amazing. So much better than the nearby Dan Murphys. The car park is also excellent. Love the mist waterfall they have for the fresh herbs area. FYI - opposite the Brickworks giftshop...
I was served by this girl named Haseena I think on Sunday morning. She made me experience the best customer service I ever had at Woollies. She was very professional and friendly even when there were so many other customers. I think Woolworths should have more staffs like her ❤️
There store has really wide aisles which is great for social distancing. They stock a wide range of speciality products as well as the usual essentials. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well as having wipes for the trolleys. It's a really relaxed atmosphere to shop in.
Store layout is good. Customer service is non existent. Going through self check out your made to feel as if you've stealed, the staff come up behind you & look in your trolley or basket & make sure your scanning your products. Better places to shop at than here!!!
Untidy shelves all if the time ,ok that's to nice its a mess most of the time ,staff there r a few that are what you would expect helpful at least put on a smile ,but most are unfriendly miserable and some just rude, this is my nearest
Great store but does close a little early on weekend surprisingly. Needed a few items and was five minutes before closure. I wasn't allowed into the store. That was a little disappointing. Other than that great product range and store.
Well spaced out store, with heaps of fresh produce, bakery and so on, has Instore cafe. Parking here is pretty good too. Registers are easy to access and are free flowing with more than enough to accommodate big crowds.
A few different products than some of the surrounding big chains, but nothing to get excited about. The new facility means the the walls are very clean and consequently are a little difficult to climb up and hold on to.
It's Woolies. I mainly go there for my coffee/hot chocolate and a quick snack. The staff are always lovely. (Sometimes the coffee is took strong even though I ask for a weak one) but 9 out of 10 times it's great.
I found Woolworths brickworks store clean, spacy and shelves stocked most the time Staff are friendly courteous and helpful , and their cafe has great food and they make a wicked latte and great prices and desks
Tony and Marks Shop sells quality fruit and veg and lots of gourmet foods and fresh flowers, they also have a cafe for meals and coffees etc. Staff very friendly and oblidging, family friendly, highly recommend.
The lady at the self checkout counter was very very rude. Never experienced that on other woolworth branch , coles and foodland Very unhelpful and was upset when seek for assistance. Feel very bad as a customer
Good supermarket with a large range of fresh produce and grocery products for sale. Parking seemed pretty good and a number of other smaller stores in the mall make this a convenient local shopping option.
I really had a wonderful time here..some staff called me love...dunno why but it made me real happy...really friendly staff everyone is kind and helpful...thank you guys for making my day .... …
Attended at 7.00 a.m. for the emergency services hour. The lady from the shop came out and explained the rules upon entry. A great range of products and prices. We even bought toilet paper
The cafe needs a better range! Where's the chorizo quiche? Chicken, camembert and onion? Falafel, tabbouleh, and chilli sauce wrap, with vegan parmesan? I've gotten at Cumberland Park?
Its Woolies. What can you say? One of the better ones I've been using lately, but still. Just a massive money making conglomerate that offers me what I need. Good thing I have shares!
My local supermarket - I reckon it's alright. Good stock - easy parking. Checkout staff nice. Haven't had to ask for any special requests so can't comment on extra special service.
Their range is good but omg their checkout staff are unbelievably slow. It also is understaffed. The store is laid out in an annoying way so the staple items are hard to get to.
The Brickworks is getting better and better. A very well presented shopping area. Great shopping has everything in one place. Haircut, eateries. Across the road is Dan Murphy's.
Click and collect service provided was reasonable, they often have meat out of stock on a Monday which is frustrating. The staff are always friendly and apologetic.
I shopped there on a Tuesday afternoon. Shelves were well-stocked. Isles were clean. Sufficient checkout staff to enable me to be served quickly. A good experience.
Underwhelmed by their produce and deli selection, not quite the "fresh food people" you'd expect. Everything's hard to find but staff are friendly if you find one.
Love Woolworths at the Brickworks. Usually shelves are well stocked with a pretty hood range of brands. Wide aisles and quick checkouts. Weekly shopping done here!
My favourite place to shop! Not overcrowded, good choices and clean toilets, and love eating at Tony & Marks (coffee is very good, but I have to order it HOT!).
Good store, have a great range of products, unfortunately really bad internet service, so I suggest taking your physical card to this store not pay by phone.
Most of the stuff are extremely lovely and helpful. However I went there today and there were two staff members that were extremely rude to me and my son.
Spacious car park . Variety shops are exellent. Great butcher. Big W. Across the rd Dan Murphys . Exllent fruit & Veg. Great and convenient place to shop.
Woolworths Brickworks please award your staff member Angela a medal. She is the most humble and professional person I have ever seen in any supermarket.
Usually excellent and friendly however can get busy, occasionally out of stock of some items and not as big a range of others. Car park is a hassle.
I was served today by Mengi at 3pm. I have never seen such amazing service! He was very fast & efficient. I Will definitely be returning. …
Good store… pity about the network deadspot as this can be frustrating when trying to move cash from one account to another at the checkout…
Great store, very clean and shelves are always stocked. But 2 times we have had to return chicken cause it smelled and was in date...
I like to shop here as they have great selection, good prices. The premises are kept clean & the staff are very helpful & friendly.
It's such a big Woolworths, but does not have all the products. What a disappointment, just like the Arndale/Kilkenny Woolworths
Staff are very friendly & helpful. Good layout of Store except for the Fridge & Freezer being at the opposite end to each other.
Great place big area with alot of food options easy to reach just wished it had more popular food Brands. But overall 5/5 …
Nice looking store but the girl on express check out very lazy and didn't arrange my groceries properly so had to bag it myself
Went into store and found it in a total mess again. Empty boxes everywhere, produce and products in a mess- not stocked well
Woolworths has a great many items for sale in their stores. I buy them on a regular basis Hallelujah Jesus #BrucesPlanet.Com
Love the new look better organised, now I know where everything is with friendly staff to help. Always room for improvement.
Large range of everyday household groceries. Ample parking and fast service at checkout. Major liquor seller in same area.
Best Woolies near me. Great stock, great staff. Way better than Hilton even if you have to go that little way further.
Loved shopping here great atmosphere staff where extra helpful. Enjoyed shopping at the whole centre I will go again.
Wow big place to shop just about got everything on offer ..very polite staff very helpful ...recommended …
Gotta love the deli staff, always helpful and willing to move mountains Definitely don’t work here or in the deli
Definitely a place to visit staff in stores where very friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean shopping centre
It's a good shopping centre with a variety covering most needs, plus the parking is easy and spaced nicely.
Pretty good Woolies. Nice and clean, big aisles for movement, plenty of carts and trolleys. Cant go wrong.
Best place to work and shop.quite a good range of stuff. Nice environment in and out the shopping centre.
Great store. Managers are all over staff performance which is good. Never had an issue there. …
Woolies is woolies, so pretty good. Nice little shopping centre. Sunday afternoon is very popular
I like the layout of the store. Everything was easy to find and there was good stock quantities.
Usually good, sometimes out of stock. Staff are generally good, some require bag packing lessons
Good place for grocery shipping, always has specials Good parking, very clean, staff helpful
It's Woolies, you know the standard they set, you know the layout Great customer service
Standard Woolworths. Suffering supply issues, and high prices. Staff are quite friendly.
Wide lanes and range is extensive. Mid range priced items but plenty of generic as well.
Local shop. Could be busy, but if you early bird is OK. Very handy, prices not too bad.
Fully stocked, helpful staff that get the old boy through the self service registers.
There was flies in the doughnuts but other than that everything was nice and clean.
Love shopping at this place. The crew is friendly. This place can be busy at times.
Very extensive range.. parking can present a challenge on weekends
Friendly workers Always impresses with Woolworths Very Convenient
Very busy this time of year but good bargains if u looked around
Stock levels could be better. Lots of gaps in the dairy fridge.
A large Woolies with good fresh produce section and deli area.
A small and friendly store in a small town, they do there best
Good place. Had big w too. Food choices are less but not bad.
