Really excellent experience with Woodward as new tenants in Harrow. They made the whole process extremely simple and efficient. Myself and my partner had just returned from living abroad and they were very helpful in adjusting to our particular case. Gary was affable and charming during the viewings and was very well informed about the properties and the area. I really appreciated how frank and clear he was about the strengths and weaknesses of each option we were looking at. Elena guided us through the process of securing the house and referencing which was made very easy indeed. You got the sense of a very personalized and efficient experience; Elena’s communication was top class and she always responded very quickly. Even when she was away for a day, she made sure that the process continued seamlessly in her absence (Alice was excellent in helping us with that). The referencing was done via Van Mildert and Elena kept us up to date frequently on how they were progressing. At every stage, we were confident that the process was being well handled, which took a lot of pressure off the situation. The home we found is lovely and the landlord friendly, generous and helpful. Overall then a very personalized, easy and positive experience from start to finish: would very strongly recommend! Hopefully we won’t have to use them again for a long time, but we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to.

We took a property for rent through them in harrow. The inventory check-in was done in a hurry and the inventory clerk told us he has other appointment so he needs to hurry and got us to sign on a blank paper.( agree it's our mistake but we trusted them). Next just in 2 weeks time, the flat has mold/fungus issues--major ones. All of the wall was painted and covered with wallpaper to hide and misrepresent the facts. And when we told them there are mold issues, the agent made a visit and told us off that we were responsible for the mold. The flat also had leaks from the roof etc, and guess what they asked us to use a bucket to contain the water leaks !! We had to fight a lot to get out of it in 4 months and even after that, they made false claims and tried to overcharge us for cleaning and etc. in the flat. We went to TDS and got the right justice. Just be very careful with these guys-- totally avoid them! Worst agents ever in my last 6+yrs in this country. Attaching some pics of the wall with mold and one with stripped wall paper to show the problems existed before we came in but they were trying to blame us and rip us off of our money.

Gary and his team are extremely scammers and racist. If you are not white you will have many troubles dealing with these scammers. They will never repair their properties, they scam landlords and as i can see on their website most of their flats are available even the one I rented already and someone took over is back on the market. So this shows some serious issues. We had to deduct from the rent to do some minor repairs. Windows on our property was not getting shut properly and they didn’t care that we were living in cold. They have repaired a toilet seat and guess what they brought a kids size toilet seat. Although Gary initially agreed this is wrong size but as soon as he left he changed his word which is totally acceptable from a racist person. Stay away from these scammers by all costs. Update** We will definitely will not attempt to rent a place from scammers again as we bought our own place. However you have failed landlords as you have lack of experience and trust. People can decide only by checking your website

Best estate agents I have delt with so far for rental properties. Really responsive, even during covid, knowledge, personable and really helpful. I was really surprised when they were ready to send someone over the same day (email went out in the morning) to get hot water fixed. We've had 2 other issues with the property and they immediately delt with them and any general questions we've had were answered in 24 hours or less. When we decided to move out, they were also very clear about the process and what needs to happen. Also based on how they described the process to us, I feel reassured the property is dealt with at the highest standards. I highly recommend them for prospective tenants and would love if all estate agents would be as amazing as them.

We were involved in a large, complex, residential transaction and, put simply, if the seller had instructed another agent, the deal would have fallen through. Martin has every quality you would look for in a skilled and professional agent- he was sensitive to the specific requirements of the transaction and helped progress it by staying in touch with all parties without being pushy. He went above and beyond what was required and still kept in touch with us after the move in respect of things like meter readings. He is, above all, trustworthy. I will be using Martin for any sales or purchases in the future and recommend him to all in the area.

Martin and Marie helped us sell our property. Due to COVID life was a little more complicated than normal. The first buyer fell through and the second buyer had coms issues relating to work and COVID, which caused a bit of stress and delays but Martin and Marie were excellent at communicating all the way through and got the deal accross the line under very difficult circumstances. I would have no hesitation in recomending them ;-)

I initially emailed Martin Bloxham, where he responded "I will confirm a schedule asap" and that was the end of comms from him. Then a colleagues rang me trying to sell me other properties on the market. The person I dealt with on the phone was not enthusiastic and sounded like he was half asleep at work. Estate agents need to spend more time listening to what the buyer wants, not sell any junk on the market.

Unfortunately, not the best of experiences with what we got from the agency. Hope to get all the fixing and repairing resolved one day. It is unfortunate how you can be penalized on for the small fine prints that you don't read when signing the property contract. We had trusted our agent to be on our side.
