I had purchased a Dojo coffee table costing around INR 17,000 to 17900 from their store in Hitec City. The product came in damaged condition to my house. They then took it back and again have delivered me a damaged product. It has been over 1 month. I have asked them to refund me the entire money, but they are taking their own time to revert back. They have offered me to repair it, but I have refused the same as the product is of inferior quality. In fact I had categorically asked them a few concerns, however they have told me lies about the product resulting in me bearing the fruits of their lies. Such companies are not concerned about what the client is saying especially when it comes to damages They only want upfront payment. I shall wait for 2 days about full refund, failing which I shall be mentioning the names of people and shall attach all photos of the damaged product. My Order ID is 513459. Please note that this issue is going on since over 1 month now. I am asking for a full refund of the money I had paid and your team can then take the table from my house. How many days do I need to wait. Product was purchased on 1st week Sep2023 and today in 22 Oct 2023. VERY POOR SERVICE and SUPPORT . The team is just horrible to work with. 1) we purchased a wall art and shoe stand from Madhapur shop 2) the wall art came broken, sent email, no reply no action 3) we got the carpenter and fixed it .the value of wall art was app Rs 8000 ( so its not cheap) 4) the shoe rack was to be dispatched in 4 to 5 weeks got it on 5 week and now waiting for carpenter. 5) reach out to call center, poor team , cannot help as they dont know what to do and we are waiting on Saturday and Sunday. guys buy from local shop vendor we will be assure of service. Wooden Street is just HORRIBLE. India has large population, I am sure they are getting their business so I guess they dont care customer grievances.

I ordered 6 chairs from WoodenStreet online. and one of the chair has a patch on the top which is very much evident and looks obnoxious and irritating. I raised complaint regarding the same and a carpenter was sent to rectify it but he couldnt fix it and said that it can’t be fixed. Same was told by the customer care support earlier. But after around two weeks, I got a call saying that product has no defect and it needs no correction. I feel cheated as a customer. Remember we don’t buy furniture just for use and comfort, we also buy them to decorate our homes.

My experience has been amazing with wooden street. So far I’ve bought 2 pure wood bed a full sofa set and multiple other pieces of furniture and the quality of all these items has just been top notch. The staff at Hyderabad hitech city branch has been brilliant. Especially khumendra and Vicky, these guys made sure the products were delivered in time and the after sales service has been great as well. 100% recommended.

Purchased a 6 seater dining table frm woodden street...2 chairs design are lil bit different..y thy dont chk before delievering...it's nt our fault...y we shud face the trouble now...nt recd warranty card also...no person visited to see the difference in design...nt upto the mark in terms of quality.. Hope i will get the same design in exchange...no response frm store regarding warranty card...

Look at the dumb auto response from these people. I didn't even buy anything and they are asking for order ID :) :) :) almost fell into their trap of good looking and unbelievably lower priced furniture including beds and tables. Review are eye opener. Its a trap. Never never buy anything from them again.

Worst place to buy furniture. Had to wait 2.5months to get a table delivered. They’ll make false commitments and wont meet them. The funniest thing is that they dont even accept cancellation requests. I have requested thrice but was not even entertained and got no reply.
