We had the guide named Lena. It was one of the heaviest and hardest trips of my life. I booked the 3 day trip to Toronto and Niagara Falls. To begin with, they assign you the seat without the option of choosing as you arrive. The bus bathroom was not clean, it smelled horrible and the worst thing is that at no time during the trip is it washed! Even if the bathroom is used. On the second day of the trip, the guide had us already on top of the bus at 7:15 a.m. When we told him that it was too early to start the day, because we were tired from the first day (12 hours of travel to get to the hotel), he answered us very rudely. Total, the second day was a lot of waste of time, outside the hotel from 7:15 a.m. and we arrived until 11:00 p.m. The worst thing is that the activities that the guide had planned ended around 5 pm and he made us wait 4 hours in Niagara Falls (with nothing to do) It was horrible! In fact, even the driver and the guide argued because it was a long time. The third day back, practically nothing specific is planned, just being in the city for a while and what remains is to walk and wait for the bus to go back. The last straw was that our truck's air conditioning broke down! And we were almost 60 people drowning! Honestly, I would not recommend traveling with this agency

We had a guided tour to new york this weekend and If you are looking fo an honest and fair review you found the one. This trip was not perfect and this is exaclty what you should expect! It is almost a tour of 55 persons, so you should expect delays from the passengers , delays because of the huge traffic in new york and last minute changes to plan. None is the fault/responsibility of the guide or the agency but rather bad luck and lack of consideration of other passengers. We had a minor inconvenient with the driver but he made up for us at the end of the day by offering an extra time in the down town. If you are planning for a 1st time visit to new york , you certainly should consider this option: easy passage at the borders in/out ( in comparison to cars- getting into Canada took us 15 min vs a line of easily 300 cars !), you enjoy the views without the stress of driving and parking, their time frame makes the trip more structured and allows the perfect duration for every activity and the guide takes all the time to book activities and provides tickets! Jacque did a wonderful job and it is certainly not easy to accomdate all the passengers so bring in your open mind, good mood and comfortable pair of shoes!

Yang is an exceptional tour guide who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of individual tour participants and ensure that the tour runs smoothly and on schedule. He is very knowledgeable about the history and importance of local sights, as well as practical matters like where to find a good lunch spot. He has a good sense of humor and makes sure participants are aware of the tour bus rules such as coming back to the bus timely. However he is flexible when needed such as when there are long lines at a rest stop, causing a participant to come back a few minutes late. The tour was packed with interesting sights at various locations in Quebec City. There was an option for a river cruise for a modest fee. The cruise was a bit too long for my taste at 1.5 hours but it was worth the cost. Meal prices and souvenirs onboard ship were reasonable. Yang made sure both cruise participants and non-participants were well taken care of and answered all questions thoroughly.

Traveled from Montreal to Quebec (day trip). We were asked to seat on the back it is not first cum first seating arrangement which we have always seen in all other buses for transparency. However here seats were assigned how and when you bought the tickets which lacks transparency. We bought quite early however we were compelled to sit back. Ok we had no problem seating on the back but the glass windows were tinted and hazy. We were not able to see outside during our travel even for a single minute even though the whole bus was enjoying the outside view on the sunny day except us. This was during peak fall foliage time. The bathroom at the back was extremely stinky and the condition of the back seats were like hell. The stinky smell was making us feel extremely sick. The situation got worst when someone used the bathroom. Making us sit in UN-hygienic poor condition was extremely torturous and it felt we were punished even after paying to whole amount.

We had a great time on our tour to Quebec City, Danny was excellent! It was great value for money, with a trip to Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec from Montréal. We had assigned seats on the bus and charging ports available. Danny was great at introducing each of the locations and coordinating everyone back on the bus. We had plenty of time to explore Old Quebec and try the local foods (approx. 5 hours). There was an option to take a cruise at an additional fee if you wanted. This trip is a long day, leaving Montréal at 7am and returning at 8pm. It would be helpful if the website provided a more detailed breakdown of the timing of each activity. Overall, everything ran on time and we had a wonderful day. Would definitely recommend!

Well organized tours. Luke did an awesome job as a Tour Leader. He was always professional, kind, patient, friendly and caring. He explained and gave very clear instructions. We really had a very good and simple trip to Quebec City with Angela as the guide. She was AMAZING! A knowledgeable, patient guide who was always here for us. It was easy to contact her. She replies to the message super quickly and always answers phone calls. Before letting people go, she made sure that everyone got the information and always explained to us the characteristics of the places and the history of Quebec. She also sent a text message with all the places to go visit and gave us some tips for Old Quebec. The cruise was very nice especially when you have 5 hours of free time at Old Quebec. Overall, it is a really good trip that I recommend!

I opted for a 3-day guided tour to Niagara Falls and Toronto through Wonder Travels Inc. It was a simply surreal experience. The itinerary was well thought of and our whole group was able to see all the sights comfortably. The experience was further enhanced because we had Mr. Jack as our tour guide. He is very caring and takes everyone into consideration. He knows how to manage time and gave our group plenty of time to enjoy all the spots while keeping an eye on the schedule. We were very lucky with the driver Andre and with the tour guide Richard. They were organized, patient, extremely nice and experts in their domains. We took the 3 day tour in NYC, I recommend the intrepid museum especially if you have kids in the group, the wax museum was fun as well, and of course not to miss the cruise to the Statue of Liberty. The view from the top of the rock was breathtaking however going up was much easier than going down, the line up for coming down was long. We had plenty of free time to shop, visit central park and of course eat the best food!

I just want to commend Yang (our tour guide) for our trip. I was very impressed with the way he transition when speaking between 3 languages (English, French and Mandarin, amazing!). He was born to this! He made the trip not boring even with the long 3 hour drive from Montreal to Quebec. His ways are funny and enjoyable, honest and nice to talk to. But still very much respectful of everybody. Kudos!!! Just a small suggestion to the company, it may be good to include some trivial talks during the drive showcasing some landmarks. But overall, great tour!!

We took 2 days tour to Toronto and Niagara Falls and enjoyed it. Tour guide Jack was very nice and professional. Everything was well organized. We spent first day in Toronto, we had enough time to see the downtown of Toronto. We spent a night in Toronto and the hotel was nice and clean. Next day we went to Niagara falls, we took a tour which was great, then we were taken to buffet for lunch and came back to Montreal. It was a good experience. A wonderful experience for our 2 days tour to Toronto & Niagara Falls. Luke (our tour guide) is very knowledgeable and organised in our itinerary. He’s able to speak 3 main languages, english/french/mandarin, which is astounding. He’s patient and ensure all the travellers are seated properly esp. in the restaurant where we stop for lunch. We went for a 3 day trip to Toronto and Niagara. The trip was very well organized with an excellent guide. The guide Luke has a vast knowledge and he knows how to plan the trip. Everything that was planned was on time . The driver of the bus was smooth as well. They made us stay in a 4-star hotel with good rooms. There is nothing that we could say we didn't like on our tour. We loved everything and we would soon be planning our New York trip with the same agency as well.

My mom and both of my sisters took the Quebec City/Montmorency Fall tour from Montreal. Had an Amazing time. Our tour guide Jacky was extremely helpful and answered all questions. He always has a smile, even with the difficult passengers. Mario is the best driver ever. It was a wonderful day. My favorite was going to the copper museum. If I had to use one word to describe this trip, it would be WONDERFUL. The trip was well organized and the time management was very good. We had enough time at the Falls and at Old Quebec. I had an amazing day tour led by Eva, a friendly and helpful tour guide. We went to Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec City. We had enough time to take pictures and walk around in every spots. Although there was some technical issue related to the bus, the agency quickly responded and we all were satisfied. The price is affordable and I recommend this tour if you haven’t been to Quebec City before.

This is the first time traveling in Quebec with the group as I got worried about not being able to speak French. The guide Lena is great and patient.
