I'd like give them No stars absolutely no customer service. My wife asked for 2 top up vouchers for THREE but man at counter issued Lycamobile instead. We couldn't top up as we don't own Lycamobiles so she went back to exchange but they refused. We had to buy new ones. Absolutely rubbish customer service.

The Cash Machine outside is very suspecious and we used it once and money never came out , reported to bank and bounced back as the machine did transaction but we never got it , it happened with few other people , avoid using that place for cash withdrawl , Be careful
