This pharmacy is a joke. That pharmacist is a lazy, flaccid, cretinous slob, who couldn’t care less about clients. He is far more concerned about low fuss, low maintenance, money spenders who pay their bills and get out. Do your self a favor and just go anywhere else. It’s totally worth it. This post is not dishonest. It is very genuine. I delt with a male pharmacist who was not interested in helping me out of a tricky situation regarding a prescription. He had to do a little bit of leg work and was visibly irritated because the pharmacy was closing (Sunday 1.30pm) and he wanted to go home. He knew that I needed the help and couldn’t have cared less. Lazy horrible man.

My wife and I called in by luck and what an amazing business it is. 20% sale meant the store was jammed full of people and best of all very friendly sales staff. Obviously a sign it's a great place to work. We brought many things, one of which was some water glasses. When we got back to Melbourne we opened them and realised that there were only two and not the 4. Called Wise & Co and they were more than happy to arrange to post the other two. Amazing customer service.

Such a great shop full of lovely things & a great pharmacy too! And just round the corner in covered walkway there’s always a book swop box or two, so bring along any books you have finished with. Leave those there for others to read and see if you can find a swop book or two! Great community experience! Recommend

My wife has been looking for a hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested mascara for some little time. On approaching staff at this pharmacy she was offered a free sample of just such a mascara. It was all done with the most helpful attitude. It was a pleasure to shop at this pharmacy

A family run pharmacy business, with helpful long serving and knowledgeable staff. In addition to their pharmacy offering, excellent customer service and range of affordable gifts make them one of the most valued retailers in Balnarring. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We are lucky enough for this to be our local pharmacy. Staff are always willing to give great advice and nothing is ever too much trouble. The beautiful products are a bonus and make gift shopping for anyone easy - the hard part is what to choose!

This pharmacy is incredible. It of course has incredibly beautiful homewares and gifts but they also had everything I need day to day! They had the exact nairs and nads products I needed today, and the whole eco tan range! So impressed! Thank you!
