It is okay. I needed a couple of phones fixed. He broke the power button on one and ruined the camera on the other. He told me it would be done at a certain time but I had to wait an extra 2 hours to get my phones fixed, because he decided to attend to other customers first, even thou I was there first. He is a good guy but one person fixing everything is too much for one guy. He gave me a couple of free covers in spite of everything. I even paid in cash. I had to go back, months later, because the cover, on one phone wasn't mounted properly and the camera wasn't viewing correctly. There was a guy, telling me that I didn't get if fixed over there, until I showed him the receipt. Then he didn't say anything. The two began talking, in their own language, which is rude. However, that is how they do their business. Check around at other places before going there. If more people were fixing the phones the customer service and workmanship would be better because they would have time to fix things properly. Please have receipts, even thou you may pay in cash, because they will turn around and say that you didn't get it fixed over there.

Poor customer service. They didn't acknowledge me when I came in and the guy working there was too busy texting on his phone to help me for several minutes even though I was patiently waiting at the front counter. Wasn't too upset about that but, when I asked for what I was looking for (a screen protector) they didn't have the one for a S20 FE. But they gave me another one that was apparently identical. I wasn't totally convinced it would work but they insisted it was compatible. I had it installed. A few days later I tried using my front camera and noticed it was horrible quality and very blury unlike before. That's when I noticed the protector covered the camera instead of having a cut out for that section like the S20 FE one is supposed to have! So they totally sold me the wrong one after insisting it would work. And now they won't let me return it even though it was their mistake. Don't shop here.

I am absolutely shocked at how detail oriented, intelligent, affordable, kind, and most of all, expedient the gentleman working at this store are! I came in with a blown out screen, and I kid you not stepped outside the shop to have a cigarette, and by the time I came back in, they were done, and my phone was ready to go. Happily writing this from the aforementioned phone! 10/10, A+, whatever the top of your scale is! I will be bringing all further tech business to these fine gentlemen!

Man wasn't willing to give me my 20 dollars back for a case that you would resell anyway. Terrible customer service. I wil let everyone know that your customer service skills aren't very good. I ended up getting my money back and selling this case on market place for 20. So thanks for not refunding me. I got my money back. Unbelievable

My Galaxy Fe 20 had a broked lcd screen. Came in last minute on lunch, the gentleman told me it could be done in 30 minutes. I was really happy about that since i use my phone for work everyday. Excellent customer service, outstanding results. I would use this business again but i hope i don't have to. Thank you very much.

Amazing experience! I bought phone here and some time get phone fixed here. These guys always fix it right and honestly the best price I’ve found yet. They took the phone in last minute with no issues and had it fixed it by early the next morning. They can even do same day! Definitely recommend 10/10

Excellent service!! They carry great knowledge of phones and repairs. No one was able to get my phone data restored for some reason, but these guys did it so easily. They were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend visiting this place!!
