the worst bank I ever had , very bad service, customer service over the phone dont work on weekends and you have to wait a long time to speak to anyone, the branch manager at Mayfair location is very rude and does care about customer at all.

Mayra Garcia has helped me on many occasions.she just recently helped me open a savings account for my granddaughter.my debit card has been compromised 2x and wintrust bank has helped me get another card.i love the app on my phone that lets

I closed down my safe deposit box with myra yet I got mail from wintrust that it is still open and that I would be charged for having the safe deposit open… terrible service and no organization! Never bank with this branch.
