12-11-21 changed my life as a big tree fell on my truck as I was driving.. BLESS to be alive.. my truck I thought was totaled.. I called WINSTON AUTO because they were highly recommended.. Let’s just say from the 1st day I called, Kevin answered the phone and was very nice & professional. My truck was towed to his shop a week later. From the moment my truck arrived I was in constant communication with Kevin & his team.. My truck is repaired and I am beyond satisfied with the job that Winston auto provided. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in repairing my truck.. Thank you Kevin for leading by example with great customer service. Not recommended. I took my vehicle here on 2 occasions, never again. The clear coat is peeling and they will not honor their lifetime warranty unless I produce their paid receipt; even after I offered to provide proof of payment from the insurance company (Progressive). I was asked to change my review once by one of the business owners. I will not be doing it again. I'll take my vehicles somewhere that won't make the clear coat peel off in less than a year since the work was completed. The 2 stars are for customer service while my vehicle was being repaired, however the quality of work and timeliness to complete the work needs improvement.

My engine caught on fire, and I was getting the run around from various dealerships, body shops, and GIECO. That is until I choose to go to Winton's. They continued to call me to keep me informed of the process of my vehicle, and made sure that the insurance company was not trying to put me in a bad situation. They were extremely professional, and made sure I was not spending unnecessary money for my vehicle. I recommend that everyone goes to Winton's for you auto body needs.

Winston Auto provides great customer service and top notch work. They have worked on 2 different vehicles for me and each time the vehicles looked good as new. Their prices were very reasonable and you can trust that they will recommend what you truly need vs what is going to be most profitable for them. If I need more repairs done I will definitely go back to Winston Auto.

All I can say is I would never go anywhere else for the services provided here. They’re Honest and professional along with being great communicators regarding the timeline or changes in the timeline of your repair. I’m only upset I didn’t know about this place years ago! I advise anyone looking for an auto body shop to look no further. This is definitely the place to go!

After my car was stolen I went to this location for repairs. I left and my steering wheel went in one direction while my car drove in another. I took the car back and was told they would have to send me to another location. The car drives straight but every single day I have to deal with my steering wheel locking. It's a huge hassle.

Kevin has the natural ability to understand and feel what his customers are experiencing, and he is able to meet their needs effectively. Well done! You excel at serving your customers. Great job! Even when customers are difficult, you still manage to give them feedback in a timely and constructive manner.

Kevin was really professional. Explained everything thoroughly that was wrong with my car. After he fixed my car it was an exceptional job that he did on it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get auto body work done on their car.

I wouldn't have given them one star if I had a choice. The bumper they were paid 5k for repairing is coming a part. PLEASE, don't become a victim of the fake reviews because they days of doing great work is over.

I went to this location to get my lights replaced. Long story short... I have to get the back brake lights replaced again. Electrical work is shotty.
