Went in to order and the person taking my order simply didn't know what they were doing. Took them a solid 10 minutes of toying with the computer to put my order in. Then they got my order wrong and forgot to put my name in. After I brang up the error in my order I was assured that the cooks will fix it. Welp... upon getting my food they didn't get it right. It's also important to add that it took 30 minutes to get my food. So I went back Into the building and told them the mistake and they "fixed it". Just for me to get back home and see that they didn't even give me my last fries plate. And the fries I did receive were burned. Like they were inedible. So I called and they said I could come back and get 2 fries plates (still missing one)....

Put my order in waited 20minutes. Food was done. Left came home to look inside my bag & only find 1order not 2. Drove back & took my order inside & told them & showed them they only gave me 1order. For them to tell me "oh yea , we saw you walk out & leaving & that the other order was still there. I said welll first of all if you knew that why didn't one of y'all come bring itt out to us? And for 2 why didn't y'all put my orders together in the bag & 3, I had to drive all the way back& that's all you have to say? No apology or say let me remake your whole order over, nothing just like here u go. Not a happy customer

Don't go to this wingstop. Go anywhere else the workers are rude, I waited almost 30 minutes to unfriendly workers, she was in high and on her phone. Workers are terrible when I asked about my order she said sorry I forgot about it and then didn't apologize. Don't ever go here, save your time and money. I don't even do reviews but this is easily the worst experience ever. They don't clean the store and it's not the place you want to be. I cannot stress it enough please don't go this wingstop.

The wings and fries were awesome. They were delicious, and we got the spicy Korean sauce on the side, which was a great choice. Their fountain drinks never taste good. they're always flat, so disappointing since I like drinking coke with my wings. The cashier was very nice and friendly she answered all my questions without any problem great job.

I got food poisoning from here. Took them like 30 mins to cook the food. Thank you guys for getting me sick. I gotta 6 hour car ride with food poisoning because of you guys. Learn how to check dates on all your products, learn how to make the food right and you’ll need to learn how to have customer service it’s ridiculous.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The food is ok. Seems like they are rushing and do not properly toss the wings. They are typically a little busy but they can still take the extra minute or so to make sure everything is proper.

I walked into W.S. and was greeted with a smile and a welcome in! That started off my wonderful experience at W.S. The wings are always great, but today I tried the Honey Hot Chicken Sammie! Do not eat here at the location on coors and I-40 in Albuquerque New Mexico. Had dinner and all the wings had feathers on them were practically full of them. Took them back and they refused to remake our order and manager Brianna was very rude.

The wings are always delicious! The fries are great too! I just never end up with all the sides I pay for. It's either the missing veggie sticks or a missing french fries or ranch. Today, I was charged extra for veggie sticks in addition to the fries but only had fries when I got home. Bummer. More

I'm hangry and being a Karen right now. If you're not using Doordash or some other modern method of ordering, they're completely incompetent. I just waited an hour for a simple takeout order, enduring cringy music and headlights in my face. Jeez. Great food, though!

Got what was left in fry basket and wings were cold, had little to no sauce I asked the young lady for a side of sauce and she grabbed the box took it to the back and added sauce with no gloves, when I got my order I had to ask for my drink and utensils://

Service is fast and friendly. I order online and the wait time is usually short (15 -20 min). The only gripe I have about the food is the wings aren't all the way covered in sauce, some are completely naked . Otherwise, everything is pretty good.
