I decided to go here on a Friday night, which is a late night in Rundle. Online, it says the store is open until 9 pm but when I went there they were closed before 8 pm. When me and my partner went to go try the door, the lady scoffed at us and proceeded to give us judgemental looks. She then proceeded to talk to us, but we can’t hear her because she’s inside by the register. When I tried calling the very next day regarding this incident, she instantly apologised on the phone, saying “If I served you Friday night, I’m sorry” I never mentioned I was there Friday all I said was I wanted to report an incident that happened the other day, which to me and a lot of others gives the impression she was rude to others when actually serving them. I then proceeded to ask for her managers information because I found the experience quite rude and disrespectful, my partner especially as he is a manager of a high-end retail store. She then proceeded to tell me after a back and forth that she isn’t able to give me The managers email name or number because they are interstate. She then proceeded to grab my full name and number to say she’ll relay the message onto the manager however it has been weeks and I have not heard back. I am highly disappointed in this experience, as I’ve shopped there before, and the other ladies have also been quite rude as if they don’t want to be there.

Honest Review on the Reopened Windsor Smith store in Rundle Mall: - 3 staff on duty at non busy hour (Tuesday 3pm) - one or two is ok but all appeared annoyed when asked for help - trendy shoes, average price average quality - definitely contrasting customer services compared to competitor stores in Rundle Mall - come back? I’ll say pass. Better go online. - got my friend’s email wrong so she didn’t get her receipt. We didn’t even know what the emails are for at the time. Thought it’s for signing up to receive 10% off but it’s not. - staff performance may also show how the manager trained them how to work. Not claiming any particular individual. Because from other reviews, this is a problem of the whole system from high to lower positions.

Excellent customer Service. Always recommended I am surprised to see the negative reviews. Got the Chelsea Boots from here. The staff was so patient. I tried around 10 pairs, asked for sizes again and again. Many pairs I did not even try but they got them from stock upon asking. Last year, I went their just to ask about getting holes on the belt. The staff not only directed us, but walked us to the store behind Windsor Smith Store. What else would you expect from a retail staff whose patientence people test everyday.

They are awful not the dale assistants as they agree with the customers but don’t buy the product is rubbish and company does not stand by their product receipt or paid cash they will never refund or exchange bad customer service I had a faulty strap and fell out of my shoe only 3 months old and it’s like too bad see you, they are absolutely shonky stay away from a terrible brand and lack of customer service wish I read all the reviews before purchasing , lesson learnt

Small but conveniently located footwear store specialising in a range of men's and women's footwear! Got a great 40% sale going on this week so I managed to grab a bargain,purchased 2 pairs of boots for just over $200! Appear to be understaffed with such a great sale going on,too many customers getting annoyed at the waiting time to be served! They should put on more staff ! Good but limited range of the latest footwear trends for men and women!

I am very disappointed with the store policy. I would never step foot in any of Windsor stand alone stores and will advise it to everyone. I have spend $150 on a sneaker which it was $100 in the other stores and even the Windsor website. With no refund policy I feel like they just wants to take advantage of customer. No surprise that the shop is so quiet while the other shops packed with customers. You did not reserve even the one star.

Very poor customer service. Business Hours says shop closes at 6pm but today when I reached store around 5:20pm, I tried opening door, it was already closed and the staff signaled from inside that shop closes at 5:30 and when I mentioned it closes at 6pm, she totally ignored. If that’s the case then you should change the business hours online or mention it on door and secondly, train your staff how to interact with customers.

Not even worth 1 star to be brutally honest. Windsor Smith home-brand shoes are the worst quality shoes I have ever owned. The customer service is absolutely terrible, driven by no accountability at HQ for dodgy shoes. Save your money and please go elsewhere!!!!!!!!! She was a lovely lady.They also had many trendy sneakers and high boots which is hard to find in other stores, 100% would recommend but the only thing that i would look out for is the price. Awful customer service today, wanted to try on some shoes to know what size to buy in the future and was met with rude comments and no service what so ever. Young blonde women was totally dismissive of both I and another customer trying on shoes. Just had to leave the store cause I felt uncomfortable

The service was very poor. Assistants never asked to help. When I got one to help every time she had to ask the size of the shoes I wanted to try. The other assistant was taking photos of a display and never attempted to ask if customers needed assistance. Very disinterested in serving customers.

I bought a full price item, and when I got home I found I don’t like it. I never wear it and it’s brand new, but the staff told me it cannot be return, even within 14 days. I wonder is this legal? May reach fair trading for advices.

The most appalling service I’ve ever received. Shoes were so poor quality that I tried to return them a week later but I was flat out refused and told “not to call or visit again” with a follow up call from a very nasty manager.

I am a frequent customer of Windsor Smith, and love their shoes. I went to store to buy one but the customer service lady over there was so terrible and rude that made me leave the store without buying the shoes that I liked.

Been here twice but couldn’t get in. They close 20mins before closing time. Today they closed at 4:40pm and 2 weeks ago they closed at 4:30pm. Very disappointed and staff here are so rude! Buy online instead.

Great range of stylish and classic shoes! Styles and options to match lower and higher price points. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s always a large amount of stock so you can find your size.
