GREAT SERVICE - DON’T ORDER THE CALAMARI.. The service here is fantastic! It’s table service and friendly, helpful and very quick. Tia was the waitress and she was incredible. Very caring and kind The house wine was brilliant and I was lucky enough to score a window seat where I could watch the planes come and go. I was really looking forward to the crumbed calamari, but it was a huge let down. Every mouthful felt like I was swallowing flour. The inside (actual calamari was nice), but the best part (the crumbs) were extremely undercooked. I’m sure other meals would be great to order, but unless you like undercooked Panko Crumbs with lots and lots of flour, try something else. RECOMMEND? Maybe....

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Windmill & Co while waiting to catch my flight. By far it was one of the better airport cafes I have experienced. The coffee was really good, much better than what you would typically get in most airport vendors. I also tried their breakfast burger, which was ok with good quality of flavors and ingredients. The service was really fast and efficient. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service at Windmill & Co compared to the other places around the airport. Highly recommend it.

Quite appalled really. Coffee is really bitter and organic tasting god only knows how long they’ve had those coffee beans laying around for. Had the brunch breakfast burger it was pretty average, egg was cold potentially precooked and stored for faster service. At this price I would expect a somewhat made to order meal. Side note no spinach as advertised. The quality of the service was good as was the timeliness of the ordering to food. For similar price range I would recommend Coffee Club over Windmill and Co. Overall not great 2/5.

I'll make this brief. We decided to stop in for breakfast before our flight, never again. Hearty breakfast Firstly my mushrooms we're like warm, the spinach was simply old stock not wilted as advertised and my pork sausage, not even cooked. While our waitress was very helpful in rectifying this, it should not have happened. Bacon and eggs The scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked now resembling egg pellets The waitress was very accommodating, however the male waiter clearly hates his job and that shows in his pack of care when serving drinks, plonking them down quite rudely.

Bianca was superb at her job. She politely and professionally handled quite a few tables on her own all while people were arriving and asking for bills. Her communication was upbeat, kind, positive and very professional. She made eveyone feel like she was only looking after them. She also was a huge help with people close by asking for her opinion on the menu. Great job Bianca!!

For a cafe style experience in Brisbane airport they are awesome. Friendly wait staff who were attentive to details. I had asked to change seats and brought my own cutlery across. I didn't get the spoon right on the serviette and the waitress promptly change the spoon for me. The yoghurt bowl was a taste sensation. A blend of sweet and sour with the various dried berries mixed in made it a wonderful way to start the day.

Thought of having a quick meal before boarding our flight. We ordered chicken tenders and a falafel wrap. The chicken tenders were nice, the salad served with the tenders was just dropped on the plate, no one bothered to season or dress the salad. Went for breakfast at the international Airport, and ordered something simple: scramble eggs on toast and a hot chocolate. I was totally disappointed when saw the eggs portion. It was joke! They out 1 egg or half? But it was a 2 yrs old child portion. Not even added a bit of butter or jam for the bread, on top of that the hot chocolate was tasteless. Do not recommend this place at all! Hand on the photo for size comparison. I've small hands.

Centrally located within the airport, Windmill & Co is a funky place to eat with views over the tarmac and watching the planes come and go. This place was pretty busy and had plenty of diners seated when I arrived. The Thai Salad was good and washed down with s good coffee - I know! The two don’t mix but I’m from Melbourne. Dietaries catered for. Takeaway available. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Our waitress was awesome. Extremely helpful and displayed her amazing customer service skills. My daughter wants to give 12 stars to nicoletta our waitress. Thank you for your exemplary service nicoletta.

I dined here pre-boarding my flight to Singapore today and the food was solid but the service was non-existent.
