The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Even when you call they will always try to help and give you the best suggestions for your pets health. I trust these vets completely. Annie Galer has been the main vet to look after my cat for 6 years and she is brilliant. Although he does not like the vets he always seems ok with Annie. I've had vets in the past in different surgeries that just want to make money. But Willet house is nothing like that. They only do what they have to do. They are extremely caring to both myself and my cat I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Willet house for being so great.

the vet was so very patient when we had to let my precious fur baby gain his angel wings. Unfortunately the only thing i hate is i don't get his ashes until i have finished paying for his cremation. Being held randsom is so very painful especially when i have paid so much money already and only have a little left to pay.
