Yesterday, I came to get my covid vaccine and unfortunately fainted after the needle, something I have done before after getting needles. I just want to say the team at this pharmacy were absolutely fantastic, all showing true concern for me and doing everything in their power to help including calling an ambulance. I even received a phone call from the pharmacist after I left as he was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I was okay and got home safely. I have been coming to this store for years and everyone that works there is always happy and willing to help as well as have a nice conversation. The pharmacist always greets me by name. I always leave feeling happy, which really isn't something you expect when you're just running down to the pharmacy but something you definitely notice and remember when you leave. I love the team at this store and I think it is a great example of a wonderfully run business with a great culture. I thank you all for your help and kindness yesterday.

Myself and my family have been coming to this pharmacy forever.. I moved away from Langwarrin a year ago but I will still always choose and trust this pharmacy and the pharmacists better than anyone, and continue getting my scripts from here. Wael especially is such a lovely, caring guy and he always looks after his customers. Myself and my two kids absolutely adore this store! We are completely into holistic medicine, healing ourselves naturally and preventing illness using natural ways, and whole life have so many incredible products that can help with anything and everything. Also an amazing range of plant based food and a heap of eco friendly products too.

This is a stellar pharmacy! Wael and the team are so helpful and knowledgeable. I really like that they can offer basic immunisations, and they have Narelle the Naturopath to advise on alternative treatments to big pharma. The health food / alternative medicine section is equally large as the regular chemist offerings. Fan for life here!

WhileLife Pharmacy suits me because it’s a combination of traditional, medicinal and holistic modalities with a wide range of products in each category. This is one of the best pharmacies I've been to. It has found that perfect balance between the western approach of medicine and healthy living to prevent the need for medicines. Not to mention one of the best selections of herbal teas. The staff are great and always happy to help point in the right direction.

Staff and pharmacists, are always friendly and helpful. They are happy to advise on any of my needs. Being able to receive vaccines on site is really helpful. The product range of wholesale foods is excellent as is the range of pharmacy needs. I will always shop here first.

After going to another pharmacy and being treated very rudely I attended this one knowing they may not have what I needed, retail assistant and pharmacist were both supper helpful and offered an alternative medication plus had a chat and a joke. Definitely recommend

I visit Wholelife regularly. It's a short walk so I often go in with my son. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They have an awesome range of natural household products and I also love the natural baby products. So grateful to have this gem in Langwarrin.

I love having a place close by to buy my favourite vegan chesse (Yay fetta). On the rare occasion the chesse was sold out they called me when the delivery arrived. Very friendly and helpful. And the customer rewards points have added up to real discounts.

We have used both the pharmacy and shop and found both to be very good. Had our vaccine's there with a very pleasant and relaxed nurse. We can get all the products we need in the shop and the staff are extremely helpful. We visit at least once a week.

The service is brilliant the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the pharmacist always has time to come and talk about any concerns, they have a great variety of products available and always offer to get a product if they don't have it .

Very, very disappointed there is now a 1% transaction fee on ALL cards usage even the savings account which is my money that I want to access. We are being forced not to use cash and are now paying a penalty. Something is not right.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would! I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and my machine stopped working. Being only 7 days away from my due date I wanted to make sure everything was still ok.
