Absolutely the best service you can ever hope to find. Renu and his team have gone above and beyond every single time for myself and my family's needs. Right from the start, when they were one of the few pharmacies in ottawa compounding the medication I required for my (then) infant, they remembered and cared. Every 2 weeks, the medication was prepared and dekivered like clockwork. They deliver medication free of charge. If you have any questions, Renu is always knowledgeable and professional. Billing is amazingly painless and easy, and they are FAST! Really impressed with everything. Sent an email on Sunday asking about an appointment for an AZ shot. Got a call back Sunday night at 10pm, booked in today. From start to finish Renu answered all our questions, patiently explained the shot, what to expect and what the next steps are. Small, independent pharmacies are such a bonus to have in the neighborhood and let's be honest, they are life-savers right now for Ontario's vaccine rollout. All staff is very helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to find what you need, or they can order it for you. Renu is the first pharmacist I know in the Ottawa area, to have the expertise to take measurements and fit you for compression stockings...so helpful and convenient to have this service in the Glebe! It was wonderful to have a very smooth administration of the Moderna vaccine recently. Seniors especially appreciate the convenience of his services in our neighbourhood. Renu is a great resource to have in our area- his assistance and advice is sound and reassuring.

These folks are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was told about them by my famous sports doctor who advised me to avoid the chains, and go with a compounder, who will take the time and have the skill to compound a particular sports injury ointment that isn't gross. And she was right -it goes on like skin cream rather than vasoline! Wholehealth have also provided me with information beyond what you get in the printouts, quickly and no drama, unlike at my former chain pharmacy for whom the slightest question was a major undertaking. No friction, all help. And local.

This pharmacy is the gem of the Glebe. Renu and his team are very personable and consistently go the extra mile. They give comprehensive and easy-to-understand instruction on medications (both verbal and printed) and provide very helpful advice on timing of doses, interactions, etc. They are everything that you want in a pharmacy - timely, diligent, knowledgeable, compassionate and trustworthy, and they create a safe space. I walked in to request assistance with the purchase of a rigid brace for my knee. I was re-directed to the soft, elastic, braces when I had already stated to the sales agent that they were not suitable. Renu came to speak to me, and I shared that I needed a rigid brace for my knee and a lower back and hip brace combined unit, as well. He left to make a telephone call, and then began serving another customer, not returning to answer my questions or serve me. After several minutes, I left without receiving any service.

Reached out to them, at random for help deciding if It was wise to cancel a province-booked vaccine appointment to attend my brother in law's wake. Was promptly placed on wait list for another vaccine barely 5 days after the one that had previously been scheduled. Staff member is compassionate and the store's IT set up and filing is the best. I've already been able to book my follow up vaccine to follow the one I will be getting in a day or so. GREAT JOB. very impressed.

It’s always a pleasant experience going to the pharmacy. So much so that I drive 20 minutes each way because the service is so much better than other pharmacies. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and even remember my name even though I’m only there once every couple of months. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered and that I have everything I need. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My husband and I got our flu shots a few days ago and our Covid vaccines earlier at this pharmacy and were both impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. This place was a life-saver when my son found his bitter medicine to be too unpalatable. They mixed in a cherry flavor and something else to reduce the bitterness, and that did that the trick. Also, they are super, super, super nice there. This is my go-to pharmacy. They really are something special.

The people who were there when I showed up for a scheduled compression sock fitting were unhelpful and lacking knowledge about common illnesses treated with compression socks. No one had read the appointment notes which included an accessibility issue which was ignored when brought up in the moment.
