Husband and I got a very bad massage experience at our usual place the day before and we really needed another spa/massage experience before we head back home. Called in the morning and we were lucky to get a spot. We did a 1.5hours traditional Thai massage. When we reached the place, we immediately fell in love with the aesthetics of the place and the warm hospitality by the staff. They were so genuinely happy to see us. 1. We were then given a welcome drink and an ice cold towel - perfect for the sweltering Bangkok heat. 2. Then we were handed a piece of paper each, to indicate the areas of our body that we would like our masseurs to focus on and our preferred pressure. 3. Once we were done, our masseurs sanitised our feet and put on disposable slippers for us and off we went for a foot scrub and wash. My masseur Fon is very professional. She is able to get the accupoints of my body accurately and applies the correct pressure to soothe the aches. When rotating my body to pop those air bubbles, she does it with so much gentleness! The whole experience made me so relaxed that I fell asleep for a bit. Love the massage she gave me! My husband also had a great massage done by Aon. This will be our go to place from now on whenever we visit Bangkok. Great ambience, great aesthetics! Warm and hospitable staff, great masseur that focuses on the customer (did not talk at all throughout the session, informed us when they needed to leave the room to clean their hands before massaging our heads). Please book early! You will love it.

We made reservations for a couple massage. Staff was very responsive via email and informed us what was and wasn't available. On the day of the appointment, we were contacted with details of their location to facilitate our getting there. Unfortunately, we were delayed due to the evening traffic and had to contact them to make alternative arrangements. (Point to note, try factor in traffic and longer travel times if your appointment falls within such window periods). But the staff was quick to respond, accommodating, professional and friendly. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the whole setup. The place was really clean and peaceful. We were greeted by the front desk staff, one of whom communicated in really good English. The 2 therapists we had provided good service. I would personally recommend going for a massage which included oil rather than a dry massage. Nothing bad really about the therapist, rather I personally found the effects of an oil massage to be a whole lot more effective vs a dry one. All in all, it was a great experience and we can totally see ourselves coming back in future.

White Wood Green Spa is by far my favourite hidden spa gem in Bangkok. It provided a truly tranquil state of architecture so you could leave the heat and pollution of the streets and be ready to enter into a green oasis. I particularly enjoyed indulging in the Japanese-inspired wooden interior design, I mean, look at that picturesque window of its greenery garden! Unbeatable. Unlike most other overly populated spas filled with Asian dialects of all sorts in the lounge, White Wood Green certainly offered a sense of peace. I was led to a terrace garden suite for a signature massage. Not too sure why the large bath tub was necessary next to the beds for non-spa guests, and the room was smaller than expected. The massage was alright, though I could sense some hesitations in the flow. The green music playlist could be arrange better too. That said, I like how White Wood Green is responsive in emails and do not require advance deposit for booking. This is particularly important for post-Covid travels, especially when you tested positive during the trip, like I did!

Have been to several massage places in Bangkok, but I think what sets white wood green spa apart from the others is the tranquility of the space. The spa is tucked away in a beautiful space. The massage therapists were attentive, the massage pressure was on point, and there was a good flow to the massage. You don't feel rushed at all, from the time you enter your private room for the massage, they give you ample time to take a shower as you wish, and after the massage, you're given the chance to sit in a quiet area facing nature with a warm cup of tea and even a warm herbal neck pillow! It was easy to make a reservation as well, you just have to WhatsApp them, and they don't expect you to put down any credit card details to secure the booking. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage place that makes you feel like you are on a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok!

OMG LOVE THIS SO MUCH !! even this was my first time here, has to say everything was perfect and it fit with my requirements. As I cannot go with Thai Massage because it is too rough and Aromatherapy is too soft for my back pain at this moment, so! I would really recommend the ‘WHITE WOOD GREEN THERAPEUTIC SIGNATURE MASSAGE’, the signature one as it combines all the techniques used in Thai and Aromatherapy Massage together to make sure to transfer an ultimate relaxation. All together it was like i was wild-awake again surprisingly. The place is lovely and all the staff are super duper nice. Reservation is recommended, parking is available, credit-card accepted. I just had the most incredible massage experience with Meow. It was truly the best massage I've ever had in my life! Did a 2.5 hr massage here. Overall service standards as well as massage techniques are good. I managed to doze of a few times. However, 1st hr of massage was warm until we requested for a change of room because the air conditioning was not cooling. Fortunately, there is an alternative room available and they have been able to change a room for us. Have it not been the case, the review would have probably dropped to a two star. Would have expected better maintenance by crew and also service staff’s discretion to not allocate customers to a room with a malfunctioning air condition system especially in the midst of a heat wave. Afterall, the spa sells a massage experience and a comfortable environment is an important part of the experience.

My husband and i had a couples massage at White Wood Green Spa. The Spa is beautiful and offered a peaceful and serene place to relax in the middle of Bangkok. We had a selection of oils to choose from, and my husband and myself both loved the white fragranced oil. Booking my reservation was easy, they were quick to respond and confirm my reservation. The receptionist and therapists were all so kind. We were offered welcome drinks, and a shower before our massages and tea after our massages. The massage itself was amazing. My husband said it was the best massage he ever had and they were able to get all the knots out of his neck and back. Would definitely recommend and come back next time we are in Bangkok.

Booked a 2 hour aromatherapy session for two people and we really enjoyed it. Su and Bic (unsure of spelling) made us feel as comfortable as possible and were very attentive to our needs! I chose the Autumn scented oil which was a seasonal scent and I love it so so much. Fell asleep at multiple points throughout my session, it was really relaxing and what I needed to end the day. Also enjoyed the tea, ice cold towels also scented with essential oils, hot neck pillow (post-massage), and all the little details in the room. The whole place was so nicely decorated, tranquil and calming. I’ll be back the next time I come to bangkok!

Beautiful gem! One of the best spa I went to in BKK. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, we booked the 60 mins session for mom-to-be and 60 mins session for traditional Thai massage for my husband. The masseuse did a great job and focus on areas that I have specifically requested. I felt so relaxed and calm that I fell asleep towards the end. By the time we were supposed to leave, it was already late, raining and traffic was so bad. We had to stayed in the lounge area for 1 hour before our taxi arrived. The staff were so understanding and did not chase us away. I would definitely visit again if I were to visit BKK again!

My sister suggested to check out White Wood Green Spa during our recent Bangkok trip. I made a reservation for 5 pax - 2 double room and 1 single room for a 60mins Organice Aromatherapy Massage. I've had a lot of massage throughout my life but the experience here was one of the best. The massage therapists were all exceptional and the staff are all very kind and friendly. If you want to be pampered and experience an amazing massage then I recommend that this is the place to go. Overall, BEST one ever! Already planning to book another session when I travel to Bangkok again in December!

Got recommended this place by a friend and it did not disappoint. Besides its clean and aesthetic setting, service was immaculate, with small touches like pandan-infused water, foot scrub pre-massage and choice of 4-6 different post massage beverage and a warm neck pillow. The massage was so good that we visited it twice during our stays in Bangkok. My husband had the Indian head massage as he was not a fan of body massage. He enjoyed it thoroughly and said is the best massage ever in Bangkok. I had the traditional Thai massage for 60mins and I wished I chose the 120mins one. It was so good and on point. No chit chat among the masseurs. I appreciate how they will wash their hands first before the end when they are massaging my head/face.

Me and my friends came here last week. I’ve been here only once but it brought me perfect experience in Thai massage. I went to several other’s but it turns out here’s the best. The receptionists are kind and nice, so does the therapist. We got a bit discount which is lucky. Haha. The girl in the front office whose English is pretty good also impressed me. First time visiting WWG and no regrets. Made a last minute booking but staff was very responsive via Whatsapp and articulated well in english. Fuss free booking procedure. The spa is slightly further from central (Siam/ Platinum) so have to arrive earlier to avoid traffic jam. Space was clean and beautiful. Super zen. My masseur (Imm) was very polite and informed me of the procedure every step of the way. Thumbs up!

Wonderful experience, one of the best spas I've been to. Had the water therapy (bath) followed by thai massage. Therapist was great, and Nat from reception went above and beyond in hospitality. I unfortunately broke my flats just as I arrived and she helped source for a spare pair of shoes so I could comfortably leave the spa in the rain at the end of my treatment. Will come back and recommend to others!

Good environment and i love the heat neck cushion they provided after the massage. The bad thing is that I get severe neck and shoulder pain with limited range of motion after the massage. And it was super uncomfortable and pain during the shoulder and neck massage. Website booking is recommended because I didn’t receive their WhatsApp replies.

This spa is a must go. The whole vibe and ambience is a dream. The therapists are so skilled that they knew exactly where we were in need of varying pressures. The massage was so good that the 4 of us immediately scheduled another session the day before we left Bangkok. Thank you ladies, we will most definitely be back!

A hidden gem! Beautiful and tranquil Oasis. One of the best spas I’ve been in Bangkok. Friendly and welcoming service staff, the massage therapists were gentle and experienced. Lovely environment/decor, massage was good and the range of aromatherapy oil was nice but the major letdown was the noise. I was allocated a room near the cafe/restrooms and there were a lot of chatter outside during my massage, and at the price point, not sure if it’s worth a return.

A great 1.5h massage combining both Thai massage techniques and aromatherapy. It was so good, I slept through parts. The spa itself had a beautiful, minimalistic design with little touches giving the whole place a very comforting, peaceful feel. Would definitely come back.

Lovely decor with great service and environment. We had a fantastic Thai massage, though I wish they had one of those pillows/beds with the hole for your face when you’re lying face down. Other than that minor detail, the entire experience was relaxing and rejuvenating.

A bit far from where i stay at central world, we took grab there. Facade is nondescript and place is relaxing inside. Very clean and massage is very good . My hubby had the deep tissue one and the lady has good strength. I had the signature one and it’s good too.

Excellent experience, the aesthetics is just simply amazing and enjoyable since the moment you step in, massage is very relaxing and customized. They would ask you which areas of the body you want to emphasize, strength, etc. Overall would strongly recommend.

Tried their Thai Massage and it was a nice 60 minutes of my life. What amazes me about the overall treatment is the heat pad they gave me after the treatment. It smells nice and the heat really eases my body. The therapist is also nice and polite.
