Josh was awesome from day one to closing. He is always available and responds quickly. Josh is very knowledgeable and friendly. He does everything a listing agent would do, plus some! He saved me a ton of money and still gave excellent service. You are crazy not to use him. Total agent commission was 3% compared to 6%. He recommended a higher selling price then I had estimated and I received a full price offer in less than 48 hours! Its a no brainer. I appreciate him so much.
