This is by far one of the best spas in Maharashtra, not just Thane. I've been to massage centers in Bandra, Juhu, Nariman Point, Lonavela, Pune & Nashik - even at some of the 5* hotels and can tell you that White & Bright is simply heads and shoulders above all of them and great value for money. I get a 120 minute deep tissue massage, that leaves me feeling restored and rejuvenated. From the moment you walk in, you are at ease, as if the weight and stresses of the day have been taken away. Clean, hygienic and very modern, from the massage beds to the shower areas, it is top notch. Especially a big shout out to Ruhi who has been my regular masseuse for the past month, providing exceptional service and due care. Keep up the great work team.

Visited for a couple's massage on the occasion of our Anniversary. Not only were we super impressed with the tasteful ambience and extremely hygienic upkeep but the skill level of both masseuses was something to definitely keep coming back for. Pricing was good value for money by Mumbai standards, so all in all it's a hands down winner for anyone's rejuvenation needs. Beyond this we were pleasantly surprised with a cake and flowers after our appointment that the proprietors presented to us when they realized it was our anniversary from the info card we'd filled in earlier. Very warm, thoughtful gesture... Definitely going only here when it comes to spa visits..

First of all. This is just not done. Don't you guys know. How to speak with a customer. Yes it was our fault where we had planned and at the very end due to our reasons we cancelled. But how can you speak with a customer so rudely. Stating that "you should have informed" in a rude tone. And also hanging up the call on our face. Where my husband was actually apologising. This is absolutely just not done. Please mind your tone. I will not tolerate all this nonesense And RESPECT your customers.

I booked an appointment for my mom today, she was very pleased by the services she recieved in this salon. She shared all her experiences with me when she came back, i really want to thank white n bright salon for the amazing experience that she recieved. This place is the best! Amazing spa, treatment, special service, excellent therapists and more.. We went to the spa on our anniversary and soon after the most relaxing spa, we were sent a wonderful cake and bouquet of lovely flowers. This special treatment made our day! Had an amazing experience at the spa! Was just not expecting it to be so good! Was highly impressed with their customer service! I had gone for the swedish massage for 60 mins. Superb ambiance, relaxing nice music and we'll trained masseuses! What else do you need for a spa to be perfect!! Ruhi the masseuse was remarkable. Absolutely enjoyed the therapy and would love to visit this place again.

I did facial there but that was not good at all.There is not a single change in my face cream they used said it is French creams but it has not given any result I wasted my 4100 for such a pathetic facial.
